On the night of March 14th, they only kept the main dining room open, and closed the other 2 smaller dining areas, which I thought was very dangerous during this COVID-19 pandemic crisis. There were a lot of people dining in the restaurant that night, and I just felt we were all too packed in together in the main dining room, which I repeat - is not healthy and not following the guidelines issued by the CDC , WHO & NYS Department of Health. They should've kept the other 2 dining rooms open, so that patrons could be seated further away from each, (3-6ft. distance), not be packed-in like sardines!

Excellent food and service

I absolutely enjoyed the seasonal food experience. Staff was attentive & provided great dinner & drink recommendations. OMG the S'More Sundae & Broken Holiday Ornament!

We were seated at 7:45 (on time) - and @ 9:05, while having coffee, were asked to give up the table.... for such a pricey restaurant, one shouldn’t be pushed out so quickly!

Food was so good we were celebrating an engagement and they surprised us with champagne and dessert. Very happy!

We went for lunch & Wine Week. The selection of wineries was excellent. The whites were crisp, had good body and were distinctly flavorful. The reds ranged from light with few tannins to full bodied fruity, smooth with deep color and great legs. We always love the food. There is something on the lunch menu for all: appetizers, sandwiches, salads, mains. The flavor profiles and textures are complex. My favorite was my friend’s burrata—enough to share. We all opted for the lobster salad, claw & tail on a bed of tender kale with crunchy quinoa & pistachios & a delicious dressing. The desserts were scrumptious. Our server Andry G kept us in wine at a nice pace. Also, she answered our questions in detail that helped us make our meal selections.

Broccoli Cheetos?!?

I LOVE Park Avenue. I have been coming here for over a decade with clients and friends. When mY friend, that’s new to the city, wanted to try new restaurant that was nice and classy for her birthday I suggested Park Avenue. They did not disappoint. I love that the restaurant changes the decor and menu to match every season. They really pay attention to detail. In my notes on my reservation I noted that it was her birthday. The manager had a card for her waiting at her seat, a nice tasting of an app from the chef, a wonderful desert and most importantly everyone told her happy birthday upon arrival LOL. She had the lobster risotto, I had the skate and rock shrimp, and we shared the broccoli and Cheetos. Everything was delicious! I promise you this restaurant never disappoints. It’s also a good option for brunch. :)

The ambiance is unique and amazing.

Amazing as usual. This is why I can confidently invite 11 of my friends here for brunch and know that everyone will find something the like. Our waiter Tyran was incredibly accommodating and efficient.

The waiter was inattentive. Definitely not what you expect from this caliber of restaurant. He forgot to bring drinks (like never got them), and just overall could not excite. Food was fine.

I enjoy going to this restaurant and experience their seasonal decor and menus. The environment, food and service did not disappoint.

However, it was bottomless mimosas day and the crowd became a bit loud for my dining taste. Fortunately we outlasted the bulk of the crowd and were able to have a conversation in normal “inside” voices.

We had a lovely time. Fun ambiance, and good service that made it a nice place to catch up with old friends.

This restaurant is absolutely adorable. Every seat in every room was cute. We were lucky enough to get a booth in the tree room and did the $69 dollar wine dinner. You do need to ask for this menu, it is such a good deal that the restaurant is not very open about it! But unlimited wine and three courses cannot be beat, especially in downtown Manhattan!!! Would recommend for a special occasion

Asked to be seated in big room with the tree and they couldn’t accommodate us but put us in another lovely room and all was fabulous!

This place was excellent, my own critique is that the music was lacking in sophistication that the dining experience met.

When we arrived, they escorted us to a table in the room by the bar rather than in the main dining room. I did not appreciate that and told them I had a reservation and expected to be seated in the main dining room. They did move us to a table in the main dining room (we would have left the restaurant otherwise, and I noticed that there was more than one table for 2 available, but it left a bad taste and feelings that we shall never return.

Always a great experience and terrific meal. We just started our second year of the 4 seasons!

Everything was amazing!

Valentine’s Day was perfect as we expected. We’ve never had a bad dish here! Everything was timed well, food came hot. Service was knowledgeable and knew when to pop in. Will continue to dine here for occasions.

The mushroom strudel and oatmeal ice cream were delicious.

The food was fantastic, but more impressive was our diligent waitress and the attention the restaurant took to help us celebrate our anniversary. We'll definitely be back.

Issue with seating. Called ahead and specifically requested a table in the main room, and was told that this request would be accommodated. However, when we arrived we were seated off to the side and had to complain and wait to be moved. The hostess was rather rude about the process unfortunately. Seems uncharacteristic of such a nice restaurant, especially on a fairly uncrowded Wednesday evening. Likely won’t be returning.

We had a fabulous evening at Park Ave Winter. Service, staff, beverages and food were all A+++++. Thank you for a wonderful time, we’ll be back. 😉

I enjoyed my dining experience here during restaurant week. From the vibes to the food everything was pleasant. The waitress was able to accommodate my vegan diet with ease. The food was delicious. Highly recommend, will be coming back here!
