Food was excellent - had the salmon special and the pasta with roasted tomatoes & mushrooms. My husband added a chicken breast to the pasta dish. Our waitress was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Amazing! Creative options and delicious flavor combinations. Best place in town!
When we showed up the restaurant was closed. They should have turned off OpenTable reservations.
4th time enjoying this great restaurant. We have ordered different dishes and apps every time. They have all been delightful, fresh and something totally unique. Keep the Ghost Train IPA on tap. That beer provides a great foundation for the good foods offered here!
The food was ok. Honestly, for the price, I expected top-notch food and it was literally ok. My friends had the ribeye which was cooked ok but lacked flavor and size. It was small and had zero marbling. My other friend had the swordfish and she said it good but the purple cauliflower was better. I had the pappardelle with tomatoes and mushrooms and it was really good. The desserts were a disappointment. We shared the poached plum which was rock hard and not properly poached. The wait staff was good.
Went to Sunday brunch for the second time. Absolutely outstanding! I had the Huevos Rancheros with the lamb chorizo. Unique and delicious. Vikki had the chicken fried steak. This is a tender marinated sirloin not ground or chopped bargain cut. Succulent!
Very nice place with great atmosphere. As other tables were getting their food, the cameras came out! Presentation was impressive. It was our anniversary and Parasol is a great pick for a special occasion. This was our first time there, but we are hoping to be back.
Date night with my sweetie. Dinner was, as always, fabulous. Loved the light music in the background that started halfway through dinner. The ghost train beer is awesome...please don’t ever get rid of this one. We would welcome a Pilsner on tap to the list of drafts though. We love the different menu and trying the new menu items. Everything is always beautifully presented and wonderful tasting. We will be back again very soon. If is one of our top places to eat in Billings. We will safe eating at this restaurant...the tables are socially distanced and the staff all wear masks. Thanks Parasol!!
The depth of favor and the freshness of ingredients were mind blowing! Service was outstanding!
Wow! This was the best dining experience I’ve had in years. We were seated right away and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our server was so outgoing, informed, friendly, fun, and attentive. And the food... wow. Just more “wow”. The flavors were on point and everything was seasoned perfectly. The menu was the perfect size, with a great amount of variety and something for everyone. The charcuterie board was incredible! My husband and I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. the dressing was delicious, the chicken was fall-apart moist and seasoned to perfection. The prices couldn’t be more reasonable - and we gladly left a big tip for our server! Go to Parasol! You will love it!
Outstanding food and service!
Great food, great service, great new restaurant in the hood.
Awesome time enjoyed it very much. Even was able to meet the chef. Awesome guy. Thanks jazmine
Incredible food, wine list and service. Doesn't get any better!
Exquisite as always!
The pasta dish was sour tasting with pool of butter on plate. Pasta tomatoes and mushrooms were mush. Other food was just ok. Seemed overpriced for mediocre service and just ok food. Very limited menu.
They were overwhelmed and it took them 1 1/2 hr to get the food to our table from the time we ordered it.
It wasn’t just us but the whole restaurant.
They did comp us part of the bill which was nice, but when it came down to it, the food wasn’t all that.
Great atmosphere. Our waitress was excellent and friendly. She even made sure my boyfriend nor I had a peanut allergy because they make housemade ketchup. When we received our food the presentation was really well done and food tasted great as well!
Superb! A completely wonderful dining experience!
Parasol was heat! And thus review must be at least 50 characters ...
Love trying new things and the specials have been great.
Lunch with a girlfriend to catch up, we don’t get to do very often, it was wonderful, everything was fabulous
Fantastic meal - our dishes looked like works of art and were absolutely delicious! One of our new favorite places!
Just ok. Definitely not worth $128 after tip for 2 adults and one child. Don’t think we will be back.
Food and service were both above average - my wife had the buffalo burger and I had the cut of the day - our food was cooked to perfection, incredibly juicy, and the seasoning sublime - our server was attentive but not hovering and the restaurant was very clean with the tables spaced for the times. Kudos to the parasol staff - we had a great time!
I came to Parasol expecting Jason's usual quality and, we were not disappointed. I had the duck breast and it was excellent!
Passing thru and found this gem on Open Table. It was highly rated so we decided to give it a try. It actually exceeded our expectations. One had the salmon tacos and they were outstanding. I had the falafel platter and the flavors were amazing! We will definitely return!!
Great experience with very interesting menu choices for lunch. We loved it!
The food, service and ambiance are fantastic. Highly recommend and we will be back many more times in the future!
We had a party of six on a Saturday night. Everyone had a great meal, but the best were the pappardelle dish and the blue huckleberry thyme cobbler. Yum!!!
Never disappointed when we go to Parasol--it is definitely our "go to" place now. Excellent food, service, and the ambience is perfect!!
Fresh local food, great wine selection, can't wait for the patio to open.
Delicious food, nice ambiance . Great new option in Billings !!
Excellent experience. The Charcuterie was the best I’ve ever had in Billings. The meal was great as was the wine and service.
The restaurant has soothing decor and some fun options on the menu. The music was too "old rock" and loud for our table's preferences but otherwise we have a good experience.
Our waitress was excellent! Food was delicious and our table was private.
Without hesitation , recommend Parasol . We went for brunch. A friend used a wheelchair, and the staff was very accommodating for making her comfortable and she opted to have her WC moved aside, using the pull out chair that was also available. The food did not disappoint. As always, Jason Corbridge leadership in the kitchen shown through. He made rounds with those in the dining area. So kind to make personal comments - connections with each table. We have followed him around Billings . An incredible talent. One our community is richer for having. Thank you to all the Staff at Parasol for making it a memorable Birthday Brunch. with much gratitude...._/\_
Nice restaurant. The food was good (Tuna Tostada and Mushroom Pasta), if a little rich. A problem is that the food comes out warm, not hot, and is served on cold plates. Our meals quickly grew cold, which, combined with the richness, detracted from the flavors. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She noticed the issue with the cold food and comped us with a desert, which was very good. Another issue; we arrived on time for our 6:45 reservation to a restaurant that had several empty tables. We asked to be seated away from the door, and were given the choice of two tables right next to the door. When we again asked to be seated further into the restaurant, we were told by the hostess that "...we seat by 'server and section'..." and that these two tables were our only choice. A little off-putting because there were tables we preferred that were available, and not reserved (plus the fact that our server was serving one of the tables we preferred). The empty tables filled in less than twenty minutes, so the "...server and section..." comment didn't make much practical sense. Again, off-putting. But we'll go back. The food was good and the problems are kinks of a new restaurant that will likely be resolved.
We went for my husbands birthday. He’s a foodie and appreciates creative chefs. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted wonderful. Since they’re next door to a flower shop, they add a little flower or 2 to some of their dishes. This was the carrot torte my hubby ordered. Almost too pretty to eat
