Durante los últimos años, el tramo de Montgomery County que se encuentra entre Horsham y Blue Bell se ha convertido en un lugar popular para nuevos e interesantes restaurantes. El Panache Wood Fire Grill está a punto de incorporarse a esta lista gracias al trabajo de Habib Troudi. Panache se encuentra en el edificio que albergaba a L’Angolo Blue, un restaurante italiano que cerró sus puertas a principios del año, y está basado en un "concepto sencillo" tal como lo expresa Troudi, al ofrecer pizzas de masa fina al estilo napolitano preparadas en el horno de carbón y leña así como filetes de res de primera calidad, mariscos y otros platillos de la new American Cuisine. We were given the special menu for dinner rather than lunch. Thinking it was just a special menu for Christmas Eve we ordered even though we had been looking forward to the lunch choices. The food took long to come out and we had to ask for drink refills. When the food came, the entrees including a filet were all cold. The fish was full of small bones. When the bill came, there were charges for alcohol that we didn’t have. When we asked for the bill to be corrected, that is when they finally talked about us having been given the wrong menu. They adjusted some of the prices of the food to the lunch price, but not everything. The entrées were obviously cold because they had been unprepared to cook them. We would’ve been much happier if they had just explained they gave us the wrong menu and let us order off the correct one. When the check came out a second time, items were charged different prices for the same things. The check was adjusted again, but no one ever came out to speak with us.

Always a great spot! If there is a live music request the back room as it is too loud near the bar area.

Patience and concessions need to be made, dining in restaurants during the holidays. Noise level, service level, is the food served hot, etc. Overall experience OK, but not up to usual Panache standards.

This is the second time my husband and I have visited the restaurant with ‘meh’ service. The food is good, but the service is poor. The order is taken and the waitress doesn’t return. You are left trying to wave someone down for what you need like salt and pepper, water, etc and eventually you get up and get it yourself. I ordered branzino where it is supposed to be filleted at the table. It took so long for someone to come to the table to filet the fish it was lukewarm and the vegetables were cold. I asked the waitress if the vegetables were supposed to be cold. She said no. Offered to have them warmed up but I said no because I didn’t think I would get the vegetables back. Again, food is good but don’t expect any service. I don’t know if it is because they are short handed or if the wait staff doesn’t understand what supporting a customer is all about. We tried twice and sadly we won’t be returning. Not a good experience.

Awkward entering and checking in by the bar. The bar was extremely crowded and it was somewhat difficult maneuvering your way through the crowd to get to you table.

I came here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The team made her birthday extra special. The hostesses, waiters, and waitresses were amazing. The food is really good!
