Excellent. Great value for quality cuisine and service.
I have enjoyed this restaurant since the days when it was in the 60s. Food never fails...portions seem smaller and more expensive than I recall, but it has always been a very worthy spot. Attentive service. A tad on the noisy side this visit, but the place was quite busy.
It was a perfect place for a business lunch. The space is huge but still feels intimate for a conversation and is very quiet.
I had a wonderful meal with my wonderful girlfriend at Park Avenue Winter !! We had the duck and the branzino. The service was great. The cocktails were equally fantastic.
Fantastic waiter and delicious food! Perfect for a meeting and easy to hear the conversation.
I ordered the filet and it was delicious. Perfectly prepared. Great wine list. Incredibly good service. I loved it.
Ambience is beautiful but the food was simply standard.
Birthday with my friends and my 5 week old son. Our waiter was very nice and friendly, food was great.
Incredible experience! From the outstanding food to the warm and unique ambiance, our birthday dinner exceeded expectations. Very friendly and knowledgable staff were the cherry on top. Do not skip dessert.
Everything was great and highly recommend
Delicious, innovative menu. Still, a bit overpriced. Had a very attentive and informed waiter which is a plus.
Wonderful - the service, the menu, the quality of food and preparation. Everything was superb
Really disappointed. Cold food, bad timing, overprized
This was an incredible value and a lot of fun - the only downside to the night was that the wine glasses were not changed between tastings and we were met with some resistance when one member of our party asked for a new glass. It was the only off putting part of an otherwise amazing evening.
I typically love this spot, had been going to the one on the UES forever. Service unfortunately was very off that day. Unlike their usual outstanding service.
We loved everything about it we had the best food and attention from the manager, we defenetley are coming back!!!
Had a tasty and wonderful New Years Eve dinner! The appetizers were incredible. The dessert was amazing. I recommend both the Apple/Cranberry dish and the Chocolate Cube!
Restaurant was beautiful inside but they had bizarre music blaring the whole night. Ke$ha mixed with Reggaetón mixed with Hall and Oates. I don’t want to eat a $50 filet with Foster The People ringing in my ears like I’m at a sporting event. Whoever is in charge of the music has to get a new playlist. It was awful and the other couple sitting next to us commented how bad the music was also. For such a pretty restaurant to be playing such crap music was a bummer. Food was underwhelming and not memorable. Service was fine but we definitely won’t be back.
We went here on NYE 2018, the music was too loud and didn’t fit with the atmosphere. I have been here for brunch and would recommend it much more for brunch than an evening meal
Staff was oddly standoff-ish. Prices a bit high for the food quality. Still great ambience and cocktail selection.
Very salty..........and of course you do not realise this until 3 in the morning when you wake up wanting to have a drink of water
Great food, awesome service. All around wonderful experience
Dinner was delicious, the service was quite good, but the wine list was quite pricey. I managed to find a good enough Sauvignon Blanc for $96, but there wasn't much of a selection in the $100 range.
Very good attention from the entire crew. Food was great as well as the ambience.
Always when I’m in NYC I like to pop in at Park Av, normally the food is exceptional but last Friday it was very disappointed. First of all because I ordered one of the specials and they had run out and I have to ordered something else which was fine, second of all the my main course it was very salt and even the side as well. Once I talk to the waiter he went to talk to the chef and came back with the worse excuse ever, but to no get my night and friends turn out in a bad way I chooses something different straight away and unfortunately that arrived when everybody in the table finished their meal. Things like that is totally unacceptable specially when you are pay a good price for your food and moment. To finalise the night I asked the bill and they even charge for the first main course which they run out, I’m not sure what happened the time but the Park Abc team was a bit out of track. Not sure if I’ll pop in again after this issues it was very embarrassed with my guest.
Without question, Park Avenue Winter (and Spring, and I'm sure Autumn and Summer) is one of the best restaurants in the boroughs for overall experience: food, design, ambiance, and service.
Care is taken with everything. Seasoning, texture, plating, ingredient quality, and execution done in the kitchen is gracefully delivered by the exceptional floor staff.
My colleague and I had the pleasure of working with Walter during our lunch meeting today (12/28/18). His recommendations, energy, and care made our already delicious meal better.
Park Avenue [Season] is a destination restaurant for couples, friends, families, and colleagues; very few spots can claim that.
The staff was impeccable - kind, prompt and friendly. The food was beyond delicious. We had a great meal!
Everything was wonderful. Service was good, food was great! The only thing was (we went for Christmas dinner and did a prix fixe) the mashed potatoes were cold and the maple glazed yams were way over glazed. Overall, a very nice experience!
This is the second time that I've been to Park Ave (The other time was during summer restaurant week) and it did not disappoint! I ordered the braised short ribs as part of the Christmas prix fix, and they were to die for. The candied yams that came as a side were also delicious. I didn't really enjoy the hamachi crudo (the seasoning was a little too salty, almost like straight-up fish sauce) but their crab cake is really great. I can't wait to try the spring menu!
Lovely Christmas Day dinner great food & service in New York from London for Christmas. The dinner was fantastic with excellent choice beautifully presented.
We were a party of 6 travelling from Australia to visit our daughter who is working in NYC. A friend recommended Winter for Christmas lunch. The service at the entrance was a little frosty but once we headed to the bar, everything was great. Lovely Prosecco cocktails to start a great dining experience.
We thought that the fixed price menu gave many delicious options and was good value for Christmas away from home. Our waiter was Croatian and delightful. The pumpkin ravioli was yummy and the eye fillet and sides were great. Others enjoyed the duck, short rib and crostatas. We all left feeling very pleased that we had spent our Christmas lunch here. Thanks Winter on Park avenue.
Food was excellent. Wine list seemed overpriced
Great service, good ambiance!
Food is fair. Menu selection is good, but the food itself had strong seasonings such as dressing and sauce.
The wine list was surprisingly mediocre as was the food. This place is not at all worth what they are charging. There are many better choices available in NYC.
Remarkable service and food.
Very impressive waiter and wait staff. Tremendous service and food. Would definitely be back for another special occasion as the cost is too much for everyday dining.
