Server was the only bright spot. They were very busy and for atleast 20 minutes where was no meat being circulated. 6 dishes at the salad/side bar were completely empty. When the food did finally start circulating again, 2 different meats might as well have had the hooves still on. It was "blur grass special" literally raw. The server apologized but at this point we were done. Not worth the price at all.
Wasn't that impressed. Service itself was great. Meat was on the tough side, flavorless and over cooked. I will take Texas de brazille anyday. Cheaper and meat that melts in your mouth.
Was very good, service was a little slow
A few steps below the Brazilian steakhouses I have been to before. The salad bar was fairly sparse and the meats were lower grade. I realize the rent on LasVegas Blvd is probably outrageous and they would have to cut corners somewhere to make the price comparable to other rodizio-style restaurants. Our server was great and I like how he showed what the bill would come to before we finalized our order. No complaints about the service at all, just expected more from the food.
Great food & great service, will attend again! Great selection of different meats and seafood.
Upgraded to surf and turf. The surf was awful. I did pay another fee for the add on lobster tail which was good. The peel and eat shrimp were awful, mushy texture. Mussels weren’t bad. Fish was nasty. Meat was great, especially the sirloin. 2 emergent bathroom trips a couple hours after eating...I blame the shrimp.
Food was good. Other then we waited and waited and waited for our shrimp. And there was several times that we wanted the food being taken around but they did not stop at us. Our server seamed to be overwhelmed but she wasn't out at her other tables. Over all it's was good. We just like felt like we had to wait an extensive amount of time for things.
Great service. Food was amazing. Shrimp was very flavorful. The chocolate cake was so thick and delicious I want some right now.
All I can say is I’m glad I didn’t pay full price( thanks Groupon). Pampas is definitely the Denny’s version of Fogo De Chao. We were in Vegas on vacation and took my parents here for their 50th anniversary. Most of the beef was over cooked(very well done)if you enjoy medium rare cooked steak this is not the place for you. The signature cheesy bread was cold and looked to have been out for some time. The seafood portion was talapia fried& grilled along with peel and eat shrimp and chewy mussels. In all the best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. I read in other reviews that the service is slow and that was confirmed. If your looking for the Brazilian Churrascaria experience stick with Fogo De Chao or Texas De Brazil NOT Pampas.
Have eaten here for years, very disappointed with the food, service and value.
Been before. Great food and experience. Did have problems with bill/coupons etc.
First time at a Brazilian grill. It won't be the last!! Come hungry & leave happy!!
Always one of the best meals you will eat. They were able to seat us before our reservation. The lunch special is great all you can eat with seafood and one out of unlimited alcohol.
They sat us outside in the mall area. Very noisy. We waited and waited and waited for them to come by with the meats. We never saw all of them. We finally gave up and left hungry. Very disappointed.
First time visit. Fantastic server. Great Brazilian food. Awesome salad bar.
Alex our waiter was excellent, brought out everything on time and when we needed it.
Don't bother. Overcooked meat and boring side bar. It's no accident that this place is never busy.
We bought a deal from Groupon to have what I thought would be a a memorable dinner for my wife. Boy was I wrong! The Groupon was for 2 unlimited drinks for 1 hour and 2 surf&turf rodezian buffets. Everything started as expected. We got our drinks, went to the salad bar (which is far more inferior to Fogo de Chao), got our first meat service (bacon wrapped chicken). After our drinks went empty, they stayed empty for 15 minutes. The second service came around which was a very over cooked bad cut of sirloin. Our third service came around which was the same sirloin. By this time we finally got our drinks refilled and my wife and I are very perturbed. We talk to our waiter and describe what is going on. He promised to have different cuts of meat sent our way. So service #4 comes around and it is bacon wrapped chicken again. By this time we ask for the manager. After 10 minutes the manager finally gets to our table and starts denying everything that we told him was going on. So my wife and I got up and left. Maybe this would be a good restaurant if you paid full price, but they are the ones that had the Groupon deal. I have never been treated like this in an upscale restaurant and Pampas will never have the opportunity to treat my wife or myself like they did ever again!
Great picanha sirloin and calamari salad, also the white sangria was awesome, will return!
Great staff and service. Food was delicious
The food and service were amazing. The variety of flavors and options on the salad bar gives everyone choices that will satisfy your appetite. The room is a little noisy and crowded.
I’m glad we got the dinner for free for going to a presentation. The food wasn’t terrible, but definitely not worth what they charge. Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s were $14 for unlimited refills for an hour which I liked. It has a garden bar, but there were no plates available to us when we got up to the garden bar to eat. (That should always be ready..) They said they bring different meats to your table, which is true, except we kept having the same meat offered instead of different kinds. The restaurant was also extremely hot inside. We were sweating while eating. Water glasses are plastic, same as the mimosas.
We came for a birthday party and had the best time. They held our cake all day since our hotel wouldn’t and it made everything very easy!
I was offered a seat at the bar since I was 10 minutes late for my reservation. Although the bartender did a great job of providing service, the gauchos missed serving me at the bar. I was only offered about 3 meats during my 85 minute dinner.
The restaurant was very hot and the music was entirely too loud. Our server did a good job, although the meat servers took nearly 20 minutes to come to our table. We have had good experience with Pampas in the past but this visit was very disappointing.
Great food, great service, great restaurant!
We bought a deal off groupon so I am less annoyed since we paid less. However it was impossible to do unlimited drinks when the waitress didnt make it to our table often. Salad bar was good and the meats were delicious. If you want water, it is $1/bottle for table. The rating is more for poor service not poor food.
Our reservation was at 10pm and didnt get seated until 10:20. After being seated we waited another 10 minutes and had to ask a busboy to see who our waiter was as no one was tending our table. Food was ok. Not what we expected. Food not worth the price
This restaurant has the worst food in service. will never be back
When visiting Las Vegas, we always made it a point to eat at The Pampas. Don’t know what happened , but the quality of service, the limited selections on their buffet, and the meat selections weren’t as tasteful. A high class dining establishment, since when did they begin to serve expensive wines in a plastic cup and when asked for a bottle beer they brought a can! It took a while before our drinks were served and we had to signal the servers who sliced the meats at each table to serve us. The quality and taste that Pampas use to have was inviting and a place we knew would be on our itinerary to visit, but this last visit will be our last. For what we received and lack of, it is definitely over priced. Adding the additional tables to the already crowded restaurant, was overcrowded to say the least. Every time someone would walk past us, we didn’t appreciate being bumped into or the next table coughing while we ate. There is not a score low enough for this place. Good luck if you decide to have a meal at the Pampas Las Vegas!!
Bring your appetite to Pampas! An excellent variety of meats and seafood was served fresh and hot! The service is great as well as the atmosphere!
My husband and I dined at Pampas while in Las Vegas. We had discussed going here, and then were given a BOGO free coupon so we took it as a sign to give it a try. We ate on a Tuesday night at 7. The place was not overly busy and they had a full staff. However, other than our waiter, the service was embarrassing.
We frequent the Brazilian steakhouse, Rodizio, in Nashville TN and maybe our expectations were just too high - based off of our experiences here.
The food was overcooked, none of the meat servers (or "gauchos") stopped at our table until we were 45 minutes into our visit. I asked 6 times to see a wine list, and it was finally brought the same time the check was.
I'm never one to judge a place by one experience, but in a town as large as Las Vegas, first impressions are important. If we go back for vacation again, unfortunately Pampas will not be on our list of restaurants to visit.
Dinner package before a show. We were seated in an overflow with no ambience, it could have been Denny’s. There was plenty of seating in the restaurant proper but I believe that since we came in in a package we were treated like second class citizens. There was food on the floor under my husband’s chair and when we asked for that to be cleaned up we were just moved and food was never taken care of the entire time we were there. The server spent most of her time talking with another server. She was slow and non responsive to any request. The food was mediocre and if garlic is a concern don’t go. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough
I would not recommend Las Papmas. While I had a very good petite filet cooked perfectly with great mashed potatoes and flavorful green beans my husband and brother had the specialty of all you can eat meats. They we for the most part overlooked and very dry. The most flavorful being the sirloin which came to the table hot and rare. The ambiance and food quality is not what I expect for a $200.00 meal.
On the positive: waiter ANDREW , awesome
Everything tasted very salty.
Bloody mary watered down.
Sangaria worse I ever had
They were understaffed. The waiter did everything he could and was more than courteous. But the food was slow coming, but tasty.
Wasn’t impressed! Just a buffet with people bringing meat to your table. Our waitress was good, and did her job as best she could since it was really busy for a Monday night. Think I should have just got the salad bar. Would have been more satisfying then the over or undercooked meats.
Overall, good spot. Nice salad/side bar to complement the meats. Ribs and top sirloin were tremendous.
Excellent food. Waitress was very nice.
