Because of Park Aves great reviews in both Open Table and Orange Coast Magazine, I have been looking forward to having dinner there. However, I found my dining experience very underwhelming. While the service was excellent, the food was ordinary and the presentation was dull. I had the Sole Almondine, served with "peewee" potatoes topped with leeks and an arugula salad. I ordered carrots instead of the arugula . The Sole was actually very delicious. The potatoes were barely cooked. I had to cut them with a knife. The was not a speck of leeks on the plate. The 3 extremely small carrots were raw. My friend had the Filet . The steak was served with a dollop of mashed potatoes and 4 french style green beans. We split a decent Wedge salad and I had a glass of Chardonay . This uninspired meal cost each of us $66. Not worth it. The tables were very close together and the noise level was very disruptive. Conversation was difficult. I would not recommend Park Ave.

Dave Jr. gave us a personalized tour of il garage. He was very delightful. We weren't aware of your second restaurant. The patio and outside areas were lovely.
I had a rib-eye steak which was good but not outstanding. Twice baked potato was very good.
We live close but probably won't visit too often as prices are a bit steep for occasional dining.
Very enjoyable evening.

We went for Valentine’s Day and it was good not great. Food was amazing, but a little overpriced in my opinion. Service was not good. We waited for over an hour for our entrees.

As usual, Park Ave was spot on. The waiter was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and even the cocktails were a cut above other high end restaurants. We had a great Valentines Day.

It was a special
Menu and an early Valentine’s Day dinner. I have dined here a number of times. Got there 15
Minutes early for 6 o’clock reservation and despite the fact that there was no one in the restaurant was told I would have to wait that was one of the best things that could’ve ever happened because it was still happy hour at the bar the flat bread was awesome the drinks were good and by the time we sat down we already had quite a bit to eat the special menu was a little disappointing but the service was awesome and experience overall was good

Started the night with a first-rate Old Fashioned in their small but lively and comfortable bar. At dinner, the short ribs entre was excellent as was my beet salad starter. Our waiter seemed too busy and distracted to really give us calm attention. When not jotting down our order he glanced around the room and at other tables, and at one point he suddenly left the table in mid-conversation when another waiter got his attention. Though he apologized for leaving upon his return, he still seemed in a hurry and slightly annoyed with our questions. On the other hand the food arrived perfectly timed and delicious. So will probably return, hopefully to a different waiter.

We have been coming to ParkAve for many years, and have hosted events in the gardens. We have always been amazed by the service and food, until this past weekend. The restaurant was overly crowded and much too noisy. I could barely hear the waiter’s description of the specials for the day, which led to disappointment when my meal arrived...I had no idea it was being served with shellfish - complete with their shells - on top of my fish! Not very appealing to me.

The usual ambiance suffered due to the number of people (and many large groups) in the restaurant that night. Not sure when I will return...perhaps when I can sit outside and not feel so crowded.

Chef David Slay, David Jr. and everyone at Park Ave are incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food is out of this world! We especially love the Swedish Meatballs Chef prepares but everything on the menu is outstanding.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for something off the main strip in Anaheim during the annual NAMM show, which means over 100,000 additional people all looking for a good meal. We were absolutely delighted with the food, the server, and the ambiance. My husband had the filet medallions and I had wild sea bass - both were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be going back on our next trip to NAMM!

Upon my first dining experience, two things were apparent to me. The first was attention to detail. From the exterior landscaping to interior decor, the food menu to the wine list, everything had purpose. It was impressive to see someone's thorough vision brought to life with precision. The second? This will be a destination for all my future travel to Anaheim. The Chef made us feel like we were not only welcome but like we were old friends. I don't know how else to describe this restaurant other than saying it's simultaneously classy and classic. Bravo.
