Salad bar was a mess, the meat was tough and had lots of fat and grizzle. Not acceptable for the price.

Service was extraordinarily slow, from delivery of water to receipt of main entree. Sides and salads were uninspired. Salmon was a very small serving. Would not return and could not in good conscience recommend this to anyone, not with all the other competition in town.

The experience was awful. We had a voucher that was a combo deal with a show. The waitress knocked the voucher and tried to up sale it which is ok but she was condescending. No silverware, no directions on how the food was going to be served. Found out after the fact we had to go get our sides. Never again!!

We had a buy 1 get 1 free and that made it worth it. Being used to of eating at Texas de Brazil, Pampas is not that great but it is not bad either. The salad bar needs some improvement as well as the selection of proteins we literally only saw 5 different proteins in the 75 minutes we were there. I would not pay $70/person to eat at Pampas, but if you have a buy 1 get 1, is not a bad deal. The cheese bread are great!

It was good but not for the price. The meat was unlimited but wasn’t that great. But that’s just my opinion. Plus our table was outside of the restaurant but it felt like we were in the hallway right by the people walking by.

This was my first time to this kind of restaurant. It was great food and a wonderful experience.

Disgusting! Out of all the possible places in Vegas to eat this is by far the worse. For the amount of money the meal costs I would rather go to one of the celebrity restaurants. At least three times I almost got my nose cut off as the server cut meat. The servers had no regard for where the placed the skewer of food. Waitress was worthless in describing the experience and the noise level was so high that you would not have heard her even if she did. Sent one of the single meals back as the chicken was disgusting. Don't waste your money here.

The food was amazing. My server made my day he was so friendly and attentive and made sure I had everything I needed the entire time. The side and salad bar had a lot of great choices and I loved that it was endless amounts I could have. It was a great and fun experience to have. The meat choices were great and never ending. The bacon wrapped chicken and grilled pineapple were especially great and my favorite. I recommend saving room for dessert it was amazing I had the chocolate dessert it was rich and so filling. Everyone should go here at least once in their life it is such a wonderful experience to have. Next time I am here in Las Vegas this will be the first place I come to for a meal.

The food was delicious but I felt there was not enough variety of steak. Also we had to keep asking our waitress to send over the samples of food, not many came over without being requested.

Food was great, however you have to be careful because they try to scam you in any way they can. First, we are poured water from a bottle and we asked if there was a few for that, waitress said yes. We told her we don’t mind but it would have been nice had she told us first. She proceeded to say it’s mandatory for all customers. Next, we ordered dinners from the menu rather than the unlimited meats that they bring around every so many minutes. As we are waiting for our food people are still coming to our tables to offer us from the different meats. We keep telling them no. When the waitress comes, I asked what would have happened if we would have taken the meat, she said it’s an additional $58 per person on top of what we ordered. I think they purposely do this to get more money from customers.

I wanted to enjoy pampas, but almost everything felt rushed. From the table seating and being told that someone sat us at a table where another couple is sitting to the offering of seafood plate to our table without asking us if we had a specific preference of seafood. Lastly, to the waiter not coming by to offer us new drinks when we had one hour to get any alcoholic drinks we wanted.

It was only lunch time when we went. I wonder how crazy it gets for dinner.
The food selection is good. The pao de qejio (cheese balls) were good as well. The atmosphere is decorated nicely and feels modern. If only they could fix the waiters pace and have them uninformed and running around... and if only they asked you if you wanted a specific seafood with your meal, we would have had more room on our little table and less food to waste.

On a lighter note, the dessert selection was pretty good. The cheesecake was delicious.

First of all upon the arrival the hostess were very unprofessional and didn’t even both to pay any attention to the requests I made in my reservation. I arrived a bit early to assure I got a good table to celebrate mine and my girl fiends anniversary. The restaurant was close to be almost empty and we get sat in the very far back corner of the restaurant at a poor table that meet non of my requests.
After it took the server about 10 mins to come and greet us. After we ordered the all you can eat meat, we went to the salad bar and got our things and went back to our table..
after 30 mins of waiting for food to come around all that came was one item. All the other workers with food ignored our table and skipped us. Our server never came back to check and make sure that things were good, she only came back to the table to inform us that she was leaving and another server was going to take care of us but that person NEVER showed.
TERRIBLE experience. I asked to speak with a manager and even that took about 10 mins to happen. And only till I decided to get up and walk towards the front of the restaurant he appeared. TERRIBLE experience and ruined my anniversary dinner. Manager apologized and asked us to just forget about the dinning experience that we had And come back for a discounted meal. NO THANKS. This visit was enough to keep me from coming back. Very disappointed with the service.

Our waiter wasn't very friendly, also didn't go over the details of what our Groupon covers. Luckily, we can read, so we looked over the details ourselves and realized that our waiter didn't ask us if we wanted our unlimited shrimp/seafood plate(s). A different waiter did bring us our first plate later (un-summoned by us) but by that time, we were already full. We didn't stay long, less than an hour. When we asked for our bill, our waiter seemed annoyed and did not say anything to us when he brought us our bill. Not a word, nor a smile. We still tipped though, because we're nice and it's the right thing to do. I guess. Perhaps he should learn to be nice as well, and 'the right things to do.' He also seated us right by the aisle where everyone kept passing by. I don't understand why we weren't seated somewhere with a little less foot traffic, the restaurant was hardly full/busy. Overall, the food was delicious, but the service could use some major improvements, and that 2-seater table towards the right, in that first section/room when you walk in needs to go. Nobody should be sitting there.

After making a reservation we still 15 minutes to be seated. After being seated in an empty restaurant, the food was not fresh or appetizing. The few meats they brought out were tough and un-edible and like I stated FEW Meats. The waitress came very few times to ask if we needed anything and when we did order for more drinks it took her forever to bring it to us. The table was not cleared until after we ate and looking around at other tables that people had left already they weren’t cleaned right away either. The table next to us had left 5 minutes after we were sat and they didn’t clean it until we almost left. Terrible service and food. We will never go back nor recommend it to anyone! Surprises me that a place on the strip like this is such a terrible restaurant.

Meats come out quickly and there is a lot of variety. Didn’t make any trips to the salad bar, because the meat and grilled pineapple just kept on coming. Waiter was very friendly, manager was making the rounds, and hostesses got us seated quickly. Make a reservation as their are usually lines at dinner time.

I am here often for celebrations or date night with my wife. I make it a point to get here, even as a local and fight the strip traffic. As always the food and wait staff were amazing. I wish the patrons would stop stealing the red and green placards so I can catch my breath from all the food.

I will say, very disappointed with the front of the house. I arrived just a few minutes late to my reservation. Naturally it was busy for a Saturday. However, I didn’t like random people coming in without a reservation and being able to be seated in front of me. I don’t understand why bother having a reservation if you aren’t going to hold the table for my party.

I hope management can address what a reservation does mean, and why people make them. Waiting the extra 35 minutes wasn’t appreciated and especially knowing others got seated before us without a reservation.

Otherwise everything was amazing as usual. I will be back and the food is absolutely amazing.

Have choice of different meat
All the meat we tried ask for med rare it’s cook to long and there are no labor with some of the meat.
Spend over $200 and we weren’t expecting that some of the meat are bland.
Sorry to say that’s what experience of the night that we weren’t happy.

Service was non existent even though they were not busy. Had to ask for the meats to come around except the cheaper sausages. We had reservations at 1230 pm. The place was not busy however I felt the service was very slow. It took a long time to get our first set of drinks and then the meal was almost over before we got any drink refills. However the water was always refiled. Then we had to ask for dessert menus. Once ordered it took quite a while to receive that. The check was also a long time to get. For a 1230 reservation we dd not leave until 300 and that was due to the slow service. For a larger party I would have expected a little more.
