   My boyfriend and I went to Parc for the first time for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the ambiance and our server (Chanel) was kind and attentive. The food was good as well, smaller portions than expected though. The main reason I’m writing this review is to address how difficult it is to get ahold of anyone who works there while calling. There was a mix up with bills so my card was accidentally charged $400 for someone else’s bill on top of already being charged for my bill. I tried to call Parc twice and left my name and number yet still no call back, on the third call the next day they picked up only to take my name and number again yet never call me back. I understand accidents happen since I serve as well so none of this is directed to my server, I just wish someone from management would help me clear this up. I was told it would clear from my account in 24-48 hours, it has not.

   The PARC is one of the most comfortable and enjoying eating venues in the State of MI. Food is always great. Ambience is just super. This restaurant is one of my very favorites.

    Music so high and stressful. Not a Sunday brunch music. Asked for it lowered a few times. The lowered a speck then turned it up again. A lot if banging in the music.

    Everything was as perfect as it could be! We were seated right away on a busy Saturday night (with reservations of course), food was super flavorful, drinks were amazing, and our service was spot on! The play super fun music, have amazing service, drinks, AND food…. Not to mention the fun ambiance!

    Overall good vibe at the Parc. Fidel’s service from the time you walk in the door. We enjoy going there for Brunch on the weekends. We like to sit at the bar, and Joseph gives us great service. He is mild majored and never makes you feel rushed which we enjoy.

    First of all, Service all was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive and very professional. The food is served in a good amount of time I did not feel rushed. The food was perfect. I’m a seafood eater and I was cooked perfectly. I loved the brussels sprouts .

    I booked this reservation for our 2 year anniversary. I had been here once and sat at the bar. It was a cool vibe and I liked the experience. So why not try it for a special occasion. I’ll start with the great things: -Our server was fantastic. She was personable, funny and was ready to recommend menu items. She took care of us very well. She made sure to get us a special free dessert at the end. - The entrees were very good. And the Brussel sprouts side dish was excellent! I see some areas for improvement and things that just felt off for such a price point of a restaurant: - We were sat in a 2-top in the middle of a row of 4 two-tops that had no more than 2 feet on each side. It was very delicate to get into the seat and once in, moving around or shifting was almost impossible. Also, we were so close to other diners that any conversation was easily overheard. And the server could only walk sideways along a very small walkway to get to each table. I saw more than one run in between a food runner and the server. - Our appetizer was forgotten and the entrees were just brought out. Not a huge deal and they did comp a round of drinks. This was a little disappointing but happy that they recognized it and did something about it. - Used drink glasses were not removed from the very small table so it definitely added to the claustrophobic feeling. I understand the space is limited within the building and they are likely trying to maximize the amount of patrons they can serve. However for a special occasion and the price point, I would expect a more comfortable experience.

    We enjoyed brunch for two birthday celebrations. Everything was amazing from the start. The host were attentive as well as the server, and rest of the staff. We ordered one of each appetizer , and entrees from the brunch menu; and had amazing bloody Mary’s and mimosas, and a few of the cocktails from the menu! We were very satisfied and we are looking forward for summertime brunch at Parc!

    Excellent food and service! First time visiting, won't be the last. I had the Branzino and my husband had the Prime NY Steak - both were incredible! Right now, Campus Martius is still lit with Christmas lights and it was beautiful enjoying a meal with all the lights around us. Great atmosphere. The only thing we didn't care for was how diners with 2 people are seated - extremely close together. We could easily overhear the conversations next to us, and it's a very tight squeeze when getting up to use the restroom because the tables are so close. It felt like I was goin to knock over the tableware from diners next to me. The couple next to us left to sit at the bar as it felt more 'open' there. If there was some way to put more space between the tables for 2, that would be nice.

    Our delightful lunch was enhanced by window-side seating, attentive service and suggestions from Sarah, and superbly crafted dishes (grilled burrata appetizer, mussels, vegan sausage with pasta, Woodward salad). Value added: impressive wine list. We'll return (as we have before) for a distinctive, consistent experience.

    Amazing dinner with my wife and daughter. Food was fantastic, ambience was wonderful with view of people at ice rink and the Christmas tree/lights. But the part that really made the difference was our waiter Truman and the rest of the staff. They were attentive and professional. This is obviously a well run restaurant.

    If you love Miracle Whip or mayonnaise-you’ll love this place. Ordered the Caesar salad - meh. The dressing was definitely NOT a Caesar dressing. Very mayonnaise-y. My companion ordered fish tacos. Slaw on the tacos was swimming in mayo. Saw 2 women nearby with lobster roll sandwiches - mostly uneaten and they were there longer than we were. I’m guessing mayo overdoses on those sammies as well. Service was great -friendly, attentive and prompt. Might be a cool watering hole for happy hour after work but lots of better dining options in the D. IMO

    We had a great time for brunch at Parc! We got right in and we were seated at a table with a wonderful view of Campus Martius! We ordered the smoked salmon and latkes & the creole shrimp omelette. We enjoyed every bite! The best part of our experience was our server Kyra. She was so kind and offered us great suggestions. She has such a bubbly personality that really made it a great dining experience. Excited to go back!

    Service for slow for drinks, food, and bill! We believe our waiter was new, but to be there for almost 3 hours is ridiculous. It was literally almost a hour wait for everything including our checks. We should have been comped for inconvenience but was not. I love Parc though l, it’s normally on point. If I was to get the same server I’d leave next time

    We brunch once a month at a different restaurant this time u chose Parc.. I have been here many times and I normally sit at bar with the bartender KT or in Khai sections.. Those 2 are amazing assets to this place. This time I didn't request Khai section and boy was I sorry I didn't! The Server needs customer service training wand food was less than expected. I feel like a lot of places there food has taken a dive. I have gone here for year's as the brunch definitely needs work. I was disappointed in the servers lack of customer service and her screwing up the bill in the end when she thought she was gonna get a extra $100 tip on top of the $85 tip that was already included blew my mind. The managers tried to fix the issues with the computer and couldn't figure it out so they has to end up giving us cash back. The crazt part was I asked the other server I normally sit with can she wait on us and she requested to do so and the other server said no she wanted to keep us. I wasn't happy about that because any issues with food or drinks Khai has always handled with such professionalism since I meet her. Needless to say my group said I can't pick the best 5 places to go because of the bad experience we had.

    Grabbed brunch here for my father’s birthday. Food was pretty good but a bit overpriced. Our server was Chanel. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us some great reservations. The ambience was upscale and comfortable. Overall a great experience
