Fantastic food, phenomenal service
We have eaten at Pampas several times. This last time was terrible. We went for my birthday lunch and it was the worst ever. We only saw our server 3 times, once to take our order, once to bring our drink, and once to bring the check. We were supposed to have unlimited drinks for an hour, but were only allowed one because we didn't see her again until she brought the check. Then since we had been placed in a far out of the way corner, we only saw 2 of the men who bring the meats to the table, and the meat was so salty we couldn't eat it. For the first time eating there we left hungry. We will never eat here again.
Service was great although it took a while for the meat to arrive but once we verbalized our concern everything became timely. Beef was over cooked chicken was undercooked. The full selection of meats were not available but the buffet of sides were good. We stuck with water for our beverages ($1 per person/filtered water). We went as a group of 8 used BOGO hotel coupon ... full price would have been $72/per person, which I feel is too expensive for quality of meat. Otherwise great company made for a great time
Seated in an awkward part of restaurant
Dessert was not fresh. The taramasu seem stale.
The food was amazing. The biggest surprise was our dinner came with a side and you were able to go to the buffet that had pasta, salad, etc. Everything was fresh and tasted great.
service super slow...food mediocre. Salad bar not impressive at all.
This was the poorest experience I’ve ever had at s Brazilian style steak house. The quality was poor both I. The meat brought by staff and the “salad bar” in the back. I was severely disappointed
A special was being run that if you bought 2 meals..... you could purchase a bottle of wine for a certain price. We bought 4 meals at BOGO.... spending the exact same money as buying 2 meals. Same money exchange. Exactly. Yet the manager said we could not purchase the bottle of wine. Regardless of the exact amount of money being charged. So, we thought that odd. Won’t go back.
I feel the food is very overpriced. The waiter was very nice and was the best thing about the experience. The meat tasted gamey and tough and the salad bar is very limited. Also, pay attention to the menu, you're charged per person for water whether you take a sip of it or not.
Reuben did a fabulous job being attentive and explaining our menu options. Reuben thanks again for our great drinks. Last but not least, management was really nice and kind. Thank you!
We decided to try pampas. When we got there for our 730 reservation the hostess said she would seat us when possible. After everyone next to us getting seated plus several other parties after us, we decided to leave. They obviously did not have respect for those who reserved online. Poor service from the start. Would not like to see anything further.
Great place. The charge for water was interesting.
It was loud, service was non existent, floors were very sticky and slippery and credit card machine not working.
The sides are real good but just would like to see more common comfort sides. It’s just real good food.
Food was great. We were there celebrating my sisters engagement. The service was ok, my only problem was that I had to tell a manager about bringing my drinks. My other issue was that I believe that us the armed forces who serve this country should have had a better discounted rate compared to just some random coupon off the streets. HOOAH!!!
Great food selection, quality, and fantastic service. Pricey, but worth the expense occasionally.
Everything at Pampa's was amazing! The food was delicious and kept coming! The special dishes at the food bar were comforting and the service was outstanding! Ray is a superb waiter and made sure we got our money's worth! Very efficient and very kind! We had a voucher for our meal however we will definitely return on our next trip to Las Vegas!
It felt more like a cafeteria than it did a brazilian steakhouse. They could have skipped the 7 pieces of peel your own shrimp they consider a seafood platter. They brought out the same cut of meat 5 times before a change of selection. I've been to many brazilian steakhouses and the anticipation of this one was disappointing.
On a visit to Las Vegas but pre booked Sunday lunch excellent service and very helpful staff to put us at ease as we had never been to this type of restaurant before.
Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Vegas .
It was not a good experience. I wanted a few friends to try the Brazilian steakhouse experience. Not happening here. They salad bar was mediocre at best. Usually at Brazilian steakhouses they are pretty aggressive with bringing the meats. Nope not here. When it did come it was dry over cooked. I thought it was the same chain like the one in Palo Alto. Clearly not. We should have went to Fogo De Chao.
The service seemed to be a bit slow. Our server did not make as many trips past or to our table as i would have expected. We were almost finished our first plate before we got our drinks which we ordered first. It one point it seemed like it was about 10 minutes between meat servers to come around. We have been to Texas de Brazil several times in the past and the experience was much better.
Horrid experience. Our server, Atakin, took over 10 minutes to bring water to the table after seating us, our party of 5 had to flag down the hostess so we could get someone to place our order, and we had to flag someone down for our check. The food was over salty and mediocre at best. Will not return.
Had RESERVATIONS for a party of 4 and had to wait 45 min! Walk ins were getting seated before us, Very Annoying
Visiting Vegas for girls trip. Best meal whole time there
Mikey our server did an amazing job getting our drinks and clearing our plates while keeping up a good conversation and showing each table the proper amount of attention. The meat servers on the other hand were slow and meat prepared was erratic.
Great experience. Great ambiance. Great food.
I don’t even know where to start with the disappointment. It started with our “reservation”. We were there at the correct time, but still were seated 20 minutes later. Then we sat at our table for 40 minutes before getting a beverage. Finally I had to find someone to bring it.
Then the 3 of us ordered the all inclusive seafood and meat. They brought the first 2 of 11 different selections. But then we waited and waited and waited. Finally my wife just resolved on eating the salad bar (which was picked over and disgusting), my daughter ate fruit...and I starved.
Finally I complained again, and all 11 people converged on us at one time. Then they basically stood there and kept asking- assumedely just to be annoying.
Then we had the pleasure of paying the $133 bill. :-/. Biggest waste of money ever. Every employee seemed to not care about their job. The tables were left unclean. The bathroom disgusting. The floor littered with food and trash. But mostly- the service for a restaurant “supposedly” of that caliber...was WAYYY off. Everything always starts with management. And I assume the manager was either on vacation or sleeping in the storage room.
I have been here at least 3 times previously. This was the worst trip by far. The waitress didn't bring us water until we were done with our first plates from the salad bar. She got into an argument with the table behind us. The meat guys were very good though
It was okay. But there was a large group that ruined it all to be honest. That group had so many rude people. They couldn’t even refil the food because of them. The salad bar is way too small! We also ordered the ham and pine apple and never got it. It went to a different table. After waiting 15 mins we gave up. But the waiter he was amazing and because of him I would refer people.
Good food and drinks
The quality of service really dampened our experience at Pampas. We were seated basically in the entry - even with a reservation through Open Table. Drink service was slow and wrong with no comp on waiting so long and bringing wrong beverages. The meats came fast and furious at first and then seemed to disappear. When we returned to the salad bar area to get some other items, there was no attempt to clear used plates away. I had to search out someone to take them and then they looked at me like what an unusual request. The meats were delicious and the items from the salad bar were all delicious as well. With so many restaurants in Vegas I would not consider returning. If you love a Brazilian steak house you may still want to give it a try.
We are from Kansas and came to Vegas for vacation, we heard great things about Pampas and were given a giftcard. The whole experience was less than pleasant. It took multiple requests to get an iced tea, the food was sub par at best. The surf and turf was an absolute disappointment. The meat was charred , dry and flavorless, and the seafood consisted of a glorified fish stick, mussels, shrimp and a filet of fish that was cold and bland. Needless to say we'll never be back. Very disappointing.
We enjoyed it! It was a nice atmosphere and the food was off the chain! DELICIOUS!
The food was good but it was expensive for what you got. We ordered a couple of entrees off the menu. Ribeye was good but not spectacular for the price. Great potatoes! Petite filet was good but once again not for the price that they get. Waitress was attentive and prompt.
This was a really great experience. Excellent drinks, food and perfect service!!!
Plenty of food and great salid buffet. They may have lost a few bucks on my unlimited Stella for 15.00. lol
food was good!
Paid for a fillet got a lesser quality cut full of fat. Management brought us new meals which were better but when applying the certificate to our bill they only applied half. Overall bad experience.
We chose this restaurant after seeing a show at the V theatre. I was celebrating my birthday. The food and service was good but I was disappointed not to get a dessert and not to have my birthday acknowledged when I put it in the details of the reservation. Also the bathroom was not very clean and there was no toilet paper in the stall I was in
