   New place. Still working on their menu, lots of potential. Good live music but it was too loud for easy conversation at our table. Friendly service.

   nobody in the place and can't get good service. Had to flag down waitress while owners were shumming it up with friends at the bar

   This was the second time for dinner. The food is excellent. I hope more people check it out

   We had a 7:30 reservation and we arrived at 7:20. We stood at the door for 35 minutes before being greeted. It was a Friday night and there was not a host on duty. Or a manager. We were sat at a dirty table. About 15 minutes later our server came over and took our drink order. She returned quickly with our bottle of wine and then took our dinner order. 45 minutes went by and we did not see her again. Finally salads hit the table from someone else. We requested bread and it never happened. 20 minutes later we had to flag down another server to get us water refills and to find our server. She can over 10 minutes later and said our dinners should be right up. About 15 minutes later they arrive. And five minutes later she drops the check as we are eating. The food was surprisingly good, but after waiting nearly 2 hours to be fed and then rushed out as we just start our meal was beyond inexcusable. We asked for a manager and were told they were not available. Very disappointed and a waste of a good chef.

   We did not eat at this restaurant. We arrived for our dinner and waited at the reception stand for 20 minutes with no employee approaching us. There were 5 other couple waiting. I had to call my cancellation to the restaurant while I was at their reception stand. I had to leave a message. I could not book another restaurant through open table because this reservation was still active. This restaurant should not be an open table option.

   The food is outstanding and the band the night we were there was fantastic! We even got on the dance floor in between our courses! The kitchen got very backed up, so food took a long time to arrive, but our server was very friendly and kept a smile on her face as she tried to appease hungry customers. And fortunately, the food was well worth waiting for! The Caesar salad tasted like an authentic tableside made Caesar that I wouldn't even know where to find anymore. Quite sure I will be craving that salad! Pastas and chicken marsala were fantastic too! Will definitely go back!

   Our waitress was very good but had too many tables. I don’t think the kitchen was ready to work. It took too long to get standard meals out. We were there on Valentine’s Evening and there should have had a few more waitresses since the place was booked solid. We noticed a few table left after 25-minutes of no service. The entertainment was good and we had a few drinks so overall we did not mind the delay but you could feel the frustration with the waitresses and the customers. This place needs a manager on duty to make sure it runs better. It would also help if the greeter / check in lady did not wear mesh yoga pants versus black slacks.
