   I've eaten at PW before and always enjoyed it. Everything went wrong on Saturday, starting with a strip of overhead lights that started flashing like a disco. We had to ask three times to have them turned off so we weren't triggered. Our appetizers took 45 minutes to arrive, and when they did, they were bland and tasteless. We had to ask for water more than a half dozen times, and the waitstaff would not leave a pitcher of water with us. The entrees also took a long time to come, and they had none of the flair or subtle flavors that we remembered from past visits. The music was so loud that we had to shout to hear each other. It was a huge disappointment. We will not be going back.

   Excellent food and ambience. The service is very good, but my one complaint is that we asked for the main course to come after the appetizers, and everything seemed to come out at the same time. That felt rushed. We had specifically asked for the dishes not to come out all together, and that was not the case. I will still go back because the food is outstanding and everyone there is very nice.

   Great restaurant with delicious foods & drinks. Staff and service were amazing.
