    Joined the Late Night Rodizio. Long time waiting to sit. When seated, I stayed there for one hour and 20 minutes. They served meat for me barely 5 times... whats really odd for a brazilian steakhouse. Do not recommend!!!

    The prices are too expensive for what you really get. The rotation of the meats are not as quickly as I would like. If your eating and waiting on a certain meat your food can get cold. The waiter didn't ask if we wanted a glass of water or the $7 dollar bottle of water he brought to the table that wasn't mention at the time the bottle was placed on the table!

    We used a Travelzoo coupon for lunch and were seated in the mall, which was odd. The food was not good. Our server was very nice. We didn’t ever get shrimp, filet Mignon or any delicious meat. This restaurant seems totally set up for the coupon deal and tries to monetize on absolutely everything else from water, to photos to additional food. Do not recommend.

    This was not at all the experience we expected. The buffet didn't have near the number of items stated on the website. The carvers came by in reasonable timing at first but all the meat was rare and blue rare. We were told that others would be by with more medium options but never did. We never had an opportunity for chicken and no one stopped at the table. After about 30 minutes, the rounds to the table became fewer and fewer yet our green card was still present. We ordered Irish coffee and after about 10 minutes out server said they were out of whipped cream so we ordered regular coffee. Another 15 minutes and nothing. We had to track down our waitress just to get our bill. We are quite certain that the lack of service was because we came with vouchers. We were a party of 5 and it seems they made the WRONG assumption that we weren't spending money because of having the time share vouchers. None of us would go back again.

    Never again. Ate here once a few months back. It was fair. Tonight I took my daughter out for a daddy daughter night. We got there, was told it was going to be a min. Then they tell me the price is different on their website than at the restaurant for kids. "Oh sorry we haven't updated the site." That's not my problem, honor your advertised price. Then they try to seat us in the bar. My daughter is 11, Come on. We go back and wait a few more and they put us on the patio. That's better. Now our server comes along, bring a bottle of still and of sparking water. Asks us which one we want.....I tell her we will just take regular tap. I was surprised her eyes didn't roll back behind her head. Literal eye roll. . Wow, guess we got bumped to second or third class with that because after that we HAD TO ASK for a refill even though she walked by 4 times with our empty glass on the side of the table. She does bring the desert tray over to upsell us again and after that "No, Thank you" because we were full from eating meat she :::::Poof:::: disappears. I actually had to ask another server for a the check. There's a difference between being busy and just being a jerk. The food is ok.......for being a Brazilian BBQ, the flavor was really Meh. How can you put bacon around chicken and filet (supposedly) and the bacon has no flavor? How does that happen? The frequency of the meat servers coming around is slooooooooooooooooooow. When you do get a cut you'd like, good luck seeing it again. (I asked for stuff and it still took 30 min to bring it out. Now understand it wasn't that busy......so there was no reason for service like this. Plus our main Eye Rolling server was more than happy to hover over the tables that ordered bottled water and wine. BTW, why serve bottled still water with ice made with the same tap water your turned your nose up at when I ordered it? Honestly, the whole thing really was a disappointment. The upsell upsell upsell is really stupid. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

    After paying the server for the meal with a debit card and leaving a cash tip, I was ask by the hostess to ran my debit card again because she didn’t see transaction, I was charged twice, I went back to the restaurant the next day and I was told to call a number because the transaction was from a day before I had to call my bank to resolve it.

    We did not see the 14 meats described to us. There was 8 trips to our table . We had to get server to get the meat . The 8 trips were the same meat 2x. It was empty inside. But were put on the outside seating area which is right at the main door into Miracle Mile shops. Which had cold air coming in . A guy crawling on the floor apparently couldn’t control his drinking. We will not go again. Hopefully if you do it’s a better time!

    Bryce our server was the best part of the night. Food was mediocre and a lot of it was served rare. We had to ask several times to have meat brought to our table. We have been to several similar restaurants. Would not recommend.

    Our Dinner was a special occasion, and we were looking for a romantic dinner. (Even stopped in the night before to request a quiet corner). Restuarant too Noisy, to the point it was difficult to have a conversation. (the tables beside us said the same thing). Tables too big and difficult to reach out and hold my wife's hand. Our Waitress was great. Food was good overall. Each of the meat cutters which come the tables to serve, were not friendly. (wanted to be some where's else that night). So, Special Occasions, this is not the place.

    This is a very casual setting and food is mediocre. For the standard price per person, it’s better to go to fogo de chao. I was not impressed. It is over priced unless you get a Groupon deal.

    Based on hotel recommendations, it was suppose to be good food. We arrived about 15 minute before our reservations and were seated fairly quickly. Unfortunately, it was an extremely busy night and services were beyond slow. Food was subpar especially the sweet potatoes. However, the manager made up for the less than satisfactory in food and service. So I will give them another try.

    The food was incredible! I took my family for Thanksgiving lunch and the price was very affordable at $38 a person. All of the meats that were offered were cooked perfectly as well. Our server was terrible. She never introduced herself after waiting 15-minutes for her to come and take our drink order and let us know how the thanksgiving meal would work since this was our first time there an we were from out of town. After she brought us our drinks maybe another 10-minutes later, we didn't see her again until she came to ask us what type of dessert we all wanted. Then I had to ask a manager to bring us our check since she disappeared as if she was in a magic act at the MGM with David Copperfield.

    Do not eat here. Go to Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao instead. The service was terrible and the food was worse. The salad bar/hot food selection was lacking and didn't taste well. We had to beg the servers to bring meat to our table. The same selection of chicken, sausage, and pichana was offered but the other meats never made it our direction. Our server did not clear any plate until we were leaving, we had plates with food stacked up on the edge of our table the entire time. The server brought us soda and did not come back after that until we were done. The soda was 6.99 and no option for a to go cup, the soda was the best thing in the restaurant. Do not waste your money, treat yourself elsewhere. Parking is also 15$ to 23$. The restaurants in the Miracle Mile do not validate. I will NEVER return here, even on someone else's dime. Never.

    Food was just ok. Compared to other Brazilian restaurants, meets were rubbery and chewy. Not so our favorite. Wait person didn’t even want give us glasses of water or ice. She just gave us a choice of bottled water or sparkling water where as other tables were given iced water. Honestly unpleasant experience.

    You are forced to buy their $7 bottled still water. They allegedly do not serve regular tap water. One gaucho refused to serve a member of my party because she “took too much meat.” Pass on this place and try the korean bbq next door.

    A bit more of a tourist trap then we expected. Staff handing out 50% off vouchers outside the door is a big sign that they are overpriced and needed to fill tables on a slow night. Server didn't ask "bottled or tap" when we asked for water and brought bottled then proceeded to pour it over ice which turned it into tap water. We had to specifically ask for "regular water" or it would have been hundreds of dollars for the table of 4. They tout 14 different cuts of meat and we saw only 7-8 and had to ask our server to send over the meat carvers, watching them go through the middle of the dining room to the busier front of the restaurant and going back to the kitchen past us empty. They offered "2 for 1" lobster tails, but the server didn't know how much they were... like you're not supposed to ask. He was super sweet and training, so at his first server job for only a couple of days, he didn't know that the above items were not right. Lobster tails were frozen/thawed and mushy. All in all, there are much better Brazilian Steakhouse options in the strip area, though you'll have to taxi/uber as they are off-strip.

    I came here because I had a Groupon. How exciting right? $90 for a (should-be) wonderful dinner at a Brazilian steak house right? Well I wish I could say it really knocked my socks off. It didn’t. It hardly even shook my socks. Some things vibrated my socks, but in the end, the socks. Stayed. On. I don’t want my socks to be on at a Brazilian steakhouse, I want to be melted and mesmerized by tantalizing flavors and blown away by expeditious, friendly, on-point service. Pampas just didn’t fulfill that! The whole night I pretty much felt like I was waiting for something big to happen, it never did! I’ll tell you what did happen, I got charged $7 for each bottle of spring water. Each bottle. Not a one-time charge even. Now lord knows I’m not a fine diner, hell, I’m hardly a diner. But $7 for each bottle is not right! Especially when it’s not listed on the menu! Anyways, looking past that, a birthday dinner between my girlfriend and I costed a little over $120 when everything was all said and done. I really think the value for what we got, service and all, was in the ball park of $70, maybe $80. And that’s pushing it. Next year I’ll have Korean barbecue. Maybe go to the palms buffet. I know I definitely won’t be coming back to the unorganized strip, and moreover, not this sneaky “steakhouse.”

    The entire experience was overshadowed by a scam they pull with bottled water that is left on the table. Without advising of the cost, the bottles will appear on your check at the end of the meal. I would not eat here again due to this tactic. I feel like this business cannot be trusted.

    Not that good. The meat was over or under cooked. The rice and black beans were very good. The hot bar looked tired and dated. They can spruce up the decor a bit an dtrain their staff to be more polished. It seems like this is a mass market, lower end version of Fogo. I really wanted to love this place, but they didn't deliver. Sad face.

    We really didn’t enjoy the food. We went because we had a coupon from our hotel. We were going to Tao but changed plans to go here because of the close location in comparison to Tao. Big mistake. Meats are small, tough, and hard to get. Salad bar had crappy mixed veggies. Basic salad. We have been to Brazilian steakhouses before. This didn’t compare to our previous experiences. Would not go back!
