A century of combined culinary experience unites the family of chefs behind Mosaic District's brightest new restaurant. Chef/Owner Brendan L'Etoile works alongside his uncle and mother in the vibrant open kitchen at the heart of the beautiful two-tiered dining room and bar, putting the family twists on classic bistro fare and bringing a taste of metropolitan France to Northern Virginia. Traditional onion soup and pillowy boudin blanc sausage are showcased alongside L'Etoile's favorite less-globalized dishes, like pinot noir-poached duck egg and Parisian gnocchi.

Have been a devoted fan of the Parc ever since they first opened! Am very glad they have weathered the Covid and related economic challenges. "There is no such thing as false hope."

Incredible meal! We all got different entrees but everyone thought theirs was the best—not always the case when dining in a group. Great cocktails, delicious starters and deserts. Seriously, the food was so good. We’ll be returning! Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. They recognized up for anniversary and treated us as if were the only guest in the restaurant. The atmosphere was quaint in an industrial wide open space. The tables were small but maybe it was inspired by a French bistro. The drink menu and options were very limited by options for mixtures. I tried some infusion inspired options but it wasn’t for me. The waiter was great and recognized this fact and removed the drink. It was very good but a $200+ dinner for 2 was a little high for what we what we consumed. I still thought the overall experience was very good.

Our first visit for a birthday dinner for a friend. The salad and squash soup were terrific starters; the onion soup was not as impressive. All 3 entrees were delicious - sea bass, salmon and steak fritas. The rice pudding for dessert was delicious. We will definitely go back to this restaurant as well as their sister restaurant in Arlington, Cafe Colline.

Very good, enjoyable French place. Food is hearty and unpretentious but delicious. Great drink menu, but a bit overpriced. Atmosphere is very good and service was excellent.

We had a wonderful dinner here. One of our only experiences dining indoors during the pandemic and they are doing a great job of staying safe. There is no children’s menu, however they made a fabulous grilled cheese for our 6yr old that now can’t wait to return. Excellent branzino & short ribs!

What a nice evening out! We love the food and the atmosphere . The music is a nice touch...servers were working hard to see to Guests and a light staff is expected. I’m glad to see they are still open despite the pandemic

The service was wonderful, the gentleman opened the door for us and everyone was very attentive. Water was brought up as needed, as well as, the drinks. The wine recommendation was excellent. Food came out much later than expected and everything, including the appetizers was so salty, the salt covered the taste of the dishes.
Also, it was uncomfortably cold inside the restaurant. This is my second time here. I had a really good time when I came first (before the pandemic) and the second time was more of a disappointment.

What a wonderful French restaurant right here in NoVa! We were so pleasantly surprised! It’s quality rivaled Le Diplomat and Chez Francois and it was a thoroughly well prepared and selected menu and everything came out exactly correct and it was easy to see that folks care here. The wait staff was knowledgeable and the kitchen very skilled. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely Sunday lunch!

The tables were all spaced out, but I was happy to see that most of the tables were filled by the end of the evening. (This is the second time that I have dined here, the first being pre-COVID.) Our waitress was attentive, and my friend and I enjoyed our dinner. My guess is that the restaurant has either shortened their menu or the dessert is on rotation, but I was really looking forward to having a Paris-Brest again!

Was pleasantly surprised by PDV. Shiloh, our server, did an amazing job pacing our meal and recommending dishes. The manager, i didn't catch his name also stopped by and made our birthday dinner special.

The escargot is delicious and with a nice balance. The chicken liver parfait was also pleasant. Their french onion soup is on the lighter side but tastey.

The trout is AMAZING, I wanted to lick the plate. The duck confit is also delicious. And the chocolate mousse was to die for... we ended up getting two! The value of the food and service is great and we can't wait to come back!

Late Saturday night, uncrowded due to Covid. Noise was low, but likely to be a problem when busy. Hard surfaces abound.

Distancing was handled well and front of the house was handled very well. Service was professional, but less attentive than It should be.

Shared a mixed salad that was a bit boring and overdressed making it salty, but the ingredients were fresh. Average quality French Onion soup. Prepared nicely, cheese was tasty and crispy/gooey in the right proportions, but the broth was a bit underwhelming. The stars of the meal were the entrees. A special fish of the day (Loup de Mer) along with the chicken confit. They powered the 4 star overall review.

we have dined here before and even recommended to friends but we will not be back.
we were seated and No one came to ask if we need anythinhg. no water. NONE. i had to flag one server and he told me he will tell our server. we waited and nothing happened.
i asked the same server again and he brought 2 glasses. no water.
i then asked to speak to manager who happened to be the one who seat us.
then the bar tender stepped in and took care of us. thanks for saving our Friday evening.
they may be short staffed but really bad service except the bar tender.
we will not be back. sorry we recommended to friends.

Very friendly service. Nice upscale casual atmosphere. Music was appropriate and decent volume but high ceilings make conversation easy. Food was very tasty; not exceptional, but certainly worth the trip on a weeknight or possibly special occasion. The menu was quite limited and I would have liked to see a few more items, but this could be a result of Covid-19 and limited seating capacity. I would got back.

We had a wonder anniversary dinner with our family at Park de Ville. The food was delicious and Shiloh was a wonderful server. We were pleased it was open and with Covid19, management and personnel took great care to keep everyone healthy and safe. I Highly recommend Park de Ville with the caveat to be prepared for the price point, especially for drinks.
