Upon check-in at 4:30pm our table was not ready and the hostess seemed put out to seat us. After waiting and when seated they were going to seat us in the bar area. Not acceptable so we requested to be seated in the main dining area. She was very unprofessional.
Our waiter was great but the ambiance of the place was lame and the consistently of meat delivery was very inconsistent. Very over priced for what should be expected.
I wasn’t impressed with anything. The service wS okay , the food wS mediocre and the seafood was gross. It took a while for the food to come around and when we requested a certain type of meat it took forever.
Food was great! Management truly cares for their costumers! Great Experience!
When we got up to the front to give them our name for our reservation they where extremely rude. The hostess seemed annoyed and the food was awful. Will not be going back.
Food was bland and too salty. Salad bar was minimal selection. I really wanted this place to be on the level of Texas De Brazil, but it’s not even close. Just go off the strip and go to Texas De Brazil. You will not be disappointed like I was at Pampas.
Bring your appetite because it's all you can eat of good food
We've heard a lot of great things about pampas but unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations... there are a lot of better food options on the Las Vegas Strip for the amount (or less) we paid at Pampas. My suggestion is to save ur money for something better!
The filet mignon and the salmon were absolutely delicious well prepared great service great ambience
Smell was awful in this place. It made me loose my appetite.
This is a vibrant spot with lots to offer. The service was terrific and the staff kept the meat coming at a steady but not rushed pace. The staff was attentive and responded to every request. A great night out!
It was very expensive but the meats were cold or very undercooked at times. The rotation was odd, they would brings stuff out but skip tables. It seemed unorganized and understaffed
Dirty restaurant. Dirty bathrooms. Rips in booth material. Low quality food bar.
Very bad service and meats very tough
Waited 20 minutes and no one waiting on us I had to chase waiter to adnowledge us It was unlimited drinks for an hour I got one and to get one more again I had to look for waitress to give me one more, by then husband got mad about bud service and meats so tough he stopped eating, won’ Go back, worst service and meats.
Service took verrrry long, they definitely under staff and within our hour a half there we only received top sirloin twice and tri-tip once. They came around with sausages 4 times but who wants to fill up on sausages?
Money well spent. You practically beg them not to come to your table with more food.
Discovered Pampas through a 2 for 1 coupon. Even if you don't have the coupon GO! The brunch with add on one hour unlimited mimosas and bloody Mary's was an incredible value for Vegas where most food is overpriced. The buffet portion had lots of variety and was of good quality. The carved meat at your table put this brunch experience over the top. Our glasses of mimosas and bloody Mary's were never empty. The ambiance was awesome- much different from the chaos and busyness of many Vegas restaurants. If we had more time we would have gone back for the dinner option.
Seated our party of eleven in our own separate room. Service was prompt and courteous. Had a great time visiting with family.
Excellent service! Wonderful food and a flavor for everyone! Always tastes gourmet and well worth the price! Pampas never disappoints!
We were lucky enough to get the meat rodizio for $24.95 vs $54.95 so it made us less annoyed about the quality of the food. Had we paid full price we would have been very unhappy. At most Brazilian steakhouses I've been to they have the meats cooked differently and ask how you like it prepared and then cut from that specific piece. That was not the case here. Some were WELL done and some were medium-rare. Most were under-seasoned and overrated. The sides were just that, sides. Nothing special and nothing that I couldn't make better in my own kitchen. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.
Food was only fair. Bathrooms were very dirty. Very expensive.
Our server was aweful. He would stop by all the tables beside us and not even turn around to check on our. I had to actually go find him for water. The food however was amazing.
Not up level of Fogo du Chao (sp?)
The salad bar items were very good. The meats were tasty but I think I missed a couple of the items like a spicy sausage.
It was great food was amazing, the cycle of meats was good and the pictures turned out great as well
I would NOT recommend Pampas to anyone visiting Las Vegas. For the price they charge, the food was not very good. The best thing there was the Brazilian Lemonade. Service was not good either. The waiters were not attentive and unapologetic. They brought half the food out, and then, 40 minutes later, brought the other half out. We asked to speak to a manager or someone several times and no one got the manager or followed up with us. The 50% off coupon made up for some of the poor service and food quality.
Upon arrival the thing that annoyed me the most was the host. No people skills, typical youngster attitude.
Excellent food. Very nice waitress. Great Groupon desl. Would definitely go again.
We had a lovely experience at Pampas. This was our second visit, and it was just like the first. We prefer our meats cooked medium rare, and the restaurant was very accommodating to make sure our food was cooked to our liking. It was busy, and therefore the service was a little slower but that was to be expected. We enjoyed our meal and each other and I’d recommend it if you like the Brazilian Steakhouse Gaucho experience!
Very slow service, waited a long time for the parade of meats, limited selection of meat and would pass us up often. Had much better experience at other Brazilian restaurants. Sorry to say, would not return and would not recommend.
The waitress and manager were outstanding but the food and value has gone down from my previous dining experience. There one hour unlimited alcohol package is not worth it at all. The first 2 mimosas were watered down and took forever for a refill. I think it's on purpose because we never had this happen before. It felt like there was a limited set number and not really "unlimited". Anther thing I did not like was there was a girl that greeted us before we can in and gave us a business card that she had wrote on the back the price of $25 for the unlimited meat rodziou but the menu inside the price was $22. I'm not sure if this location is under new management but you can definitely tell a difference especially when we were told they were out of ham after being repeatedly told it was coming out some. I have been a loyal customer for many years but it's a pretty good chance I won't be back again.
Service was non existent. Website advertised Black Friday lunch for $15 but when we went to the restaurant the hostess was giving out “special coupons” for $25 lunch. Meat servers are very slow to bring meat out so you actually get very little meat. We asked our server multiple times to request that meat be brought to the table but they never did bring it. When we left I advised the hostess about our experience, she told me that it wasn’t her job to please customers and that if we didn’t like the service to speak to a manager. We left and will not return to this establishment again
MEAT.... just think this when you get there... I enjoyed the food and the variety of cuts available..
Not great service and this was for thanksgiving
My wife and I had a $200 voucher to spend.
We started with drinks, a cocktail each, that seemed to be laking on alchohol.
It was Thanksgiving so there was only one set menu.
To cut a long meal short, the service was slow, the food was cold and the meat was of a poor quality.
Will not be returning nor reccomending.
This was our first time to Pampas in Las Vegas. We have eaten at other Brazilian restaurants, so had hopes of a very pleasant dinner. NOT THE CASE. The Market Station was a disappointment -- it was crammed in a corner and very awkward for people to get a plate and then circle the small salad bar -- which had only a few mixed salads, makings for a green or caesar salad, some hot veggies, and a few dressings. We both had the Meat Rodizio for $54 each plus tip! I will say that the ham tasted great - and the sirloin was wonderful -- but everything else was ho-hum. The place was packed with customers (in Vegas, would you expect it to be otherwise) ... and there were a lot of staff people bustling around -- but it seemed more to repair or catch up on service - rather than serving correctly from the get-go. Even though we were seated at a fairly obvious table -- all of the staff seemed to "go around" us rather than presenting the meat, slicing us a piece, and moving on. Everyone was too busy being busy to give decent service. We never received the drinks we ordered - and the meat servers quit showing up. We won't return.
Everything was great!
This place is one of a kind and would recommend it to everyone.
I will not recommend this restaurant to Anyone. The meat was not cooked especially the chicken it came out raw in the Center. The salad bar in soups were not serviced I went back several times to get soup what little was into containers was not hot. We were not seated in a place for good service when the meat servers came to us if they did they were either completely out or had very little left . When I discussed this put management he had a deer in the headlight look in did nothing to correct our situation. Again I will not recommend this to anyone. If anyone asks I tell him it was less than acceptable and management had a Attitude of no concern.
Service was excellent!! Food is delish!!! Dessert even better, they make your drink right in front of you. I had an amazing time, and enjoyed everything.
