Great food, great location superb service.
An easy and good meal. Lots of gluten-free!
Dinner with Family. Everyone enjoyed the meal and great service
Our server was good and the meal arrived quickly.
Great experience! One of my favorite places to go. Especially wonderful in the Winter with the ice rink out front.
I went with my son for dinner prior to seeing Hamilton. Other people can speak to the food (I judged it to be very good, not great, though we were both well-satisfied with everything we ate and drank); I will simply note that, given the day, time and season, the service we experienced (and observed) was simply incredible. The place worked like a well-oiled machine. I was really impressed with the staff and the entire experience makes it likely I'll be back with the whole family sometime in the future.
Friendly, warm and attentive service. Arrived early for our reservation but staff took such good care of us , getting us a lovely booth facing the ice rink so we could enjoy the skating scene. Friday night oyster deal was a pleasant way to start our meal. Hubby enjoyed the fantastic risotto special. Reasonably priced wine menu and lots of options by the glass. A fun spot to pop into for the holidays and looking forward to patron dining in season.
Not the best service. Kept telling us the kitchen was slammed. The food was ok.
We wanted a leisurely lunch as we caught up. Park Grill was perfect. Our waiter was attentive, the food arrived as requested and we could even watch the skaters. The pumpkin pie gelato was wonderful! Thank you
We had a reservation prior to a CSO concert. Our wait staff was all very aware of our time. They were all gracious and friendly. The food we had was delicious - especially the cheese curds! We got out promptly and had plenty of time to walk to our show.
Great food and service.
Such a lovely restaurant. Well suited to our party of seven which included several special dietary needs. It was relaxing and the service was so prompt, it felt way more expensive than it was. We saw many families with small children and it would be a great place to visit after skating in Millennium Park or after visiting the art museum.
We were disappointed that walk-in guests were repeatedly seated before our group of 4. We arrived an hour early of our reservation because the weather turned on us. We waited approximately 30 minutes to be seated. They were understaffed. I got the wrong soup and it took at least 15 minutes to get the correct soup. The octopus was charred. My son's Salmon was small and bland.
I expected the evening to be really special because my adult children agreed to travel into the city, just for this experience.
Thanksgiving Dinner was delicious! Butternut squash soup was fantastic. Pumpkin and Peacan pies were yummy as well! Table by the window was great view of the ice skating
Our dining experience was great. My partner and I went to Park Grill for our Thanksgiving dinner. The place was busy but that was not reflected in the service; everything came out shortly after we ordered it and tasted delicious. Our server, Bill, the hosts, the bussers, the food runners, and the bartender all provided exceptional service and conversation!
We expected more festive ambience. Food was decent. Service was very good. It is just not that special for what we paid.
Thanksgiving dinner was great! Wait staff all very friendly and seemed happy. Some even hugged each other as they left for night. Manager in plaid shirt seemed very in tune with wait staff and he seemed to know some customers pretty well. Nice place to go. Love watching the skaters while we dine.
Park Grill is always warm and inviting, upscale casual. The food was traditional and delicious. James was an excellent servant, patient with our group of 7 and right on top of service. Park Grill has become a Thanksgiving tradition our whole family loves.
Very nice except for the limited number of bathrooms. Had to wait in a long line.
Service good, food was really good, other then the shoestring fries, cold and dry.. They need to change it up.. Steak was great.. Serice was good, just to long to get to our table.. it wasnt the cleanest restaurant downtown.
It was comfortable and enjoyable; the waiter was attentive and helpful, the food was very good, the quiet setting fit our need! I would recommend it to anyone for an excellent casual meal!
The prime rib sandwich is highly recommended!!!!!! It melts in your mouth♥️
Always an outstanding dining experience - great food, exemplary service from wait staff, top notch value for the money!
Great place in downtown Chicago to get a bite. All the food was excellent!!
Fabulous waiter- great food! Good time!
It is really really rundown. And empty.
Definitely a touristy place. I went in the summer and enjoyed it more. It was a bit distracting with the ice rink open in front.
It was a perfect spot for my daughters and I to grab a meal before seeing Hamilton. The location is perfect for sightseeing and getting to CIBC theater. The service was attentive and friendly. Our food was delicious.
Family getaway weekend. Restaurant was very quiet. Food was delicious and nicely presented. There was no more than 5 minutes between starters and the main course, so we never finished the first course. Otherwise, a good experience.
Rebecca, our server was wonderful! Give her a raise! We will be back for sure.
Good dinner good food aware of our time limit Friendly staff
We were there before the ice rink opened so it was not as nice as it could have been with the skaters out front. They have a major problem with the bathroom situation. Only 2 single person unisex bathrooms so there’s usually a long line, even without the rink being open. Still a very nice location and the food is good. Our waitress was terrific.
Staff was very attentive, a wonderful atmosphere - good value and great food.
We needed a booth that we could use to reconnect after 2 years. We were there at lunch and stayed until nearly 3 pm. We were never rushed to order the next part of our meal.
Good food, would eat there again!
We tried the Park Grill for dinner and drinks before a concert at the Chicago Symphony Center. (Perfect location for that, by the way.) Lovely atmosphere. Drinks (Old Fashioned and Manhattan) were delicious. The appetizers were top notch and fabulous. We tried the harissa roasted cauliflower and the kung pao brussels sprouts. SO GOOD. The entree (we split the seafood enchiladas) was also good, but almost anticlimactic after the appetizers. Desserts sounded yummy, but we were too full to sample any of them. We will definitely return, but will probably make a meal out of the appetizers next time - there were other ones that we want to try.
Great spot for dining before theatre. Easy parking great staff food selections wide and tasty
