I'm hoping it was a one off experience. Had reservations for 730. Didn't get seated till 8. No one came around to ask for drinks or anything for another 15 mins. We just left.

We have eaten at Pampas just about every time we have gone to Las Vegas (about 10 times). It has always been very good, but this last time we went the food was not very good. The "salad bar" options were not very good, there were only about 3 items that were appealing to either my husband or myself, the meat that was brought to us was all very tough and difficult to eat. This included the chicken, beef, ham, and sausage that we tried. We will not be returning to this restaurant. If I wanted to eat jerky, I would go buy a bag.

This is a fun restaurant that we went to for Valentine's Day. They bring around a bunch of meats on skewers and you can take a little bit of the various kinds based on how they are cooked (rare, well done, etc.). It also has a nice little buffet of side dishes that you can take so you don't get too heavy with all of the meat coming around. There was a bit too much pork for my taste, which I don't eat, but the beef and chicken and lamb with sauce were mostly good. We got a nice Valentine's Day deal that kept everything to $99 with the two of us, but it would be more expensive otherwise so I'd look for the specials here. It's located in a restaurant wing of the Miracle Mile Shops so the location is tucked away in a mall for all intents and purposes--if you want the Vegas ambiance, this probably won't do it for you. But otherwise, it's quite good and you can spend a lot more money here and get a lot less filled up and happy!

Terrible service, low quality food, and very crowded and loud. The seafood was mushy and lukewarm when we received it, and despite supposedly offers many types of meat, we saw about 6 going around, mostly their chewy sirloin. Drinks were slow to get to the table, and I had to ask for lemon 4 times before we received some.

Not the greatest Brazilian steakhouse experience. There were 10 of us in the group and we were stuffed in a round booth where servers couldn't get to half of us. The meat was minimal in contrast to other Brazilian steakhouses. We were only offered three choices. The gauchos also didn't make sure everyone was served before leaving. The drinks were of poor quality. This was definitely the poorest Brazilian steakhouse experience we have had. We love these and seek them out everywhere we go.

This place was okay. Been to a few Brazilian steakhouses and it just doesn't measure up to Texas de Brazil which I feel is the standard.

I have never tasted a variety of meat choices that were so delicious, however, the $50 gift card that we had been given, could not be used because supposedly we were using a coupon for a buy one Rudizio meal for $75 and get the second free. So, we had to end up paying about $150 plus $35 tip when we had only expected to pay about 75, which was still on enormous amount to pay for any amount of food. If you go, don’t let them open the bottle of water, which they will charge you for...and be very careful what you order. I REALLY do NOT believe the $75 for the Ridizio (unlimited meat brought right to your table side) is worth it. The salad bar is delicious.

At this restaurant you have the option of sea food, or all the meat you can eat! Great side bar with black beans rice, garlic mashed potatoes, pasta, salads and fruits. Be sure to come with big appetite!

Food was amazing! Loved all of the selections of sides and meats offered. When they were coming around, the meats were all cooked medium rare and when I asked for more cooked meat, they went out of their way to ensure that I got meats I wanted cooked to my specifications. I really commend them for going out of their way for my specifications. Great place, would definitely recommend!

We got the parade of steak with soup bar. The steak wasn’t flavorful, they didn’t come around very often and the good cuts of meat were over cooked and wrapped in bacon. If you are going to spend money at a steakhouse I wouldn’t recommend this one.

It wasn't busy, but service was really slow. Food was mediocre at best. Most of the meat was overcooked. I am a seafood addict, and I could only eat one piece of shrimp - it turned my stomach because the texture was off so much. Several of the buffet items we're good, but we didn't come here for cold zucchini and cucumbers.

We are used to FOGO and comparatively the meat was sub par but the salad bar and sides were good
Disappointed they didn’t offer a birthday dessert ( unless you paid for it)
And they bring water to your table then tell you there is a charge for it whether you drink it or not

This was actually a bit of a let down, we did like that we got to try a lot of different types of meat but that's about all. The sides were terribly lacking, there wasn't much variety and most of them were cold. The meat concept was neat but the atmosphere again was lacking, there were large televisions and it was quite noisy, I thought that it would be a bit more elegant of a restaurant for the price and they charge 1$ for water which was brought to the table but you were not told it was charged, I would not have drank it if I knew I would be charged for it, it did not have even have ice in it. Overall this was not somewhere I would recommend or go again.

This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Brazilian restaurant. It was amazing. There were many different types of meats to choose from, and they were all very good. Absolutely no complaints on the endless supply of meats. I can't say enough about the salid bar. It offers a great variety of fruits, vegetables, soups, and pastas. Very filling, very satisfied with our experience. If you are ever in the Las Vegas area, this is one restaurant I recommend you plan to visit. It will not disappoint you..

This was a business meal with friends in the industry. There are a lot of dining choices in alas Vegas but Pampas has to be one of the best from the quality of food, preparation, ambiance and service. Pampas is at the top of my list for this type of restaurants. And the service was OUTSTANDING! Evelyn, our server, was by far one of the best, most entertaining servers I’ve had in a long time. She was engaging and very knowledgeable of the menu and very helpful with those that have never dined at a Brazilian steakhouse. If you go to Pampas make sure you ask for Evelyn.
