Everyone was very nice, food was hot and delicious, and we felt well taken care of!
They were argumentative when trying not to honor a coupon given to us at Hilton Grand Vacations. They said it was a year old. After 10 minutes of arguing with us, they honored it.
We visited your restaurant in 2017 was very very pleased. We planned a trip to Vegas for our 40th anniversary I said I wanted to go to Pampas's for our anniversary dinner. I was so disappointed and embarrassed after bragging about how good this place was. it was very slow getting meat then we only had 5 meats come to our table. I sat for ten minutes with an empty plate when the same meats started coming around again i was so disgusted i did want it and was not full when i left there.
horrible food and service, dirty restaurant, nasty meat, i will never go again, we were ignored for a long time
Poor service crowded noisy food rushed sloppy thrown together long wait to get food repeatedly got the order wrong waitress kept forgetting she was our waitress horrible experience would never go back
We were seated right away when we arrived on a very busy Saturday night. Mindy was our server, and she was extremely busy and apologetic. They had run out of shrimp, salmon, and ribs and only had flan and chocolate mousse as desserts that were left!
We had a Groupon for two people for the surf and turf dinner with dessert and planned on purchasing 1 dinner at full price. Mindy had the manager come to our table as we were disappointed that they were out of the “surf” part of our Groupon. The manager also apologized and graciously comped the third dinner. Several of the meats were dry, well done and grizzly. The fillet mignon and bacon wrapped chicken was the best. The sides and salad bar ran out of plates, mashed potatoes and chicken noodle soup. The vegetables that should’ve been hot were lukewarm and the cold mixed pastas, vegetables and salads lacked flavor.
Way over priced. They couldn't keep up with clean plates. "Surf & Turf" was a joke with cold peel shrimp and clams and tough calamari... save the $10 and just get the meat. You'll still never eat $55 of meat before your stuffed.
On a positive note, table was ready when we arrived and drinks were reasonable.
Had a group of 7. Total with Tax/Tip was $620. no one was satisfied with the money vs. what they ate.
This was our second trip to Pampas. The food, as always, was fantastic. The location on the strip is extremely convenient. It is a little pricey and a bit crowded, which is kind of the idea, but overall a great addition to a weekend in Vegas! Check Groupon, this place gives some amazing deals!
The food was excellent and our server was great. Would come here again next time in Vegas
Way overpriced for the quality of food. The buffet was small the selection not great. The staff was friendly but the meat did not come round very often. After being seated for 1.5 hours, we had only had five cuts of meat and most of them too rare and unflavourful. No one asked us if we wanted a second round of drinks. The seafood was disgusting. The tables too close together.
The worst restaurant in Vegas
Had to wait 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Table we had was small and inconvenient. Food was disappointing...only steak and sausage was being served. Finally brought ham and chicken after we had paid out. Salad bar and sides had very little choices.
Pampas is the worse restaurant I've ever eaten at in my life. I should of known when a discount or some type of promotion is being offered that the food must suck. Always follow your heart ladies and gentlemen. The food is over priced for what you get. My husband had a ribeye steak that was $47 and the sides were a bunch of veggies and starches that tasted bland. I had the happy hour wings and fries that were decent, but I wanted to try the different Brazilian meats, but not for $65 dollars. Our waitress was all over the place. She probably had about 6 to 7 tables that she was attending to. Not her fault she only works for the company. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. I repeat you would do better at Denny's.
Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I have had. For the price point of $55 per person I would have hoped for a more solid offering for both the rodizio and the salad bar. Our server Pri was lovely, but that is pretty much where it ended. Well, the “gauchos” delivering the meat were friendly enough as well. I just feel for the price point there should definitely be better, higher quality items on offer across the board.
I was there for a hour and 20 min... I got three types of meat over the meat buffet.... super disappointing
20 min I asked the server to check on the other meats and they came over with the same meat I had previously ...
The manager did comp our meal that was the upside of our time there, will not be back to the location.
We really enjoyed our meal and the place was awesome.
we came for Valentine's day probably was a bad day for the first time going here but I like Brazilian steakhouses so we decided to come I said it was going to be 12 meats and there will be seafood we only got top sirloin and grilled Chicken all night they had nothing else to offer and they only came around to our table a handful of times
The service was very slow both with the server and the people who serve the meat. We made reservations, then had to stand in line. From arrival to leaving was three hours. The food, once we had some, was delicious.
We’ve done the Valentines special before and were a little disappointed with the plastic champagne glasses and dessert plate. Our lobster tail was cold. Food was delicious.
Our reservation was for 6:30. We showed up at 6:25 and waited till 6:42 to be seated. Once seated, we were asked if we wanted the special (bottle of champagne, lobster tails and chocolate cake with chocolate covered strawberries). Our server brought us the bottle of champagne and told us to help ourselves to the salad bar. We asked three times for our lobster tails. And didn’t receive them until 45 minutes after initially sitting down. We had the meat servers approach the table maybe 6-7 times. 3 times with steak, 2 with pork and twice with the sausages. We sat there with empty plates waiting for the meat. After making 2 trips to the salad bar. We even asked our server to please send the meat servers our way. The entire experience was absolutely disappointing. We had to flag down our server just for our dessert and check. As we were paying the two tables next to us (newly seated guests) received their lobster tails right away. Even before receiving their champagne. Ugh!!!! Never again!!! Please note we have been to other Brazilian grills and had the meat servers attend to us in rapid fire to the point we had heaping plates and had to stop meat service.
If you go don't, go with expectations of your reservation being on time. We went with a Groupon deal on Valentine's Day.
THe whole thing was very unorganized,
Our server was overwhelming busy, which meant she was not able to service her tables in a Satisfactory way.it was a holiday that is understandable, but we didn't even get service for more then 15 minutes. Then we just found a server and ask for water. Even though ours walked past us SEVERAL times.
Then they kept trying to bring us stuff we did not have in our package. We didn't want to be charged of course. But we shouldn't have to keep reminding everyone who works there of this. And finally we had to ask for our entree. Or we would never have gotten served. This was because of the confusion of the menu. And how it was all served up.
Food and service was awesome. Would recommend it to all our friends that go to Las Vegas
It took an hour to get a coke..it took another hour to get them to bring me chicken ..the server keeper forgetting about us...
We live in Georgia and are returning to Pampas to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We first came here after our wedding on Valentine's Day in 2009 and wanted to repeat the experience.
The Buffet has significantly improved and the main course along with the seafood was as delicious as before if not more so.
The waitress service, however, was quite slow and disappointing.
My husband and I both enjoyed our meals greatly and will return again when we can.
Food was very good, the environment was nice and comfortable and they were able to accommodate our large group on time with the reservation that we made.
Will return on our next visit to los Vegas.
Buffet was disgusting, dirty, there is only a few choise of meat. It is very poor for the price you pay. Do not go there!!!!
I have been to Pampas multiple times in the past and always had a great experience. This time was so different, and not in a good way. I had a TravelZoo voucher for two meals and a pitcher of sangria for $69. Our waiter was prompt in asking if we would like the sangria or bottle wine. We chose the sangria and it was great. Other than that, I would not come back to this restaurant. The salad buffet has a poor selection and was not fresh. We arrived at 7 pm and everything was empty or old, it wasn't refilled until around 8 pm. The staff carrying the meat around to tables seemed to rush us into putting more meat on our plates even though our indicator said that we weren't ready. When we said "no" it seemed like we were burdening them, and if we allowed them to cut the meat, we weren't able to eat it fast enough before they were offering us the same selection again. There were a few items that we saw but never were offered and the meat that we were offered was almost cold and very poor cuts. After picking at my food and drinking the sangria, we were ready to order dessert. Our waiter came to our table to ask us if we wanted our check and before I could even ask about dessert he was already leaving the table saying he would be back with our check. We paid and left. I am so disappointed in how much the quality of this restaurant has declined, one of my favorite places has turned into a place I most likely won't return to.
We have never had Bazilion food. Outstanding! We sampled a few different appetizers and a few main courses. Loved the different spices. Not to much kick. Perfect! Strongly recommend!
The food was abundant and fresh. The staff was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
Very disappointed sums up my experience. The service was good, as in the waiter was friendly. We were seated in the bar area, which may have been why we rarely saw a carver or any fresh meats. Most were cold and underdone that did manage to come by our table. Many other tables near us complained to management about the poor experience but I just wanted to get out of there. Would not recommend to anyone even with a coupon.
This was my second time dining at Pampas Las Vegas. I had better memories from the first time. Although the meats were tasty, many were on the overdone side. 3 of the 12 listed meats on the menu, we never even saw. As we were winding down, specifically asked for some MR Picanha. Eventually, we flagged down a waiter with the meat passing by, but it was at least MW.
Really good sides, the rodizzio was amazing.
Best place in Vegas excelente food, service we love it
They did not seem to put any value on our time. we had made a reservation and when we arrived just prior to our res. they had let in 2 large groups of 60 and 80 guest that were not expected hence our time was no longer available. We were told it would be an hour wait beyond our reservation time. They took our number and promised to call us...they did NOT call. We went back after an hour and they said "oh yes we are ready for you now"...what about the promise to call us???
While the food is good, don't expect your reservation with OpenTable to mean anything. Our reservation was for 7 PM, we arrived at 6:50 PM, and we didn't get to our table till 7:45 PM. And we didn't wait as long as others with reservations. The restaurant hosts large tour groups of 50+ and give them priority over individual guests with reservations. They had three tour groups go in WHILE my husband and I waited for our reservation. In addition, they don't give you a buzzer to let you know when your table is ready. Instead, you have to stand around near the doors next to the outside cold and wait to hear your name yelled over the noise.
They overbooked the restaurant. We waited an hour and a half past our reservation time. They ran out of buffet food, ran out of plates, the tri tip was tough. Very unorganized and just a horrible experience. Manager did comp our meal but that just didnt excuse what happened. I will never go back.
Always love going to this place. Food is great and service has always been good. Always go with a game plan for the meat but always get beaten anyways. Looking forward to going back.
I have eaten at several Brazilian restaurants, and in fact had an excellent experience at this one a year ago. However, on this occasion, the service was very poor. Everyone was very nice, and food was outstanding, but it did not make up for service. Usually at this type of place, there are at least six or eight guys walking around with different types of meat, and they visit your table frequently. I don’t know if they were understaffed, but there only seemed to be three guys working and they did not visit our table very often. We waited so long in the beginning that the waitress thought we were slowing down, and I told her we are not slowing down, we haven’t gotten anything yet. When they finally did come around they did not bring all of the meats listed. I never saw any, ham, filet, or ribs just to name a few. As far as the waitress, she was very nice, but did not follow through on things. For some examples: I asked for a spoon because the were out in the salad bar area. She went to get one but never came back until we asked three times. We were seated right by the front door, and it was stuck open. It was a very cold night and a cold draft coming in the door. I asked her if we could shut it and she said yes and said she would do it, but never did. When she saw we weren’t getting served , she brought a menu and said pick what you want and I will get it. She never did. She asked if I wanted a clean plate, and took my old one , but never brought a clean one. The only saving grace was that the food we did get was excellent. Will not return to this location.
The food was amazing, I would recommend going to experience this if you can. however our waiter was nonexistent, waited 20 mins for him to even say high or take our order and then we saw him again we we needed the check...15 mins later we finally get it and he asks us to tip him before charging our card!!! Excuse me? Very unprofessional. And it wasn’t just our table with issues, the couples next to us also complained about how bad he was. Talked with management they were apologetic. Overall I recommend this place. All the other waiter were present and making rounds more regularly.
