The restaurant was beautiful but the food was a bit too salty for my taste.
We hadn’t been to Park Ave for a while and were concerned that it would be stuffy - we were 100% wrong. It was great! The rooms are warm & inviting. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Although the menu is concise, there’s something offered for everyone. Another point that should be mentioned is portion size. Many restaurants at this tier offer tiny portions. The portion size at Autumn are normal dinner sized! Go! You’ll thank me later.
Great food and service in a beautiful setting!
Server was very kind and food was delicious!
We try to get here for every season. Service is always exceptional and the Sunday brunch is perfection! I tell everyone to go there.
Our bride said Yes to the dress- we had a fabulous celebratory lunch- our waiter Chris was outstanding Park
Avenue has been our go to place for major events in our lives-
Thank you for always being consistent
Very pleasant service and good selection of entrées to appeal to any palate. My only issue with the service was the wine by the glass. Not stored well and thus the red wines were served too warm. More attentive sommelier required.
The food was delicious with layers of flavor in each bite. The duck was cooked welled and paired with a delightful mix. The famous broccoli Cheetos side dish was not bad, seems more like a novelty more than anything. The restaurant service was great though I’m not too sure if the waiter really understood all the intolerances our group had.
A very uneven, largely mediocre experience. Had alerted the restaurant that it was a birthday. They never acknowledged it and selected a particularly crummy table sandwiched between two large groups. The waiter never stopped pushing drinks but then vanished for long periods of time. Water went unrefilled. One appetizer was delicious, the other had sat and gone cold before service. The mains were both fine, one was quite good. We declined dessert because most of them seemed unappealing (aggressively sweet or overly complex). It took near 20 minutes to get the check. No one acknowledged our departure.
Food was great, service was not. Waiter barley checked in and had an issue with the bill that required speaking to the manager, who was incredibly abrasive.
Very expensive for very average food. The wine was good but so dear. Disappointing.
I always bring my out of town friends and family here. They really take care of you and go the extra mile to make your meal an experience!!
If glamping was a restaurant this would be it. The setting/ building was fancy but rustic. I loved the monkey bread, warm soft, crispy on the outside... The butternut squash soup with the gingerbread croutons was simple yet creatively different. The shrimp was served in an apple like slaw was good, but the shrimp was way too salty. Is that normal for gulf shrimp? I would totally come back though. The desserts sounded amazing.
We were a table of 12 cousins reuniting for brunch and we could not have picked a better place. The service was amazing and gracious. The food was so delicious. They helpfully accommodated our one vegan . The Prosecco was flowing. What a great restaurant. Thank you!!
Favorite restaurant for a reason - food, service and ambiance always exceed expectations!
Great service. It was our first time at this restaurant for brunch. Very good food. A very enjoyable Time!
I used to love this restaurant when it was uptown and the food was really good. Now the food is quantity over quality, nothing refined or special about any of it, and very fully priced. The wait service was good and pleasant, and the bread offered was excellent. The noise in the main dining room was so loud that despite a reservation, we asked to be seated next to the bar, where it was quieter. It will take a lot for me to give this restaurant another try.
Excellent food and atmosphere. I had the venison which was cooked perfectly. My companion had a fish entree which she totally enjoyed. The wine pairings were perfect. Our server answered all of our questions and his recommendations were spot on. I would describe the ambience as a step above casual, nicely romantic, comfortable, unpretentious and amazing. I will definitely be coming back.
I regret going here and left quite embarrassed by the poor food and drink quality after bringing a work client here.
Great Fall menu. Wasn’t anticipating the restaurant being as noisy/loud as it was. Enjoyable evening despite the noisy atmosphere.
The service was horrible. The food has gone down in quality. So disappointed.
The restaurant was out of 3 out of their 5 side dishes which was very disappointing.
We were giving a broken table in the dining room as well as a seat between two couches where there is a gap. When we asked to be moved, the hostess was rude, said there is no space.
The entire restaurant has lots of waiters and waitresses buzzing around but their so busy that they can’t be attentive to you.
We moved out of the dining hall and the food was so delayed and we could get no ones attention we ended up cancelling the order.
The manager offered to take the bill off, but we came for a Birthday and the experience wasn’t great.
Had a table of 9 as we were celebrating 2 birthdays and 1 anniversary. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The food came out at a great pace and never felt rushed after we completed dessert and coffee. Outstanding.
It was wonderful!!! The food, the service and everything. Marko was our server and he was delightful. Informative, pleasant, attentive. Thank-you Marko
It was quite a special day for me. I celebrated 1 year since my very serious medical condition - and my birthday at the same time. Unfortunately, we got kicked out by the general manager after 1,5hrs... right in middle of our dinner. Also, message and the whom experience was really bad.
Have been here several times and typically rate it high. However, this time, two issues. We always request the Mural room for it's low noise level, but this time it was extremely noisy - possibly due in part to one noisy table of 6 which caused another table of 5 and another of 4 to also speak very loudly. Although service was good and attentive, it took "forever" to get a simple desert. We saw a woman who appeared to be a manager clearing tables (and lots of different staff in and out) making us think that perhaps there was a staff shortage that night. Of note, our waiter was in and out several times while we waited for desert so I suspect the problem may have been in the kitchen.
Food was tasty enough. Lobster Mac and cheese yummy as was the pork schnitzel. Our waiter was quite poor. He was disengaged and disinter. When we asked questions about drinks he said “I don’t really know about those” but didn’t offer to find someone to answer and I felt like he rushed us through as well. Not the polished service I would have expected at a restaurant such as this
Amazing food far exceeding my expectations and the price point. A must try.
Sat at the tables close to the bar. Had drinks at the bar first and the bartender was very nice and drinks were good. Food was good but service was close to non existent. Waited about 20 min to be greeted by our waiter. I think they work as a group because we had a few people serving us. I personally don’t thinks its ideal. The ambience is nice with beautiful decor.
Good food, nice waitstaff but really painfully slow
We love their food and services also, wine. Especially Autumn and winter menu!
I have been here at least 10 times for brunch.
This time, the restaurant was BEYOND CROWDED, & we actually had to wait for a table, even with reservation.
Service was good but not great.
Still enjoyed & will revisit
Very good Sunday brunch venue. Good food, interesting menu, and nice setting—but very loud & busy. Still, it’s a nice restaurant & fun choice. Fairly pricey, especially wine, but quality of food good. Had a delicious burrata & toasted grapes appetizer that was wonderful. Salmon egg Benedict also was excellent. Try it.
The Fall menu was
Apps and dessert were great. Main course very mediocre for both my husband and myself.
Great food and great service along with a creative seasonal menu with thoughtful wine pairings.
Absolutely love this boozy brunch! I went two weeks in a row and had a fabulous time. The drinks kept flowing and the food is incredible! Two thumbs up! I will be back for more! 😀
Love this place so much. One of my favorite restaurants in NYC.
