Fantastic as always!
We have had several meals here and it is very consistent. The food is very carefully prepared, it always looks as good as it tastes.
The food and wine was wonderful, as usual. However, the Saturday after Valentine's Day was so crowed that the service was slower than we had ever experienced at Parc Bistro - very, very slow. Hereafter, we will avoid the Valentine week.
French onion soup was luke warm and 5 out of 10
Escargot was delicious.
Beef tartar was good but acidic.
Service was great
Ambiance was great.
Great food and customer service!
Great restaurant, octopus was delicious and great service.
Very comfortable table up front in the bar area. Ashley doubled as barmaid and server and did both fabulously. Oysters and mussels to die for. Fried artichokes too heavily battered. Beef tartare had no pizzaz. Oh well.
Service was poor. We brought my friend in for your birthday celebration. We mentioned the birthday in the reservation but no acknowledgement of the celebration. Last time we were here it was an excellent experience. However, not sure if we will return.
Well it was a very unhurried Saturday night meal with friends. Two of us had the most outstanding rack of lamb that I for one ever had. Since I now live in the neighborhood, I will definitely go back
We were there for a friends birthday and had a lovely time. The food and wine were outstanding as was the service. We found a new favorite place and want to bring more friends in for happy hour and dinner.
This is a lovely place for a quiet dinner on Sunday. I'm told it's a bit busier during the week and Friday but this is the first visit. I am looking forward to joining one of their famous wine dinners.
The duck dinner was fantastic and I had the lobster risotto but I won't post the picture because it wasn't served as shown on the website. A bit disappointing but the flavor was still there.
I will return to enjoy the duck dish, although that didn't photograph well either. Mike was a wonderful server and we both enjoyed the cocktails very much. We will definitely return.
I'd say this is a wonderful celebratory place and a very nice Sunday meal.
I highly recommend it if you enjoy French cuisine.
We really enjoy eating here before our Old Globe plays.
Our group of 6 were the only "large" group dining that evening; most likely due to the very rainy night.
When we arrived at 5:30 there were only 2 other tables occupied but by the time we left at 7:10 p.m. a
few more people were dining. Our server, Jerry, was fabulous! We had told him that we had Theatre tickets
for 8:00 p.m. and wanted to leave at 7:15 p.m. He said "leave it to me and you will be on time" and we were and we didn't feel rushed. Would definitely do this again but next time would like to not have somewhere
else to be ~ just relax and enjoy a wonderful dinner.
Went here for a friend's birthday and the food was so good. I had the oven rack of lamb which was amazing. My friend had the duck confit. OMG, if you ever go here GET THE DUCK CONFIT. You will not be dissapointed.
Wine list was good. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.
We have introduced several friends to this restaurant! The food is always excellent, as is the service. The restaurant itself offers nice ambiance for lunch or a dinner out. It's one of our favorite places!
I came here with my wife during San Diego restaurant week. I was impressed they had a generous menu and only serve the special RW menu during this event. They also have an impressive list of wines and craft beers, we opted for the later. We both had a very nice crab cake followed by an excellent steak, which were perfectly cooked.
I also opted for the lobster which was amazing. The dessert was very good and we will definitely be back. The service was perfect and the ambience was French cool and it was easy to find street parking.
Went for restaurant week. Food was absolutely amazing. We both had the beet salad and then then steak frites and coq au vin. Everything wonderful. Service was just a tad bit slow.
Incredible service and excellent food. The selection of foods and flavors and quality were top notch and worth every penny. The service was incredible as well where they all seemed to work together as a team on the floor and the manager and owner was always available and walking the floor as well making sure everything was going smoothly
Great food and great service!
I want to come again!
We went there during the Restaurant Week. Had a great experience over all. Everything was delicious, bread, Beet salad, salmon, lamb and esp. escargot- super. Duck confit was a bit salty; I mentioned to the waiter and he got it changed right away. Cocktails were great too. Will definitely go again.
We had an awesome three course meal, delicious! And great service!
Parc feels like a real Parisian bistro and serves exactly the kind of food I would want to find at one. I had escargot, a steak and creme bruise for desert. It was not an inexpensive treat, but as we left I felt it was well worth it. A lovely evening.
Everything was fine, service a little slow on bringing wine, dessert, and check. Crab cakes the best I've had on the west coast. Trout has tasted better in the past.
Great service, tasty food, but, lukewarm at best. A little disappointing given restaurant was not that busy and we have had great hot meals on past visits.
We love this place. It has become our favorite restaurant in San Diego. Starting going there a little over a year ago. Then had our rehearsal dinner there and then had brunch there with family and friends the day after our wedding. And have continued to go there since. And felt it was the perfect place to on our wedding anniversary. Thank Sam and your staff for making it so wonderful. You guys are the best. And you know we will be back again
Best chicken and waffles I ever ate!!!
Duck dish and beef stew fish very tasty however my duck breast ordered Med to med well, came out very raw and the beef stew Luke warm, third dis steak frites- steak not hot and fries very cold. Duck breast sent back and fries replaced with fresh- management very unhappy and gave free round or desserts. I want to try the black cod and the lobster Mac and cheese so I will go back. I like the menu and the apple Tatin was very good. It's a very nice place and a nice bar.
Been there many times for lunch, but first time in quite a while for dinner. Excellent dinner, decent although limited Southern France wine selection. Very good scallops!
Food was delicious, service was exceptional. Had a party of 8 people, and everyone left with a smile on their face.
Best Saturday Happy Hour!
The food was outstanding and excellent service , dessert was wonderful.
Lovely table in the back, with attentive service and great food.
Great French food in a great atmosphere. I have dined at the restaurant several times and the food and service are always consistently outstanding.
Beautiful setting in San Diego. Delicious food with delicate flavors. Very friendly and attentive service.
Excellent place for a romantic evening dinner
Nice...but a little too pricey, and that Frenchy Pretenchy thing gets a little old real fast.
Outstanding food/drink And great service. Best lunch spot.
Me esperaba mejor comida.
Another great time at Parc Bistro. New Years was a fun 20's theme and the right amount of party for us 40 somethings. I had the duck which was fantastic, along with the lobster risotto appetizer. The food was on point.
Came for NYE dinner. Open table had a pre-fix menu displayed, but that wasn't what was served on the night-of. Not sure if open table or Parc mistake. Food was fine, was looking forward to a cheese board or cheese course but they didn't have one that night. Our server was very frazzled, a couple a few tables down left after drinks. The decor and ambiance are nice, but the tables being so close together creates a non-romantic atmosphere. They hired a band that was not very good (grumpy couple next to us declared they sucked). I would say this restaurant is better for a group or party.
Great menu, good service, great food.
New Years EVE........The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and festive. Attention to detail and elevating their game for the evening was obvious. Recommend to all
