   The location is very nice, and the starter (carpaccio) was delicious. We ordered three pasta dishes, and only one (morel & truffles) was very, very good. The other two pasta dishes were average. But the server was very nice and we went on an evening when very few people were there.

   The food was excellent but our waiter, Juanlu, was even better. He made the experience outstanding. He was fun, knowledgeable and happily answered every question. If we have time on our trip, we will go back and ask to be seated at his table. Will order the burrata and Iberian short ribs again, even though the restaurant seems to specialize in pasta, which the rest of my party enjoyed immensely. This restaurant, and Juanlu, is a credit to food and Madrid.

   La comida esta buena, pero es muy poca comida para los precios que muestran, te cobran hasta por respirar, manzanillas a 5 euros, agua a 8 euros vamos al final una media de 30 euros sin postre.

   Todo espectacular la pasta al pomodoro es otro nivel y el tiramisu estaba exquisito. No le doy 5⭐️ solo porque el carpaccio está sobrevalorado un plato diminuto con 6 lascas de producto sin mucho más por encima… en mi opinión no lo vale… regresaría mil veces más, pero evitaría el carpaccio

   Tienen diferentes productos en la web y en la carta física, motivo por el cual nos fuimos del restaurante sin cenar. Para colmo nos cobraron 4€ por un agua y 5€ por una caña de cerveza.

    Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo cenato al Pante ed è stato altrettanto soddisfacente: abbiamo ricevuto un servizio eccellente e cibo di ottima cucina italiana. Per me è il miglior ristorante italiano a Madrid.

    Estuvo excelente. Solo que una sola mesonera para toda las mesas era bastante trabajo para una sola persona. Habían mesas grandes que tenían varias personas que requerían bastante atención y podía tardar en tener disponibilidad para atendernos a los grupos pequeños. La mesonera del día fue magnífica solo que el servicio habría sido 5 estrellas si distribuyesen la carga entre al menos dos mesoneros.

    Fantastic authentic Italian cuisine, in a trendy atmosphere with great background music. The service was very friendly, and they even prepared ahead for the fact that we had a baby with us (table with space for the push-chair and a good high-chair to sit with us already setup). The tables have ample space between them creating a good environment for private discussion whilst having fantastic table for groups as well. The food was lovely, the pasta cooked to perfection: we had the burratta to start and then the Gargenelli as a main. Prices are on the higher-end (about €40/person), but definitely worth it, and they have a weekday executive lunch menu (€21) which is a good way to give it a try.

    Atención muy mala, pedimos 2 entrantes que eran para comer entre ellos y la camarera solo nos trajo uno porque no apuntó el otro. La comida llegó fría, estuvieron los platos unos 15 minutos listos que los veíamos porque ponen los platos en una barra que da hacia el restaurante cuando están listos y la camarera no nos los traía. La comida aceptable pero a todo tuvimos que añadirle sal. Demasiado caro para lo que es

    The food was acceptable, but not as good as before. The service was very poor. The two waitresses were not very professional and they were always rushing us to finish. When we visited Panted some month ago the service was very professional. Nevertheless I would give them another chance.

    Well where do you start. It will go forever as a memory with my family as an all time worse meal ever eaten at top dollar prices for bottom barrel service. Servers who could not be found were very forgetful when you did get a hold of them. Food very very very not edible. Nasty over cooked food. The only thing above average was the price.

    Mal servicio, lento y con errores en la cuenta para cobrar de más. La persona que nos recibió a la entrada antipático. La comida normal, demasiado caro para lo que fue. Tenía expectativas con la carbonara pero estaba insípida. Decepcionante, no volveremos.

    El maitre de lo más grosero que hemos visto en muchos años ,un borde y con muy malas formas.estuvimos a punto de irnos por su forma de atender y si comportamiento.la camarera bien.Dijeron que la cocina cerraba a las 16 y tardaron en tomar nota 25min. Y si quieren que se vaya antes pues que jo pongan reservas de horas que no quieren.no volveré

    Servicio regular, mal organizados y como desconcentrados (entramos los primeros, así que no es que hubiera mucha gente). Menú sorprende por su originalidad y a priori su calidad aunque, de repente, escalopes de pollo duros (por poco hechos?!). Y casi de broma, el postre del menú: helado de limón o ... medio Gin Tonic!

    El restaurante prometía materia prima siciliana y platos italianos auténticos pero la realidad es otra. Pésima calidad, la pasta carbonara como un pegote y con demasiado sabor a guancialle, la vongole que anunciaban con almejas gallegas estaba aceitosa y venía con chirlas sin concha y la panna cota sabía a moho. Llamamos la atención sobre el postre, se lo llevó la camarera y lo volvió a traer para que nos lo comieramos diciendo que era así, que el cocinero lo había probado y que no teníamos idea de como debía saber. Para no volver.

    Restaurante tranquilo, elegante, con una bonita ambientación e iluminación. La atención es muy buena y la comida está deliciosa. La experiencia allí siempre es agradable. El precio está bien, no es caro.

    Incredibly disappointing. We ordered a burrata to share (23 euros for this) and when it arrived, I noticed it was not burrata. There was nothing creamy in it, it had a different texture... basically not what we ordered. I tell the person in charge and he replies: "Oh, yes, sorry. We run out of burrata, so we brought you a mozzarella. I forgot to mention it". (Are you joking? You don't have the main ingredient of what we ordered and forget to mention it?) It seemed like they were trying to play us to be honest. In his defence, I must say that he did ask if we want it to give it back, but that wasn't really the point. Then we ordered a cacio & pepe and a lasagna and they were pretty average. The bill was 79 euros (because they did charge us for the mozzarella, yes) for some really unimpressive food and poor service. You are paying for the location, cause nothing else justifies the prices.
