We asked the staff for filet mignon at least 3 times and they brought out the tiniest piece of very well done gristle filet I have ever seen at the very end of our meal experience. Everyone agreed this must have been strategic to make us fill up on the cheaper cuts. The salad bar was lacking variety and the meats just weren't all that great.

Cramped and a bit tattered is how I would describe the restaurant interior. Guests must transit to and fro the buffet at the back to their seats and there is no path wide enough for two people to pass each other comfortably. The food can be generously described a mediocre. No person in our party finished anything of the meats on their plate. Take a hard pass at the seafood option- everything was overcooked and unappetizing.

Perhaps it was an off night.. I have previously dined at the Pampas in Palo Alto, CA and it's among the best Brazilian steakhouses I've ever been to. This experience, on the other hand, was downright bad. Most of the meats that were brought to us were either as raw as carpaccio, or were grey and chewy like they had been reheated in a microwave. This is not an exaggeration.

Our server was excellent though! She was quick, courteous, and full of smiles.

Server was good. For Brazilian—meh! Was definitely not consistent with any other Brazilian place I’ve ever been. Seriously the meat quality was sub par

Very disappointed. Only a few of the cuts of meat were edible. The garlic filet and bacon wrapped filet were obviously older. The meat was tough and the taste was nasty. Extremely disappointed in the value of a steak place that charges $49/person. I purchased the deluxe drink package and got bourbon flavored water. Nowhere near the $35/person. My guests were disappointed, I had to apologize. Very disappointed table of 8, none of us will be back.

Was good to have a reservation, took a minute to find in the Mall but once we were there seated immediately. Love the parade of meat. Have to say that the TriTip was my favorite.

You wait forever for meat and servers pass you by. You have to flag them down to get served. Meat is either rare or well done. They sucker you in with the theater and dinner package. Don’t tell u 4 ozs meat. I wouldn’t go back for the price.

What Pampas lacks in meat and seafood quality makes up in service and location. Coupons always available to make this a real value deal. Pampas is a great dining experience particularly for first timers.

I have been to other Brazilian Steak Houses which are much better. Buffet was crowded and offerings could have been better. They overbooked and we waited 40 minutes for a table. Reservations mean nothing to them. I would recommend go somewhere else.

Highly disappointed in our experience. We went here based on great Yelp ratings for our anniversary dinner as my husband really wanted steak for dinner. I am a vegetarian, so expected my choices would be limited, but was quite disappointed in what the meal ended up being. For $30 grilled veggie platter I received ONE mushroom, HALF of a Roma tomato, QUARTER of a zucchini and yellow squash and probably HALF of an onion...$30??? This was about 80 cents worth of produce. I realize this is a meat place, so therefore, can't base our disappointment solely on my food experience. While the restaurant was moderately busy, it was not packed at the time we were there, yet my husband waited anywhere from 10-15 minutes in between the servers coming around to offer him meat. As such he was unfortunately not able to try most of the meats as we only allowed 1.5 hours for dinner before heading to a show. I would never recommend this restaurant as there are many other options available that cater to both omnivores and herbivores with better service and more reasonable pricing.

The hostess was clueless on what open table was. Made reservation and she completely ignored our reservation seating 14 people before I complained to another employee. She then sears us at a table that was already occupied. Not what we expected for the price. Will not be going back again.

We used to visit this place for the last four years, but we will never come back. Receptionist needs to understand how the open table reservation system works. Ours were lost by the hostess. Meats are difficult to obtain since servers are scarce. Alcoholic drinks are limited, despite promises of unlimited servings of the Groupon coupon. Go to another restaurant.

This is the worst rip off restaurant that exists. Firstly drinks took forever to be served. Secondly the server was slicing the meat and the large knife fell on my plate. The plate chipped and pieces of ceramic hit my face. The waitress then came and changed all plates. With one small apology. The table next to me complained their drinks were late and the waitress gave them a free round. After the meal I paid with my credit card and left a tip. I took the receipt and then noticed that they had charged my credit card $100 more than the total bill plus my tip. I called the restaurant the next day and spoke to Joe. He said that they only debited what was on my receipt. Well I checked my bank today and the amount of $300 was debited to my card. DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS AT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY ARE THIEVES. My complaint will not stop here and will be reporting this rip off restaurant. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

A great restaurant that lives up to the hype! Brazilian steakhouse done right -- all the meat you could ever want, brought to your table hot and you decide how much you want. A fun (and filling!) evening for all. I did get the add-on seafood option, which was fun. They definitely do steak better than seafood, so if you have high standards for salmon, I would not recommend it. If you love shrimp, then go for it!

We always eat at Pampas when we are in Vegas. This year (2017), the hostess informed us it would be a 15-20 minute wait even though we had an Open Table reservation. After questioning why there's a wait with a reservation, she seated us promptly; however, she seated us in the outside dining area which is right up from the doorway into Planet Hollywood. Being that it was December 21, the cold wind from outside did not make this year's dining experience very comfortable. The food, on the other hand, was excellent. The chef specially prepared a filet for us which was perfectly cooked!

It was a date night for us, two young at heart late fifty year olds. My husband and I attended a early show at Planet Hollywood just a few doors away from the restaurant. Our dinner reservation was for 6pm , giving us a few minutes to stretch our legs after the show. The restaurant was already busy when we arrived , I was impressed being it was a Tuesday which normally is a slow day of the week at most restaurants. I had requested a booth when I made the reservation on line, and they mainly have tables except for they do have some booths in the bar area. We were seated in the bar area and it's much quieter there than the main dining area as it's off to the side . Yes its further away from the hot& cold salad bar but that was ok with us. Just to give you a tip don't eat much from the salad bar as it's so easy to fill up on their hot& cold items before the Gaucho's come around serving the different Meats on skewers that they carve at your table. You are given a big button that is layed on the front of your table, as long as the green side is showing they will keep coming around offering you slices of meat, chicken and lamb and grilled pineapple slices. When you are full you just turn the button over to display the color red letting them know you are done. The best was the filet mignon which melted in your mouth and the lamb was so good that's mainly what we ate. The corn chowder on the salad bar should have been thicker it was way too watery so I don't recommend that but everything else was fresh and good. Service was good and prompt they just kept the food coming. I had read the reviews before hand and the biggest issues was the charge for water $1 per person and that they didn't have good service and they had to flag down down the Gauchos to get some meat. Well we had no problems at all, the staff was very friendly as well as management. So come early, pace yourself and go for a nice walk afterwards.

The food was great. The server was great. My only issues were with the hostesses and the table, itself. The hostesses were snooty and it felt like we were bothering them. The table was a small coffee table with no leg space and the chair seat was almost as tall as the table.

The service was good but not great. The meats take to long to come out. The sea food was steam and not grilled. The buffet is not good...not a lot of choices, mozzarella, salad, tomaoes, for soup choices they had corn and chili I'm sure that was not brazilian at all plus not much flavor. I been to a few other brazian stake hauses and this one is my least favorite.

We received a voucher from Blue Green Timeshare for $100. We had the endless meat with salad bar. It was $39.95 a person. My husband and I are allergic to gluten and everything was clearly marked. There is a mandatory 20% gratuity. We paid $15+ tip out of pocket. I would not have paid more than what we paid out of pocket for this facility. The quality of meat was not for me. We have eaten at many restaurants in Vegas and you can eat at some 5* restaurants for $115. If all you are looking for is an all you can eat and you get a $100 voucher, knock your socks off.

Horrible from the moment we walked in and sat down. The silverware was dirty and not I missed this spot it was food big pieces of food on them. The glasses were dirty, the table was falling over and once we asked about fixing it the lady came over and just tried to stick napkins under it and made it worst. It was my friends birthday and he was starving and had been craving the experience so I didn’t want to make a fuss and he opted to stay and give them a chance. It was a party of 4 which we all got the all you can eat experience that was advertised as 12 different meats and all you can eat shrimp. They brought us 1 plate of shrimp and about 30 minutes later I got mine, my friend never got his or his wife. They brought out 4 meats and 1 pineapple to be carved which was dry and the experience was a bust. Luckily my friend was in good spirits and it didn’t ruin his night.
