My husband’s birthday dinner with friends was amazing! They greeted us with a glass of champagne to toast! Food and atmosphere were perfect and Panorama closed out dinner with lemoncello
We usually go to Panorama for dinner.
This time we decided to try lunch.
We were happy to see the menu was basically the same as dinner.
There was also a lunch menu with specials.
Our waiter asked if there was anything else not on menu that he could get for us.
He said chef will always do a special request.
We ate off the lunch menu and it was great.
Nice portions of good food.
Making plans for another lunch date.
Hostess was attentive. Wait staff was abundant but inattentive. Food was good but not particularly flavorful. Reasonably priced. Wines were good.
Excellent wine list. Knowledgeable sommelier. Loved the food and service
Wonderful dining experience
Amazing. Tortellini in tomato brodo was one of the best meals I ever had! The restaurant name and location did imply a waterfront view, buy that minor disappointment was quickly forgotten after our first bite.
One drawback. Took our son here to celebrate his 21st. We brought a cake with us just for novelty but promised to order a few desserts. They wanted to charge our party of 5 $6 per person a cake plating charge. I thought this was a bit much. $30 to get a knife and some extra dishes. It kind of put a damper on the event. Other than that it’s a great restaurant, with a fun wine selection and ambiance.
Wonderful dinner for my Husband’s birthday. Enjoyed the wine flights and the delicious food.
We reserved a table for six to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I informed the receptionist and reminded the server to please put a candle in her dessert. When they brought the dessert, no candle, no recognition. Obviously, my daughter was very disappointed! They finally brought a candle when I asked another server but it took around 5 minutes after we all got our desserts. We spent well over $300 dollars. This shouldn’t have happened- it’s unfortunate because the food was great but the lack of attention to important details is inexcusable. The management needs to correct this if they want to be a top restaurant
Great food - check. Great service - check. Innovative presentation of wine flights. Moderate energy but quiet enough you can hear each other talk. All in all a perfect experience. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.
Amazing deal for Restaurant Week. Food was delicious.
The pastas were great, but the service was bad. The bartender was clearly not interested in serving us and the waitress was just ok. The dessert was disappointing.
The service was slow and the food was undercooked. I had salmon that was not fully cooked, and my friends were not asked how they wanted their steaks cooked. In addition, the server did not take my friend's drink order until after we got our first course and she was difficult to flag down if we needed something. We expected more from this restaurant based on reviews and were disappointed.
I went to lunch during restaurant week and had the veal loin. Amazing!!
Even though we had reservations for 7:30, we were not seated until 8 which was a bit long to wait.
I had the fusilli for an app which was delicious, while my wife had the gnocchi which was quite bland. The steaks were delicious. Perfectly cooked, plated and served. We also ordered the spinach which was equally as good. The service could have been a little better, but I also understand that during restaurant week they might be busier than normal. All in all, this was an enjoyable experience.
Went for restaurant week, the food was great! I got the lobster pasta and the sauce was to die for. Steak was good. And Torta for dessert was delicious. Only complaint was waiting about 30-45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Assuming that was due to restaurant week causing an influx in volume.
good food, (meat could’ve been warmer - they took too long to come out) great dessert, but terrible waiter... we had to ask for bread, they didn’t even ask before taking the dishes away, it was so painful to interact. they also tipped themselves!! outrageous.
We did not know about this place until it showed up on restaurant week, and we are looking forward to visiting again. We had never heard nor read anything about it. It is in the PennView Hotel. We had a reservation at 6:30 and were seated immediately. I always request a quiet area of the room as I have difficulty hearing in a noisy environment.
I ordered beet salad and N.Y. STRIP - Black Angus Steak. They were very tasty and the steak was cooked perfectly. Our server, Talia S did an excellent job taking care of our table.
Excellent food off balance with slow, inattentive service. Perhaps they were just having a off night with waitstaff. Would definitely return since the food was so yummy.
An excellent experience. Food and wine were spectacular; service was great with warm friendly people. The bartender is nice helpful fellow. I can't wait to get back!
The meal, service, and environment were fantastic. Been a long time since we were able to say we had a delicious meal and great service.
The food was adequate, the service was excellent. The highlight of the meal were the desserts... The desserts were phenomenal.
We went for Restaurant Week and were not disappointed. The food was excellent as was the service.
Our resteraunt week lunch experience here was exceptional. The menu was perfect and our food came out rather quickly. Quality over quantity is what Panorama is all about.
Amazing food Had such a good time and so many wine options to pick from
We went for Restaurant Week so the value for the full menu was obviously superb. We arrived a little early but that didn't present a problem and we were seated right away. Our server was on the ball checking with us during our meal several times. The food, as usual , was delicious and and the presentation was timely, not too fast, not too slow. We patronize the restaurant fairly regularly and haven't been disappointed yet.
Amazing wine and food, terrific service. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Philadelphia!
We arrived early and enjoyed
courteous and efficient service at the bar, where we had happy hour specials.
Sangria was refreshing, and the small plates we shared were tasty. Later, dinner service was attentive & well-timed. All the dishes we tasted were fantastic. Highly recommend.
Service was exceptional. Went for Restaurant Week and enjoyed the options.
Absolutely incredible menu selection. The wine was perfectly selected by Nile! Loved every second of it. Can’t wait to come as soon as possible.
I had been to this restaurant many many years ago and it was as great today as it was then.I we came to this restaurant for my friend’s birthday and she was sooo pleased with her experience.
It made for a great birthday celebration.
We happened to be in town for restaurant week and what a terrific value. The food was spectacular, service was great too. I highly recommend!
Food and service are excellent. Panorama never disappoints
It was restaurant week. The meal was delicious and a good value. Would like to go back and try their regular menu.
We never go wrong when choosing Panorama
Service , food, ambiance, drinks are always the best of the best
I think it is a little pricey for amount of wine and food you get at the restaurant. It is a very pretty place.
I had an early dinner on a Wednesday night with a couple of friends. Parking is available in a lot adjacent to Panorama right on Front Street and also on the street using a kiosk. There were so many different wine flights from which to choose. The Prosecco, salads, and 1/2 portions of freshly made pasta were absolutely delicious. Even with smaller portions, we were too full to eat dessert. This well established restaurant still maintains a high standard.
Our evening at Panorama was wonderful. The service was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. I only regret not saving room for dessert. We will be going back!
Awesome. Met several very nice people.
The calamari appetizer smelled badly. Too aggravated to send it back. The next day was not pretty for my commode.
