Excellent food quality, great service, expensive prices but worth it once you taste the quality and see the quantity of food you receive, will be returning
Good for special occasion but expensive for a everyday meal.
We loved it! The only thing we didn't like was that we were not able to take home our leftovers.

Bathrooms were m/f combined and thats GROSS!!! No female wants to go into a bathroom after a man has had his post dinner dump!
Everything had to be ordered and brought to the table (covid-19) which meant alot of wasted food!
The whole experience is different due to COVID-19, prices very high for small portions that u did receive.
The “whole table” required rule is crappy! My hubby can eat and was hunger and I have a small stomach (wls) and can hardly eat but was willing to try for the experience (paid $50 for myself, ate less than a 4yr does not worth the price). It was our anniversary and we thought it would be special and great, its wasn't, our anniversary wasn't even acknowledged.

Unfortunately they can’t do the full Pampa experience right now. The food really suffers. Meet was very dry and it was a very disappointing meal. If they cannot meet the expectations of the Brazilian BBQ price and experience.

I was a slow night, only a few other customers in the restaurant. The service was great. It was my first time there and the staff was excellent at explaining the menu. The food was excellent, meats were cooked perfectly and side dishes were great.

Food was great, when ordering we ordered the full dinner experience which was expected that the food would continue to come as we finished. Our server looked at us dumbfounded and almost made us feel like us requesting more plates was an inconvienence. The food was very good, however our service was great. I do not think I will revisit again.

It was our first time at Pampa. The food was good, we left quite full, no doubt about that. We had two meals of the ten meats and 2 drinks each. Our bill came to nearly $160. Although it was good, I feel that it was overpriced for what you get. Plus they won't let you take home the food you don't eat, I understand if it was a bunch of extra stuff from the all you can eat, but we couldn't even finish our initial ten meats. Instead of it coming home for a nice snack later it went in the garbage. The manager agreed that it is a non-sense corporate policy. It was a nice date, but I just couldn't afford that other than maybe once a year and $160 buys a pretty amazing seafood meal, which they don't offer. Maybe one day I would go back but that's a big uncertainty.

The side dishes are well below what they should be for quality. A bite of meat at a time is so odd. Dining here is a strange experience, and I’d be surprised if people need to experience it more than once.

Excellent service, the 2 ladies working Friday Aug 14 at 6pm were outstanding!
The only suggestion is making the full participation food option more flexible! Not everybody can eat 10 cuts of meat (even when the food is so good) just a suggestion, maybe 1 price for all and not having options!

Even though there was only one waiter on the floor he did his best to keep on top of things very friendly. Due to the covid-19 you don't get the full experience that pompa offers but the food was still really good and their cheesecake was delicious!

I really miss the table plating but service was extraordinary. I was quite full by the end of the meat service. Some meats I didn’t fancy as much as others but definitely had some favourites.

I have nothing but good to say about my recent visit!! The food was good and was cooked to the level that we asked for. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and very attentive! Definitely can’t wait for the salad bar to open up again but all things considered right now, I still definitely enjoyed everything. And you have to try the digestive shot after, it’s so yummy!!

We have eaten at Pampa a few times In the past and have really enjoyed it. Def a punch in the wallet for us be we enjoy splurging every now and then. This time was a real disappointment. I understand that things are dif with covid etc but our waitress left a lot to be desired. Upon seating we were offered our appetizers. We chose salads. Then they brought a selection of meats around and our waitress was nowhere to be found. So once we finished our salads we literally had a plate of meat...... then they brought another few flavors of meat and as we had more just ‘meat’. No refills on drinks or anything.... Finally we asked someone to find our waitress. By this time the meat rounds were almost done and she finally came. We asked for some potatoes and rice. The rice was ‘fridge cold’ and again waitresss nowhere to be found. I could understand if she was busy but there was literally 4 tables in the whole restaurant at the time we were there. We asked for some more part pork and it was a solid 20+mins before that came and by then we were done everything else. I know routines are awkward during this time but I feel that this type of service was not acceptable. Our bill was over $200.... which I realize we chose to come there but when a person is spending that much we expect a proper level of quality and service which we def did NOT receive. We had a guest with us which was their first visit to Pampa and she was less than impressed. No offer for dessert or drinks after dinner or anything. It was a true disappointment.

We had been to Pampas before COVID and the service was amazing- the limitless meats kept coming back and we definitely got our monies worth.
With this recent dinner there the service was poor- we had The first drinks take approx 15 minutes to arrive and the second drinks forgotten (we were 1 of two tables there, both small tables).
The ‘limitless’ meat this trip was not limitless, we were never offered to try the selections for a second time and instead were just asked if we wanted the bill, making us feel as if it was not an option. Wasn’t worth the $50 per person and probably won’t go back after that unfortunately

Service is great and nice ambiance with lots of spacing. The challenge we had is the meat is limited to well done. This is fine with most but for beef - specifically the tenderloin this is difficult to understand. It’s good food and there’s lots to make sure you go home full but expect all the beef to be cooked well done and no real choice. It was a bit disappointing for us but for those that like well done it may be a great option. Salads were nice. A bit expensive but understandable based on the amount of meat you can get.

I went on a Saturday night and there was only one main server then the other 1-2 who brought the meat out. Extremely slow service, the meat seemed to rarely come around, definitely did not eat $54 worth of food. Server was friendly, knowledgeable and apologized for the slow service. Food was good.

Service was okay. At one point we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us.
The food was decent tasting but if you asked for more of something they would being it one piece at a time and it took at least 10 minutes to cook.
It felt like after we went through the list of meats they wanted us to leave even though they say its unlimited. They came to our table slowly after that and like I said they would bring back 1 piece of whatever you asked for, not a serving but a piece!
Sad to say but we won't be back.

Service was great! It was our anniversary and the staff was great food came out quick ! I’m 34 weeks pregnant so the cook was able to cook some of my meat a little darker which was great ! Got to bring home a little doggy bag since I didn’t finish my plate !

Great place. Clean environment, fresh food, and plenty of it. Due to the slow time I’m sure the staff wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying their experience, but we found it distracting being asked every 5 mins if everything was good. Price is steep especially for kids that would never eat as much as an adult and not having the choice of half the menu for kids no matter what day it is is a little disappointing. Overall we liked the food. Great for adults not so much for kids (6-11). We would go back!
As always a great place to eat. Was a little disappointed this visit as only certain cuts where offered throughout our meal.
