Food was exceptional! The ambiance was lovely! Service could have been better- repeatedly asked for drink and utensils! The sushi and starters were delicious!

We love Paper Sushi, Juliana our waitress is excellent and the food is always fresh and different. We loved the Cod as appetizer, the Scallops and the Wagyu Beef! the ambiance and the music as well is perfect for a great evening. Keep up the good work!

The dining experience itself was enjoyable, but the check-in process left much to be desired. I had a reservation for 8:15 PM. Two members of our party arrived a bit earlier, and the rest of us got there just a few minutes past 8:15. We were told our table wasn’t ready, which we understood, so we waited patiently. After about 15 minutes, I asked for an update and was told it would be another 15 minutes. I expressed confusion, as I had a confirmed reservation for 8:15, and at that point, they claimed my reservation was actually for 8:00 PM and that I was late. I showed them my confirmation and mentioned I had even received a call to confirm the time. The manager (whose name I didn’t catch) responded by telling me, “You need to be patient.” While we had been patient, there was a complete lack of accountability or any form of apology from the staff. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled.
