Nice ambience and food was good. Large wine list but fairly limited to Italian and French wines. Service was very slow, not very attentive, and no birthday acknowledgement happened although this was requested. Server delivered wine flight with no explanation of what wines we had. Not bad, nice place, overpriced.

Everyone in our party of 6 agreed that the experience was perfect in every way. Our two servers (plus two bussers) were attentive and friendly. The food was de-lish! We sat down to an early (5pm) reservation and were given as much time as we wanted to enjoy the meal. I had dined at Panorama 3 times in the past, pre-pandemic, and it is just as spectacular as before.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. Food and wine are outstanding. Bill the general manager has maintained a consistent and innovative atmosphere. This is an Old City gem and a must go!!!!

First time at this restaurant for our party of 3. Decided to check out the menu for restaurant week. Panorama did not disappoint. Everything we got was fresh, and delicious. The staff were attentive and allowed us time to digest between courses without feeling rushed. They also had a really impressive wine selection! Definitely plan to visit again in the near future.

Food was delicious. We had a few small issues with the service. I don't like when the servers don't write down the order. We were a large party and of course a few items were messed up and we had to wait for it to be corrected. The food and atmosphere are wonderful so it was a small hiccup.

This is my new hidden gem in Philly! Everything was perfect for my husband and I anniversary 8/9/23. The staff was amazing! They even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne for us to celebrate. I highly recommend the Calamari and Roasted Chicken. My husband loved his Lobster Ravioli. The wine selection is extensive and I was very impressed. The aesthetics were everything! Our waiter Dillan was so sweet and polite and great at what he does! We will be returning for more date nights and family time! Thank you to the staff that made us feel at home.

I expected more from a wine bar. The waiter and bartender didn’t seem very knowledgeable about their wine list. The waiter was new perhaps because he brought us our check when we still had half a bottle of wine to drink and cleared my husband’s plate before he was finished chewing. The pasta and pork loin were both good though.

My wife and I stayed at The Penns View Hotel in which Panorama happens to be conveniently housed. I have stayed there numerous times on business and have hosted a few memorable work celebrations in the basement Wine Cellar. This was my wife's first visit and she fell in love with both the hotel and Panorama. A must visit is to the world record award winning wine bar prior to dinner. Our first night we opted for the Happy Hour small plate bites and went full dinner the following night. You're in luck if Alex happens to be pouring wine and making delicious cocktails behind the bar. It's obvious he loves his work, knows his wines, and makes you feel at home. Thanks Alex...keep up the very good work. Rather than delve into each food item we had. Let's just say Panorama, its chef, the waitstaff are consistent. Consistently delicious and consisten with their attention to detail and service.. From small plates at the wine bar to 3 course meals in the restaurant, you cannot go wrong and most definitely will return. As we will be returning later on this summer. And where Alex will handcraft a perfectly chilled Ketel One Martini (up) with bleu cheese stuffed olives to kickstart yet another great evening at Panorama. Mangia Bene!

What a pleasure to find a restaurant with such an intimate and quiet setting. As a party of 5 we were beautifully attended to. Everything was cooked to perfection. We all shared as everyone argued over whose meal was the best. I would eagerly eat everything we ordered a second time. The wine selection was delightful. We tried 2 different flights of wines. The restaurant was a smashing success.

The overall experience was terrific. The restaurant was so elegant and relaxing. Atmosphere was perfect. The service was excellent and very attentive. I had the best chicken and mashed potatoes. It was perfect. The wine was exciting and great fun. All you should know is that it was costly. Walk in knowing that the wine is outrageously priced but fun.
