Our waitress was very friendly. Good place for a chill and cozy Thanksgiving night. The food was good, reasonably priced for a restaurant like that. There are only one or two vegan options.

We went to Paparazzi for Thanksgiving. One member of the family is vegetarian. So the menu offered a traditional Thanksgiving meal reasonably priced as well as the full menu which worked out well for all. The service was extraordinary- attentive and friendly. They genuinely appeared to try to make Thanksgiving special. Parking was a breeze on Newbury St. I wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

Went there for brunch and had a great experience. The food and service was on point. I would recommend this restaurant and if you are there for brunch ask for the blueberry bread!

Papa Razzi never disappoints. Requested a surprise dessert on Open Table weeks in advance when making the reservation and it was remembered and was delicious. Our waitress was aware I was treating my boyfriend to a Veterans Day dinner (was also listed in the notes of my reservation) and she was so kind and even thanked him for his service at the end. It’s great knowing you can trust them for delicious food, as well as making your night a little extra special. Thank you

Found this restaurant through Yelp. Was looking for an Italian restaurant near our hotel at Copley Place, and this was one of the few. The food choices were many, and the service was quite attentive. The portion size was bigger than I could finish, food was delicious, the ambiance was delightful. Love how the restaurant is decorated and setup. There are stairs down to the entry, then if you’re seated on the second floor, there are stairs to go up. If stairs are a problem for you, be aware. Other than that, loved this restaurant.
