Parcel 32 is an Upper King Street restaurant housed in a historic 1837 Charleston single home. At Parcel 32, we are inspired by the culinary traditions of our city, as well as the outstanding farmers, producers, purveyors, and artisans.

To honor this, we have brought together the best of the old and the new - in both cuisine and atmosphere. Parcel 32 incorporates the flavors and layered heritage of the coastal South in a refined, yet relaxed environment that reflects the building's history, as well as the modern influences of today.

442 King Street was built in 1837 and was at one point the peninsula's highest-volume bakery for 75 years. Later, the home sat in vacant disrepair for years. In 1998, Patrick Properties bought it to return it to its former glory, helping launch the restoration of the Upper King St we know today. Much of Upper King's revitalization can be tied back to the Patricks and the work they've done to restore Charleston's

Adorable decor and ambiance! The service was wonderful. I'm a vegetarian and there were more meat-free options than at many other Southern restaurants, but still not a huge variety. But what I had was great!

Parcel 32 has a great, trendy atmosphere. They have an interesting menu, but you are not able to customize your choices. Highly recommend the bread appetizer and the chicken entree.

Our server Trevor was fantastic! We were shocked to find out from his manager he was a new server, and could not have been happier with his expert suggestions for our wine, appetizers, main course AND ultimately the chocolate bread pudding paired with Nutella ice cream.

The restaurant was bright and not overly crowded, and the food was delish. Thank you. We will be back and requesting Trevor.

The food was fantastic, but service was bad. Our server was disinterested and didn't engage, and left us for long periods of time without checking in. Our bill was wrong, and it took almost twenty minutes to get that corrected and pay.

The best part of this meal was the bread, but this is also not automatically brought to your table. The slow cooked beef did not appear to be so at all, but just a regular steak. The pecan hush puppies, soup, and trout were just ok. Have a drink and the bread and move on

Was not aware the menu was a Pri-fix but should have! (It was Valentines Day) It limited our choices considering this was our first time dining there. Will look forward to another time on a non-holiday weekend.

Booked for valentine's day because website said we could order off the actual menu or valentine's day menu. When we got to Parcel 32, the only menu available was the Valentine's day menu...we asked for regular menu but we told that chef decided that day to only offer the Valentine's menu. It seemed like a lazy way out by the kitchen - the normal menu is not large so not sure why only the small menu (3 choices for each course) was offered. Regarding food: The potato leek soap had way to much potato - not enough leek. The pasta dish I ordered was a shells with mushrooms and a cream sauce; however, the dish did not have nearly enough mushrooms to warrant calling itself a mushroom anything. We did not stay for the dessert: a molten lava chocolate cake (cliche) or house made ice cream. The dining room was very loud, which was expected but not necessarily welcome.
On the positive side: the server was attentive and the wine (a cab) was reasonably priced and quite tasty. Overall, a disappointment!

As noted on the website, we were offering a special Valentine’s Day menu that included large shareable plates for two, an optional prix fixed menu, or the option to order items a la carte. We’re disappointed to hear you didn’t fully enjoy your experience, and we hope you will give us another try soon on a regular night when our full menu is being offered.

We were very pleased with our dinners at Parcel 32. The restaurant was very busy and the staff, who remained pleasant throughout, were hard pressed to deliver timely service. It took quite a while for us to have our complete meal -- well over 2 hours. I don't think I will go back on a weekend, but I will go back!

This was my first time at Parcel 32. I was very impressed. The wine list was good. I had the slow cooked beef and it was excellent. The restaurant had a nice decor. I will be back.

Decided to try Parcel 32 for brunch with four friends as I was visiting this past weekend and I'm glad we did! Attentive service from Ashleigh, delicious food and a chill atmosphere made P32 a terrific start to a Sunday. Kudos to the kitchen - the Hot Chicken & Waffles and Lobster Toast were spot on!! We'll all be back!

Went for restaurant week and the food was phenomenal, however the service was incredibly slow- sometimes 30mins between courses. We also found plastic in one of our dishes and mentioned it to the waiter with little response from him/he was very blasé about it. I’m sure restaurant week determined the service, so would definitely go back on a normal week. Aside from the service and plastic, the food itself was amazing. Loved the chicken and short rib. The banana bread pudding was also out of this world. Definitely still recommend and will return.

We went there while being on Whole 30 and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Probably should have called ahead to let them know about our dietary restrictions but were wonderful.

Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. I tried the Caesar salad, and it was a triumph of delicious flavors and textures including bresaola, and crispy boquerones. That was merely the 2nd course, although it could've been an entree serving size. The pork schnitzel was a well done twist on traditional, with crisp fried mustard greens on top and celery root puree and dijon sauce on the plate.
The brown sugar bourbon cake, with bourbon buttercream, butterscotch sauce, and a "Ritz Crunch" cookie was as over the top rich and delicious as it sounds. An excellent meal served by a knowledgeable, and helpful with wine choices, wait staff. From the hostess who seated me with the waiter I requested, to a fond goodbye on leaving, it was a most enjoyable experience and I was more than satisfied with dinner.

What an absolutely lovely evening w/delicious and surprising flavors to satisfy our palette while the staff treated us so welcoming-like family. Portions are generous and it was such a great deal to enjoy and savor four courses for only $55.00! The chef even came out to say hello for our special occasion request and he even offered how his culinary team create some of the melt in your mouth delight! Definite Charleston fine delectable dining and charm w/personable staff that ensure to contribute their special hospitality touch for an extraordinary experience to remember.
