   Nice balance of emphasis on drinks/cocktails and food. Can get busy and noisy but a good place for small-mid-sized groups on slower nights.

   Had brunch on Mother’s Day. Seated on time, great service, good food, prompt service (they were very busy), good food and wine selection. We had a very enjoyable time!

   Made a reservation for 12:45 on Mother’s Day but did not get seated until 1:15. Food did not make it to our table until 2:20 and seemed to have been sitting out for a bit. We have had better experiences here in the past so where pretty disappointed that our Mother’s Day experience was so bad. We also requested a wheel chair accessible table in the reservation but where given one of their elevated booties.

   Atmosphere and food were very good. It was over one hour before we were served the meals we ordered, and seemed like the wait staff was too small for the number of tables they were working. They did compensate on the bill for the long delay serving our food, but overall I would hesitate to recommend Pangea based on our experience.

   We reserved the Barrel room for a graduation Dinner - from setting the reservation through the dinner the service and responsiveness was fantastic!! We really appreciated the service and attentiveness to our party from the manager and server. The food was great, the cocktail menu was amazing! Really appreciated the variety of choices to accomodate a larger party- everyone was happy with their choices. Reserving the Barrel room for our party was perfect, we were able to celebrate our graduate and utilize their large screen TV for a running slideshow/music during dinner. It allowed a private space to really enjoy the evening where everyone could catch up. Thanks to Pangea for a wonderful evening!!

   We booked the chef’s table. Was grateful we could hear each other with the glass barrier. The rest of the dining room every noisy. The cocktails are super creative, strong & varied. The ribeye was divine but wish it had been Tuesday when they have bison ribeye. Appetizers were delicious and something for everyone. Suggested wine pairings were tempting but we just had second cocktails. They’re SO good!

   The food took way too long to get after ordering. Kitchen very slow and server had to apologize a couple times. Drinks were very good so no issues with the bar team. Once received, the food was good but not great. Server was doing what she could to save the dining experience.

    Our reserved table was given away which was frustrating. They did give us a nicer space, but a mistake was made with the reservation.

    Food was disappointing. We wanted the mushroom burger, but it was sold out. Got the Bahmi sandwich. It came with no veggies and deli meat. It wasn’t bad. Just not very good. The waitress was sweet and cheerful when she remembered we were there. But she would disappear for long periods and forgot to bring our dessert. The experience could have been better.

    I love Pangea and they have many great meals! I was craving their amazing ribeye, but last night it was over-cooked, very tough and the flavor was bland. The first time I ate there, it was tender, juicy and bursting with flavor. Not sure if I’ll give them another shot…but maybe.

    The food is very good. The cocktails are even better. The price is on the higher end. But the customer service needs an absolute reboot. Start from the ground up and teach your people how to talk to customers in a professional setting. You have a lot of work to do smoothing out the reservation protocols you have.

    The wild Mushroom burger and Curry were both amazing! The Glacier Goddess (drink) was also fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend stopping in for dinner and drinks!

    Date night, I had the Korean bulgogi. While the flavors where good but still underwhelming. If you ever lived in LA the fast food restaurant yakisoba has a dish almost the same. I was disappointed it was not in bowl. My wife had the wild mushroom berger. Sounded great... never ask how she wanted her berger cook, and the main attraction being mushroom, was an after thought. Plenty of places to try in Zoo town, this one will more than likely be a pass.

    I hadn’t been to Pangea for brunch, and I was missing out. It wasn’t crowded, the service was excellent, and my friend’s Bloody Mary looked delicious. The menu is a bit limited, heavy on meat dishes, and tends toward the too-sweet, but my breakfast was tasty and portions were generous. Very important: Their coffee is strong and delicious.

    Food at Pangea is always delicious. I ordered the Laos Curry and it is full of flavor without being too spicy. My companion had the bison prime rib and said it was tender and tasty.

    Have been there before and was much better so hopefully just a one off but my steak was burnt on the outside making very chewy.. and had just ice cream for dessert and how do you mess up ice cream.. it tasted and texture of rubber. Think very OLD.. service was extremely slow… disappointing date night food wise.
