Paradise Park Chicago
This place was live and fun and the DJ was ON POINT all night.
Paradise is one of my favorite spots, just this time it seems as though our waiter kept forgetting about our table. It took almost an hour and a half for our food because “the kitchen kept messing it up” but otherwise it was lovely as always
Our waitress was fantastic but it was v loud for 31 year old me
Love a fun place like paradise park! The drinks aren’t as strong as I’d like but the pizza is EVERYTHING! There are plenty of photo-ops if you’re into that! The music was bumpin and the crowd is a great energy.
Very cool place but don’t expect to speak here, you must scream! It’s LOUD.
Waiter was great. He was a skater
Table was ready just like I requested on my reservation. Sat for 20 but no one approached my table to say hi, to take an order or to even say welcome. I had to wave to a server to find some one to take our order. A very nice guy came to my table and apologized for our server not been around. He took our drink order. Then a girl server approached our table and said I’m taking over JR which it was the young guy who took our drink order. She seem to be in a rush. Brough our drinks and left right away. We had to flag her down again to come back and take our food order. Our food cake, and everything was great. The rest of our part came and no server to be found. Again we had to ask someone else to get our server. By then I was aggravated about the horrible service. Finally came took orders and never came back till we asked the guy picking up dirty plates to please call our server cause we wanted to head somewhere else were they appreciated our money. Won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending this place. Customer service takes a huge place in visiting a rest again, it defines your experience.
Had a good time for a birthday party, however goat cheese breadsticks were cold and dry. But atmosphere was great and service was good.
reservation at 545, seated an hour later without any updates from host.
Drinks were over priced and not good at all. Service was mediocre and staff wasn’t very attentive.
Fairly pricey for average pizza, but a very unique atmosphere. Seating wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been. Tables were very high. The seats were not tall enough and we wished they had back support.
Horrible experience. The waiter was forcing us to tip him more than what we already had tip him. He wasn’t even our waiter to begin with got more than 60 dollar an tip and still complain wanting more so unprofessional and the manager did nothing about it . Literally stole our money never again
I had an awesome experience here. Come prepared for a lively environment with lots of visual stimulation. My server was excellent as I'm on a 30 day sobriety cleanse and am gluten and lactose intolerant. She recommended a delicious mocktail and helped me pick out a pizza that would be good without cheese. I will definitely return!)
Great place for dates, bdays, casual dinning. Also dog friendly!!
Terrible service. They were out of half of the items on the menu and they didn’t bring out a friend’s order because their computer couldn’t process it. The order was two pieces of toast. They also tried to double charge us for our pizzas because the waitress decided to bring us a medium instead of a small. Never going back!
One of our fave pizza places in Chicago for both carryout & eat-in! Delicious pizzas, fun & festive ambience, great service! Love that we can make reservations now.
Everyone enjoyed the food and ambiance, especially at Christmastime! Only complaint would be that the server didn’t point out the happy hour specials.
I really enjoyed Paradise Park, it was warm and welcoming. Loved the ambiance and the comfort food. Just a all around great experience.
We sent to celebrate a birthday and we were so glad we chose Paradise Park. It was fun and the food was great. The decorations are over the top great. Fun Atmosphere. Highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back.
Very fun, energetic place. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush...our experience was a solid 2 hours (no apps or dessert), but we weren’t trying to be quick about it either. A little pricey, but what I would expect from a very popular, millennial-driven spot in Wicker Park. Our server was very nice, although he never told us his name. Good spot for a friend reunion, brunch, place to watch the game, or somewhere fun to drink. Would go again.
Delicious pizzas in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
Super cute and super fun! It does get packed later in the night and my friends and I had an issue with people utilizing our table space without permission. Overall, would definitely be back.
Fun nite out great decor
