Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product.
“We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you.
There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible.
The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

Outstanding food. Best falafel anywhere! Great service. A little noisy on patio because of wedding venue across the street.

My friend brought me for my birthday and I've never been before. We were impressed by the flavours, from the dips to the fresh, fluffy pita to the delicious kale salad, it was all like eating a rainbow. I got some hummus and pita takeaway as well, only wished I could've brought home the pesto as it was my favourite! The service was friendly, and we were there for an early dinner while they were in set-up mode, so we did have to hail them down a few times to get refills or order more. I'll deifitely go back and try the Kensington one.

The food was excellent. We shared appetizers and mains. The service was good and the variety of choices was enough for our party of 4.

Great experience as usual at Parallel. Love the food- so fresh and savoury. We were a large party and so managed to order almost everything from the mains! The service was impeccable. We had reserved a table for 11 and the 9 guests were half hour late and NOONE complained and we are so grateful for their graciousness.
