Ambiance was good but it was very cold in the restaurant. Windows all around the restaurant give it a good vibe. My husband had the pot roast--very tender, but too much sauce to enjoy the garlic mash. I had the risotto prawns. A little too much basil that over powered the prawns (and I like bold flavors.) It was over-priced by about $3-5 per dish. Cocktail was fresh and delicious.

Good live music but it did seem a little loud for the size of the place.

Happy hour in bar was crowded, but dinner reservations through Open Table were perfect

No major complaints about the food or service, but the fact that different menus are used at different times of the day is confusing. There appear to be menus for lunch, happy hour, dinner, and something called a bistro menu as well. Even the hosts and waitstaff had difficulty explaining what’s available when. Needs to be streamlined.

I've come here numerous times for lunch and it was great. Dinner not so good. Grill was over heated leaving a terrible taste on anything that was grilled. Returned food - main course n dessert. Very expensive meal for being displeased. Hardly any accommodation for vegetarians. No real desire to please customer. Server was great... will not return for dinner again. Too many options that execute especially for cost.

The food, drinks, servers, and restaurant are phenomenal. Downside is noise. The bar side gets pretty packed and lively but there’s no real division between the dining area so we were half yelling to talk. (Disclaimer - it was a Saturday night dinner)

Tried the black mussels in tomato/wine broth that was excellent. The Grand Central Bakery bread is always too good! My wife enjoyed her corned beef sandwich but the portion was too big. It would be great if Paragon offered half size portions for those who prefer to eat less or cannot eat a lot. We always enjoy going here
