Pampas Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Convenient location to hotels and casinos. Good customer service. Limited salad bar. Pampas seems to offer a number of deals (Travelzoo coupon; buy one, get one free; 50% off meal; etc). I'm not sure any guest in the restaurant was paying full price. So, make sure to get one of the deals offered. The price we paid ($59 for Brazilian Steak Dinner for two and a bottle of wine) was very fair and reasonable.
Very disappointed. Had heard good things about this restaurant. Had reservations but still had to wait 20-minutes to get seated. Once seated, waited 15-minutes to get our drink order placed and when our drinks still hadn't come 15-minutes later we bailed. Didn't try the food but options were limited and seemed pricey.
An average Brazilian all you can eat restaurant at best. Grilled meats were somewhat overlooked on some cuts and salad/sides bar was just okay. One big watch out is to request NOT to be seated in the overcrowded dining area as the tables are packed on top of each other, so tight that you have to walk through the servers' aisles to the side to get to the salad bar. We were seated in the less crowded bar, which isn't exactly the kind of ambience you'd expect for a $50-60/person dining experience. Probably the worst Brazilian style restaurant I've dined of about two dozen dinners.
We had a great time at Papas! The food was divine! Our waiter, Rigo, was very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant was dim, with nice music, and great staff. I feel like the tables are too close, but that is my only feedback for things that need improvement, and it won't stop us from returning to dine there again in our next visit!
The guys that come to ur table with the meet only like 2 stoped at my table. And it was +- $50 a person. I’d recommend Texas de Brazil. Same cost 1000X better service and food
Also it was hidden in the back Corredor of the mall attached to PH.
I was out on”patio” which basically made me feel like I was sitting in the hall.
It took me 15 minutes to get my cocktail.
The meat offerings were sporadic at best, often sat there with no food but was offered charred pineapple what felt like every 3 mins.
Overall just a weak experience.
Went there to take friends there for their first.time and to celebrate a birthday. This was my 5th time at Pampas and.always had.a great experience.
Pampas has the best sangrias, the Red used to be my favorite, until I tried the white sangria. It's light and nice.....
Our server.was.intentive to our needs at all time......
Our friends had a great time and was impressed and I know we will all be back.
***It can be kinda of pricey, but it's one of those places you can once in awhile.
***Also This time I found our deal on GROUPON
Our second experience this week was not as good as the first. We had a different server who was exceptionally different from the first server – different in the wrong direction. Our experience was it as good and the food didn’t seem to be as fresh already available is the first time either. Pampas is still one of our choices for Brazilian food but just not a good experience this time
Let me start by saying we had very good service and the place itself was nice. Also, my review was influenced by the "coupon" received on the strip for a 2 for 1 lunch or dinner. In reality it was a way to get people in. It was not a 2 for 1 based on their regular prices. In fact I believe the coupon saved us .05 cents per person. We went for a late lunch(3pm reservation). The good: the salad bar was very fresh and had various tasty salads. The other side dishes were good but not hot in the warming pans. We were told after they had been turned up so as not to get the same complaint from others. Our coupon was good for the meat and shrimp and I enjoyed the shrimp which was nicely seasoned and came with a nice hoisin type of sauce. The meat was served in abundance if not the greatest quality. I liked the chicken wrapped in bacon the best.
good dining to all!
This restaurant is more of a tourist trap than a dining experience. It does not even come close to the other Brazilian steakhouses I've visited in several different cities. The salad bar was just ok. The meats came out too slow and the variety was too limited. I can say that Pampas fits right in with the theme of Las Vegas, that is: give you glitz and glamour with little real substance.
Pampas used to be one of our favorite places to go. We were very disappointed by the quality of the food this time. Also, we had a coupon for a buy one get one free and they made us buy drinks even though it was not stated on the coupon. It was my 70th birthday and I included that information on the reservation but my birthday was not acknowledged. When Heather was the manager, everything was different. We won't be going back and I won't recommend it to anyone.
We got a groupon for lunch and unlimited drinks for one hour. It was well worth it! The food was amazing! The drinks were delicious! The service was great! I highly recommend this restaurant, but bring your appetite because there are so many delicious options!
We’ve gone to several different Brazilian churascarias before. Pampas does not disappoint. My phone died and I was worried I couldn’t redeem my groupon certificate.
Wait staff was so kind and charged my phone for me in office. They were accommodating with our non-alcoholic drinks. We loved the experience! Staff was super friendly. Food was up to par. We did not get every meat selection brought by our table, but we didn’t miss it. I would definitely go back and highly recommend Pampas.
My only concern was the waiter who wiped his face with his hand and then proceeded to pick up multiple sets of loose clean silverware to move to a different station in another room.
Overall though, we loved the experience, and the chocolate mousse is AMAZING!
Not worth it at full price .... with coupons from EBay or where ever to get half price , then it worth it .... people there are great ... but $125 plus for two people is way too much for the quality you get ... saying that a few years back they had to die for flank steak ... not anymore
We are not a big enough eaters to go for the Brazilian experience so we ordered al a carte. I was very disappointed to discover that the only salad offering was the $25.00 salad bar. No side salad available. The salad bar would have been enough for a meal for me so I passed on it. You should offer a side salad with entres other than the sword deal,The mussels were delicious
