   Great find in Philly, had no issue with city parking and staff was prompt and tentative. Pasta dishes where excellent and wine selection immense. Desserts were also great.

    Another fine meal before the theater at Arden. Service was excellent, and food, as always, very good. Rigatoni was delightful, and my wife loved her eggplant. And, the Chardonnay was just right. Very nice place.

    10/10 experience the truffle gnocchi and the tiramisu was to die for! Shout out Cole for being the best server ever! His sense of humor truly made our experience even better! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a romantic evening! Will definitely be back again soon!

    We went for restaurant week. From the minute we got there, we were told “ you only have 1 1/2 for dinner. They tried to take my plate when I was still eating because the rest of the table was done. When desert came, so did the check. Been to lots of restaurants in the past during this event, never was rushed in any other restaurant.

    Echoing the reviews of so many others, service was horrendous. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation; ok, it's Restaurant Week, we were patient and understanding. The hostess never updated us or even looked at us. After being seated and told there was a 1 hour 45 min limit for a party of 4, we were basically ignored. Had to flag down waitstaff to request bread, and order drinks & food. Drinks took more than half an hour to arrive, and only came because we reminded the waitress (flagging her down, of course - she never came to check on us), and the drink order wasn't correct. Appetizers and dinners were brought after extremely long waits, and then just placed in front of us with no apology or explanation. One of the four dinners was cold, but we knew better than to complain. By now 2 hours had passed, so it's a good thing they seemed to forget about their self-imposed time limit. During all this time the manager passed by our table At Least 15 times and never, not once, even looked at us. He was busy passing around limoncello to other tables, literally (and figuratively) turning his back on his.  Knew we were unhappy and just wanted us to leave. We've never experienced poorer service. This review would have been much kinder had anyone apologized for or even acknowledged the terrible service. After we ate, paid and left I got an email saying that my OpenTable reservation had been cancelled by the restaurant!! What??? On our way out my friend had respectfully told the hostess we were disappointed in the service. They clearly did not want us to have the ability to leave a bad review on OT. I had to contact OT, with credit card proof that we'd been there, to have them reinstate the reservation. I promise you, I never leave bad reviews. But there are so many excellent choices in Phila. Why would you go here?

    We dined at Panorama during Philadelphia restaurant week and it did not disappoint! Delicious meals and great options to choose from. Their Caesar salad was delicious and so fresh. My husband got the NY strip ($5 upcharge) and I got the spinach ricotta stuffed tortellini! So delicious. Lastly, their tiramisu is definitely one of the best I’ve had, the ice cream on top was a nice added touch. Would definitely dine here again. Noise level was a bit on the louder side but unsure if that was just because of the large female party doing wine flights next to us

    Came for restaurant week on my birthday. Was told we have 1hr 30min seat time & were there for 2 hours because of the poor service. Ordered all 3 courses & drinks when we sat down. Appetizers came out timely & were good. We had to tell our server the drinks never came. Took 15 minutes for our dirty plates to be taken. Second course took forever to come out & was cold once it did. Dessert was alright. I had very high expectations for this restaurant & I ended up being disappointed. Will not come back again

    Very nice restaurant ambiance, just a tad bit crowded with slightly less than usual room for walking between tables. There was a parking lot right next to the restaurant and we were seated quickly even after arriving a bit late due to some heavy traffic traffic. The service was attentive and timely and though not connoisseurs the recommendations were on point, from the dinner menu to the wine flights. Visited for restaurant week, would go back to try the full menu.

    Wonderful experience at Panorama, party of 4. Arriving about 6:15 we were able to get parking on Front St between Chestnut and Market….pay at Kiosk. It was a cold winter night so in warmer weather or a bit later in the evening parking could be a challenge. There is a small lot next to Panorama, $7 an hour or $17 max on a weeknight. Higher on weekends. At 6:15 on a Thurs. the main dining room was still rather empty -the bar dining area had some tables seated and looked nicely intimate, nice ambiance . The main dining room not as intimate but we were so glad we were seated there in the end because as we left at 9 pm the bar dining room and area were packed and noisy. The tables in the MDR were very well spaced and we lingered over good food and conversation. I inquired about seating in general and was told if Panorama has fewer than 100 dining reservations on a given evening the MDR will not be open. I think they were a bit thin in staffing on our night with some long pauses between courses, etc, but our server was very friendly and informative and overall we would prefer a relaxed service to a rushed one. Apparently there is a 2 hour happy hour from Tuesday - Friday at the bar (5-7? Not sure) This was restaurant week and Panorama’s menu was fabulous….so many choices. Next time we might make 2 reservations, one for each week of the 2 week Restaurant Week period. You had option to have a pasta as an appetizer or as an entree. I solved that by selecting an entree,veal braciola, that came with pasta. I started with a large serving of eggplant parmigiana. Dessert was a fabulous chocolate cake…fudgy smaller piece but over chocolate ice cream ….fabulous! All the food was excellent and many different dishes tried. Although the RW $40 menu is a good deal, you’ll run up a tab with a couple of glasses of wine (huge selection most seemed 15-18) or cocktails. It had been awhile since we had visited Panorama……. Our next visit will be much sooner.

    My boyfriend and I made reservations for this wonderful restaurant for a weeknight date during restaurant week. We arrived early for our reservation, sat at the bar and took advantage of happy hour by grabbing a drink before dinner. I had an amazing raspberry cosmo and my BF grabbed the house red. Half an hour later we were seated for the 3 course menu…first course he had the baked/sautéed mushrooms and I had the arugula salad..perfect choices! We sort of split the salad and put the mushrooms on top…what a delicious bite! I had the duck leg on goat cheese polenta with fava beans….just a perfect for an entree and so delicious! My BF got the salmon…and he was a little disappointed cuz he said ..”this is an Italian restaurant….I should have gotten pasta instead of being healthy!” I had an amazing chocolate cake dessert..he had tiramisu….great meal…only feedback is that the wine list is extensive, and a “glass” of their cheapest Chardonnay was $13 and was a 4-5 oz pour..

    The food, the service, the drinks, everything was amazing. There is some really cool wine on the menu, and all of the staff is knowledgeable and ready to help pick out the perfect glass. Personally had the duck and it was one of the best I've found in Philly. Gnocchi was to die for. Highly recommend for a night out with friends or a romantic date night!

    One of the few restaurants that featured the majority of the full menu on their restaurant week menu. Very sizable portions for restaurant week. We ordered the hen of the wood and tortellini for appetizers, crispy duck and braciola for entrees, and tiramisu and chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was incredible! Cole, our server, made excellent recommendations. We will definitely be back.

    We were very disappointed with our dinning experience. We had read such great reviews and were looking forward to trying this restaurant during our stay in Philly. We were sat next to the door and every time someone walked in we could feel a constant draft. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive, we had to ask for our second round of drinks, and she only checked in with us when we were nearly done with our food. The food itself was mediocre, our entrees came out cold and underwhelming for the price we paid. Overall, not the best dinning experience and would most likely not come back.

    The wait staff was overburdened and we had a 40 minutes wait between our appetizer and dinner but otherwise had a lovely evening. It seemed like part of the wait staff called out sick.

    Went during restaurant week. Menu was good, food was good, portions seemed small for my appetizer of eggplant Parmesan. It was delicious but just tiny. My steak was orders medium but came out well. The mashed potatoes & gravy were delicious but not very much to them. The most surprising thing was dessert. Had ice cream & guessing they were low because they gave one tiny scoop in the bowl if the only ice scream they had available, mint chocolate chip. I usually love Panorama, was just really disappointed in the portion sizes.
