The food was delicious and the services was excellent! Too bad it is in hallway of a building. Every time the door opened , we got a very cold breeze blowing on us.! I got the country omelette and that was fabulous. My kids got crepes, one savory and one sweet which were great!
This creperie is more than it lets on. An extensive and well-rounded cocktail list is quite the surprise when you think you’re going to a dessert or brunch spot. Featuring many classics with subtle adaptations and a few far flung boozy shakes, the offerings here are sure to satisfy. Beyond beverages, the menu is complete for a dinner that feels unique but offers the comfort of familiar ingredients. The service and our choices were all excellent. Located in a thoroughfare of a large building, the space features a door that stays open too long and ushers in a blast of cold air in the winter. Not to worry though, they have blankets for patrons that look like the French flag draped across the cozy two-seat spots at the bar. These seats are perfect for a date.
Everything was great; good food, good service. They need to find a way to keep the cold outside air from coming in. Made the seat cold and cooled to food too fast. Maybe put up a temporary screen.
It's an OK place for a quick fix if you are looking for a crepe, but certainly no French ambiance, in fact, no ambiance at all. Just a "bar" set up under a stairway in the foyer/atrium of the King Entertainment complex. The crepes were good, but I have had much better. Wait staff and cook hard working and pleasant.
We were a little surprised that it was more like a kiosk/bar set-up rather than a full restaurant setting, but in fairness the original write-up did say it was under the escalator so we should have figured that out. We had an absolutely lovely time, though. We enjoyed watching the food being cooked and chatting with all three of the workers. They sure get a lot done in a small space! The menu was varied with soup, salad, and chocolate mousse in addition to the crepes. It was all quite delicious. The one big deterrent for us to consider returning was how much the parking garage cost! Ouch! Hopefully they will consider opening a new location out in the suburbs with free parking.
Had their savory crepes; the egg and cheese were excellent, and crepe was good but maybe a little thicker than usual. The french press coffee was a bit on the weak side. Overall we enjoyed our meals there. Service was prompt and courteous.
