   Fabulous position right on the water. Drinks before dinner on the pontoon were fun. The friendly, smiley, chatty staff and ambience in such a beautiful building were excellent. Delicious food from a lovely menu.

   Although the Pandora has just been refurbished, most of the seating is still uncomfortable. The worst thing though was that it was very cold. I don’t expect be cold when I’m eating out. I would have left but my husband wanted to stay. IF YOU’RE READING THIS AND TRYING TO DECIDE WHETHER TO BOOK USING OPENTABLE, THE APP NO LONGER CONNECTS WITH THE PANDORA SO YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT BE VALID. YOU NEED TO CALL THE PUB DIRECTLY.

   Fabulous food - the fish pie is really gorgeous and is very popular. The staff are all fantastic - welcoming, warm and very helpful. Atmosphere of the building is cosy and the beams are fantastic although ducking may be required in places! A walk down the pontoon to look at the river and watch the wildlife is a must, even in chilly weather. Car park spaces are limited but everyone seems to manage fine!

   A festive Sunday roast which was excellent ,and the staff were all friendly & helpful. A beautiful setting .

   We always enjoy the Pandora. The staff are both attentive and knowledgeable and good food is fantastic

   Rather stark and somewhat chilly environment with dim lighting Food arrived hot and was nice Only had a main course as there was only ice cream offered as a gluten free option and I didn’t fancy that on a cold wet November day Service was good staff quite attentive and not table specific -good at seeing what was needed I had expected something more comfortable from the venue

   We both ordered vegan meals at the bar. I ordered a vegan burger. When our meals arrived I spotted that I'd been given a beef burger with cheese and bacon. 4 meals had clearly been put on the pass together and my vegan burger got taken to the table across from us with her fish and chips and I got his beef burger. Not great on a very very quiet night with the final 2 checks of the shift. To add insult I got told at the bar I must have ordered the wrong meal, before the Manager then worked out what had actually happened. Free desert offered and warmest apology. But not great all in all.

   The overall experience of Pandora Inn was fair-good.. The service and the atmosphere was fantastic. However, my partner could literally not eat the vegan burger meal as it was so poor, and we told the waitress this not expecting to have to pay for the meal. We did ask about vegetarian specials but were told that there were none. The menu is meat and fish orientated so a decent veteran/vegan menu would be greatly appreciated. This was a big disappointment on an otherwise pleasant wedding anniversary evening.

    Fabulous atmospheric pub. Lovely food and friendly staff. Very cosy by the fire in the candle light .
