Had higher expectations. Expensive and food was ok. They barely brought meats over and took forever to bring a filet mignon that was overlooked and had way too much garlic Parmesan on it. Highly disappointed.
Good if you have a huge appetite, and want to eat a ton of meat - otherwise skip it.
Another great time at Pampas. The restaurant in the Miracle Mile is a must visit for Las Vegas.
I had no problem with the food but I made reservations and when we got there we had to wait awhile. What's the point of having a reservations? Also, when the manager finally called my name, he mispronounced it. I went to him and asked if it was my name he called. He very harshly stated I don't know. I only went to the restaurant because I had a $25.00 certificate. I would never go back.
Awesome overall experience. Great place great food great service!
We went here because we had a coupon and really enjoyed it. Andrea really made our experience phenomenal! Mandy also made you smile. Overall the service was excellent and the food was amazing!! This is especially worth the money if you can eat a lot of meat! They just keep it coming. There’s sooooo much!! All delicious!
Food was horrible! Meat was either way under cooked or over cooked and tough.
Worst. Churrascaria. Ever. More expensive than Fogo and sub sub sub par. Save your money. McDonalds would be better. Simply awful and I have eaten this type of food all over including many times in Brazil. Avoid at all costs. Top it all off the $30 the quote is a joke. $65 for what most people want. EAT ANYWHERE ELSE PLEASE!
Food was okay waitress was good but the meat service was too long between runs
We spent over $300 for dinner for 5 and only two had the meat option due to price. We had x4 beers only. Kind of pricey for the average family.
Needs to be A senior price menu, too. And, perhaps add some meat options on the buffet.
The meats were good.
Quality was lacking ... never saw 12 meats, service was slow and chicken was very dry.
I really don't write bad reviews, but I want to make sure other prospective diners don't get the wrong idea about this place. I came in expecting the elegance and sophistication of a churrascaria; while we ended up paying those prices, the experience we got was much more like a Golden Corral buffet. It took us more than 15 minutes after being seated before we saw our waiter, the meats were overcooked and lacked flavor, we upgraded to the seafood + meats option and were given an unimpressive plate of shrimp, mussels, calamari steak and broiled fish. The buffet area was a free-for-all with people pushing, cutting in line, children running underfoot, etc. Our waiter was polite and respectful, but his nonverbals signaled that he knew the situation was bogus and he was doing the best he could in a chaotic situation. While I *did* enjoy a truly extravagant and outrageously expensive dining experience during my stay in Vegas, Pampas only treated me to the outrageously expensive part. Diner, beware.
The meat rodizio was delicious. You have a taste of 12 different meats on a spit served at your table. It was very impressive! The garlic and shallot marinated sirloin and grilled pineapple were my favorites. The side bar had a large variety of salads, cheeses and hot dishes. We went for our 43rd wedding anniversary! We will go again next year too!
Service was very slow
We were passed over a few times with the carving of meat.
We actually spoke to our waitress, who in turn spoke to them.
We had a certificate for 100.00 off, but would not return again.
Super Bedienung, sehr feines Essen. Wir hatten Muscheln, Wings und Rips, alles wirklich sehr sehr lecker!
Unprofessional staff, lousy food, very sloppy salad bar and came home with an upset stomach. One of the worst dining experiences I ever had and an embarrassment to my business guest.
It was pleasant.
Overall great experience. We had A great dinner and drinks.
Great food and drinks! I really enjoyed my experience. Good customer service! I would recommend it to others.
The coupon they advertised was misleading. We only had 5 different meats. I had to ask for them. Some of the meat was tough
The food service was a little slow, but delicious. The real problem we had was getting seated in thr first place. Made a reservation for 8pm, arrived at 7:15. Got checked in and was told about 15 minutes to be seated - no problem. 8pm came and still not seated, but walk-ins were. I asked the host if it was going to be much longer. He looked for our name and said we had no reservation, even though we had checked nearly an hour prior. After another 30 minutes we finally got a table. Had we not pre-paid for the dinner we would've walked.
Everything was great except for the bathrooms were really dirty
From start to finish everything was great will definitely return
Sides were terrible - all were overcooked or bland. Meat was okay but nothing to write home about. Service was similar. Nothing was worth the price of the meal
We come here every time we come to Vegas. Always amazing food, but slightly disappointed with the service this time for our large group.
Had a new server and she tried to do her best however the food was not good (fatty beef, over powering garlic and I like garlic!, etc). Went her for my anniversary dinner with the wife and it was very ordinary. Spend your $175 somewhere else. Not great quality.
The only thing good was the chicken and sausage. The beef was tough and full of grissel, even what they called filet mignon was absolutely terrible. I've been to quite a few Brazilian BBQ style restaurants and this was the only one where the beef was practically inedible.
Food wasn't all that good. Didn't see the different types of meat that they said they would serve.
Great service, good food and plenty of flavorful meat options. The salad bar had lots of good options and the chili was flavorful with a nice kick to it. They came around often to refill our meats.
Great salmon meal. Ribeye steak meal was not that good need better quality steak price was wat to much.
Hand crafted drinks were great . Staff was friendly and energetic. Had reservation didn't have to wait to long.
Somewhat pricey for the food you get. Good selection on salad bar
The hostess station was very chaotic. Reservations at 6:30, got sat at 7:10.. a $50 steak was overcooked. The restaurant itself was very noisy.. salad bar was best part. Basically pd $100 for salad bar and my husbands meal. We wont be back.
Great place nice atmosphere really good service friendly employees
Food was as expected. Never got a chance to taste all meats on menu. Very filling! Waitress was great! (Mendy)
Service was Great, Food was always available at the ready and delicious, and will definitely return soon!
My feelings about Pampas are mixed. Our server was very nice, but there were some long gaps between visits to the table (we chalk it up to being a busy night). The salad bar is AMAZING and everything on it delicious. We were offered rodizio options even though that wasn’t our main course and the samples were good. Unfortunately, our entrees came out luke warm to cold (the mashed potatoes and green beans were cold-they were good once reheated in the microwave). The server did offer free desserts to those who had the cold food and the flan we received was good. It was crowded and loud, but a fun atmosphere and we didn’t mind. I would definitely give them another opportunity to serve a complete meal and wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying them out.
Food was terrible (over cooked), salad bar was inedible and dirty, and drinks were poorly and incorrectly made. Appetizers came out after we had finished the meals and the waitress was nowhere to be found.
Great service with great choices in main dishes and side dishes all around.
We had a prebooked a table via Open Table arrived with 20 minutes to go to find about 100 other people standing around outside who also had all pre booked a table and some were ovee 30 minutes kate being seated. Therefore we went and found a different restaurant as a 3.5 star restaurant was not in my opinion worth the wait. There were over 11 empty tables inside the restaurant so would suggest they are understaffed, would suggest management have a good look at that if they want their reputation to improve!
Our waiter was terrific. We made a reservation for 7:00 PM and didn't get seated til about 7:30-7:40 PM. There was a party going on in the middle of the restaurant about 3 long tables of about 30-40 people very loud. I think they should have had them book a room like the wedding party there had too. Despite everything the food was good. While we were there we only got to try 3 different steaks and chicken wrapped in bacon. Not to much variety besides the sides you choose. After having Texas de brazil i would rather go there, honestly than pampas.
Our server wasn't that great, however the meat servers and capiranha bartenders were amazing.
