Everything was great! The service and the food exceeded our expectations.
Everyone was super nice from the beginingbthe waiter explained how the menu and the restaurant works very thoroughly. The food was so good the only thing is that I wish they had more chicken options. But other than that it was so much fun they really took care of us
Too crowded and noisy. Servers limited in ability to properly serve guests. Good very good
The skewered meats were overcooked. The salad bar was average and the food was mostly old and stale.
Good food, and absolutely fantastic service! Thank you so much, our bachelor party group of 13 loved the experience
We were visiting from out of town. We had heard that Pampas was amazing. We had reservations, they upheld the time frame for the reservation but our waitress was horrible. She was rude and in a rush. My friend was so mad and demanded me not to tip. We have all worked in the service industry so her attitude and demeanor was atrocious.
Short and sweet...salad bar was very disappointing for a Brazilian Steakhouse where there are usually countless options to tease your palate before stuffing yourself on meat. Very few items in total, although what was there was good. We experienced a few hiccups in service (wobbly table that our server wouldn't do anything about nor ask for help - we switched tables. We were offered the table directly next to us which was littered with food on the floor. When I asked for it to be cleaned first, we were told the floors only get cleaned at the end of the night! Needless to say that rule changed quickly). The meat selection was sparse but very tasty. On a brighter note, the manager was embarrassed and offered us a free dessert. Not rushing to return nor urge anyone else to go there either.
This place is located down an alley way within the shops/mall. Its inside just down a side walkway that's easy to miss. The food is incredible and interestingly presented. There is nothing I didn't like, the meat is delicious. So so good! I wish I would have taken more pictures.
The menu said $59 for the meal and was charged $75. Shrimp was not worth the extra $25 and didn't eat it.
My 1st visit was a week ago.
I was fascinated that is why I decided to go again today.
However we were seated towards the entrance of the restaurant and I dare to say we were neglected for a while with no one offering anything for a good 20 mins.
It was until the end where we made the problem noticeable and staff actually approached us with offerings.
Id probably give it 2 or 3 months until I actually decide to return and give the place another chance.
We have eaten there twice for lunch and enjoyed both times very much. My husband chose this restaurant for his birthday dinner (we are Las Vegas locals and he loves the variety on the salad bar as well as the meat offerings). We were right in the very middle of the restaurant at a very crowded table for two and were bumped continuously throughout our meal by servers and diners going to and from the salad bar. It was so very crowded and noisy that we couldn't even speak without having to shout. Would not recommend this restaurant for anything but a lunch as dinner is very chaotic and certainly not for a special occasion as there was nothing special about it.
FOOD WAS GOOD EXTRA FOR THE EXTRAS. WERE OLD AND DRY
I’m not a meat person so I would’ve been wasting money paying for that, however the wings really delicious. I went two days just for the wings. The service was excellent both days.
We try to eat here whenever we visit Vegas. The food is delicious, with an amazing salad bar!
The waitress spilled red sangria all over my friend’s brand new shirt, her jeans and her shoes. The manager said she would cover her meal but didn’t add any amount to cover her shoes, shirt, and jeans. Ridiculous.
Got sick with stomach issues all night for but 24 hrs
I am used to eating at Fogo and Texas de, so this Brazilian steakhouse was limited in meats that came by, selections, and service. Staff seemed to be fatigued and not care about your order. The waitress was upset that the meat servers would npt come by despite her requesting for us on top of us requesting three times! When the meat came, it was lower quality. You can even pick up a discount from the Marriott concierge desk next door, but I would not go even with the discount!
Salad bar very poor. Meat service non existing only twice in haft an hour. Meat was very rare and no other option when we complained. Very short staff with the bartender servicing several tables. Not to standard of other Brazilian restaurants. Skip this dump
Great meal and service!! Will recommend this place to my friends and family.
Not given an option for their $1 tap water per person, you pay whether you are drinking something else or not. Place is nice, hostesses are friendly and since we had a reservation, we were seated within 5 minutes of our reserved time. Salad bar has sufficient amount of items, a little crowded to get around it, but all diners were calm and we all got through this. The worse part of this dinner is that the young men bringing around the meats, there were only 3 of them, took forever to go around the dining room. and it took the customer flagging them down otherwise you would not get any of the meats. The food was prepared very well, we totally enjoyed the flavors but there was too much time between the meats offered. Our waitress Morgan, was very attentive, knowledgeable on menu items, and we had the shrimp, she made sure that our dish had plenty of shrimp, my tea glass was filled without my asking for it. Morgan was very courteous and friendly, not only with us but I could hear her addressing other customers. I give the restaurant a 5 star in everything but the meat service, Morgan is the reason I gave a 4, she saved the restaurant from getting a 3 star on service. Will we go back, probably not when there are other restaurants like this with better meat service.
It was my first time trying a Churrascaria. I head heard great things about them and the food was amazing. It was disappointing that they sat all the walk up patron before they honored our reservation.
Food and service was great. My girl friend did not like the sauce they put on the salmon, however the manager replaced her meal with a special steak he recommended. Very professional service.
When I checked in for our reservation the host told me our table was ready but it took 30 minutes to be seated I didn’t mind that but why did she say our table was ready, then when I asked if she can give me a time frame after waiting 20 minutes because I wanted to tell the group we were with how much longer it was going to be , because we had a large group & people kept walking away I just wanted to tell them ok guys 5 more minutes or what not, but when I asked the host again she would say your table is ready , it obviously wasn’t ready. Honesty & a having a wait time would have helped , also our party was 14people. They only gave us 1 drink menu for 14 people , and didn’t even pass the menus out they just left it at the edge of the table , I asked for a glass of wine and was told you don’t serve it by the glass only by the bottle ? They moved a stroller out of the way that a baby was sleeping in when there was room to put the stroller against a back wall , I saw the mom had to wake the poor baby, it was just unorganized & a mess
Awesome service we received for my 30th birthday celebration! Felt so special and the food was amazing! Will most definitely return on my next visit to Vegas!
We went here prior to a show at the V Theater, and really enjoyed the food and service.
I was expecting a better dining experience. Our waiter was good but the other staff members weren’t. There is a place called Texas de Brazil, at town square. Same price but much better.
We were there for the lunch buffet where there they bring you skweres of meat and cut some slices for you. They came to our table only 3-4 times in the two hours we spent there. Service was not good.
The food was good, not great. We loved the pork and the Parmesan filet, but the other meats were not what I’ve come to expect from a Brazilian restaurant - fatty and not the correct temperature. The salad bar was pretty standard, nothing special. It was pricey for mediocre food.
This was our second time there, the food was amazing and constant. The servers and waiters were very attentive. It is great for a date night or a special event. Buying the Groupon was and reserving the table early was a great idea. We will be back every time we are in Las Vegas.
The meats were great-there were 12 kinds, all very delicious and tender except the tritip. The seafood in the “surf and turf” package for $60 is average, so if I go back, I will order the Meat Ridizio package for $10 less. The drink packages are good value too if you are a drinker. The service was very good. The parade of meats eas literally continual. We never had to stop
eating to wait for the next one. I never touched the included salad bar as I wanted to fully enjoy the meats.
First time eating at Pampas. Overall it was a good experience. The food was great and the waitresses was very nice.
We always try to go to Pampas when we are in Las Vegas. Having a Groupon made it even better. Nice variety in the salad bar area.
Horrible service and food
Never ever
Did not start well.
Put on a remote table. Asked to move, and put in a side room!
Ignored by server for 20 minutes, and then told he was too busy to serve us!
Eventually order after nearly 30 minutes.
Food average!
Buffet salad limited & out of food.
Meats generally good, but limited availability, and undercooked on some (rushing to get it out)!
There were a handful of gauchos for this size restaurant.
If you want Brazilian steak/grill there are much better elsewhere with better service and range of food.
(Asked to see a manager and he Ignored us).
Our first foray into the Brazillian grill scene. Food was pretty good but the cramped space around the salad bar area made for a somewhat chaotic free-for-all. Staff was very pleasant but forgot to offer dessert as part of a meal package. Overall B+...lots of meat if you have a big appetite.
We had the best service by Marcus. He brought us our favorite meat straight from the bbq. He made our evening even better.
This is the second time that I visit Pampas and the food is great. I was celebrating my aunt's and cousin's birthday and the downside is that they do not sing happy birthday. Also, when I asked my server how much the desserts were he had said $4 each, so I chose three (3), Once I was ready to pay, I noticed each dessert was charge at $8 each. It was a bit disappointing and I asked him and he said that he hadn't said that. I ended paying everything but the fact that he just left it as if I was a liar, I didn't appreciate that.
Have dined there on several occasions and have never received anything less than amazing service. Unfortunately, this was not the case this meal. We were placed in one of the rooms and were abandoned for long periods of time by both the waitress and the meat servers. We had to chase people to get service for most of the visit and kept having to ask to get service. The food we actually received was great as usual, unfortunately we were up charged due to Easter (even though we had previously inquired if there was a special menu for the service) and were served half of the food the manager had spoken to us about. We were left without refills or food for extended periods of time. At one point we had not seen a waiter or meat server in over 50 minutes, at which time the waitress tried to sell us on dessert when we weren’t done with the meal. At that point we tried to ask for refills only to have her leave to help another table in the main room. At that point we were done with the experience and decided to speak with the manager. After speaking with the manager, our waitress decided to speak to us and complain to us that she was reprimanded for the service she provided, not acknowledging that we had only seen her 3-4 times during the 2 hour service, even though we had looked for her on several occasions. Ultimately the manager graciously discounted the meal based on the experience and invited us to come back to make up for the experience. We paid, we tipped well as the kitchen staff was not at fault for the service. Based on this experience I can’t recommend the restaurant to others. We enjoy visiting the restaurant, so I hope this kind of service isn’t the new norm.
Slow service, the buffet area was dirty and not well stocked and they charge $0.50 for water. Ridiculous. Save your money and go to Via Brasil in Summerlin. Better quality, better service, and better ambiance. Pampas is incredibly noisy and not well suited for a date night. We were disappointed and most likely won't be back.
The food was excellent and the service was exceptional
