The meat cuts used to be better. This time the meat cuts were not as good as they used to be in my previous two visits. The price is too expensive even after using the prepaid cards. It is expensive is pay over $140 for two people without any drinks.

Amazing first experience! Food was great, service was great, we were taken right to our table as soon as we walked in. Our server was at our table right after we took our coats off. There was not an empty table in the restaurant and we never had to wait for anything.
Pro tips from a newbie:
1) Don’t load up your plate at the salad bar first as there are so many great options it’s hard not to, because once they come around with the meat you will get full quick! Bring an extra empty plate to the table.
2)ask your server to go over all the meats they have so you can make sure you get a chance to try the ones you want to before you get to full.
3)order the Licor 43 shot after your meal! It helps you digest your food, tastes great and they pour it into the shot glass while standing on a chair! Worth it!

Excellent service, great food, beautiful restaurant. It was a little loud for quiet conversation so just go expecting a livelier, yet still romantic atmosphere. Overall a really wonderful experience and looking forward to returning.

Our first time at this restaurant, we loved our waitress Karen, she was very knowledgeable, patient, an expert at what we would expect, letting us know to pace ourselves. Once we got our plate with a few things from the salad bar the meat started coming fast, that was a bit overwhelming as there were many kinds to taste.
Overall we enjoyed the experience and will come back again.
The pricing for this experience is a bit high for what you can eat. You get full pretty quickly with all the meats to sample.

The atmosphere is fantastic: beautiful, colourful, festive, intimate and social all at once. The music really added to the ambience. Well done!
The service was very respectful, attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable.
The meat was plentiful, and delicious.
The salad bar look beautiful; AND that is where I think there could be a bit of improvement. I cant comment on the green salad part, as I focussed mainly on the other end. This part really looked beautiful, as previously stated; however, several of the dishes were less than what I expected. Usually it was a lack of flavour; also, the texture of the beef in the pasta dish was a bit chewy and flavourless; the lobster in the risotto tasted "fishy" -- overall, it felt like there wasn't always the attention to detail that I expected from such a place. The Brazilian cheese breads were delightful, I wouldn't change that. I loved the little butter flowerets. The quinoa salad was the one stand-out taste sensation among all those salads. The olives were nice, too, and some of the other single pickled items, like the beets.
But all of this would have been less an issue if there had been a few fresh fruits. That was the single most notable issue for us. Some sliced pineapple and melon would have gone a long way for us.
Also, I didn't see anything about the grilled pineapple, which I've heard is amazing -- is that only available sometimes, or when you buy the seasonal specials?

Some meats were dry and dessert was not good. We had a chocolate tart with a meringue cookie and it tasted freezer burned (likely the tart shell). The lamb, steaks, seafood risotto, grilled pineapple, and cheese balls made it worth it though.

We ate there for Valentine’s day. At first server said they will serve 16 varieties of grilled meat. But he counted pineapple and shrimp. Fruit meat maybe? If we didnt ask they will not serve the ribeye. Cost-cutting? We paid 80$/person for chrissake! Didnt got the server’s name but we were 3 people reserved at 9pm for Kae. The grill cooks were nice anyway. Alex and the other Filipino guy, forgot his name. The risotto in the buffet was undercooked. One lady approached me and said it was al dente. I didnt tell her but the three of us have been working in the kitchen as chefs for 8-10years and we know al dente risotto. I couldve accepted if she just admitted and apologized but she didnt. As for salad bar it was basic, the compounds you can’t barely see where the meats are. When we’re almost done we saw server getting food from the buffet too. Not sure if that’s your policy. Dessert wasnt good. Meringue if hard and the tart is too strong. After paying i asked for water and it never came. For 80$ it is so not worth it! Never coming back and will never recommend to anyone.

Was a great evening out. I wouldn’t say this restaurant would be a weekly thing based of the prices. But every thing was so good. It was worth it.

Lunch menu had 6 meats - ok. But there were NO WARM CARBS of any kind! No warm rice, no potatoes!? I took my friend there (his first time) and was a bit embarrassed.

We went during Valentine's Day week, so it was busy but the service was great. Allisha was super helpful and her service was amazing. We let her know which meats had been coming to our table, and she ensured the ones we didn't try came by soon after. The food was mostly good; there were a few pieces of beef that were slightly dry and too chewy, but the rump and ribeye were our favourites. The salad bar was very interesting, as there were items that we've never tried before. In terms of value, we might not return because of the cost. We were interested in dessert, but it was another $10+. We would recommend coming here to try it out for a special occasion, but not on a regular basis.

At first, and I'll start off by I'm a picky eater. Meat and potatoes kinda guy. Never eat salads myself. Wife does. But let's be honest I head about the service and the meats selection and that's what I went for. ..

However, I was quite impressed with the Salad Bar! There's a little of everything there. My wife said the Salad bar was great. I only had the hot mashed potatoes made with coconut milk or coconut butter. And at first I was thinking I'd like the coconut milk potatoes a little. I'll just splurge on meats. They were actually really good. I picked at a few of the other side's. Not much into the cold salads but that's just me.


And now bring on the Meats!!! My God! Their was probably 11/12 meats to choose from. We also went on Valentine's Day. Which had an optional prawns added to the list. Holy Jesus. The Parmesan Garlic Pork. Ribeye steak. Bacon wrapped chicken breast. Maple Ham. I could go on but after those four major meats... The rest don't even need the introduction! It was incredible! Absolutely awesome.

The service was excellent. Excellent! Our waitress was phenomenal. The meat servers were constantly at the table. And I just kept on going till I couldn't go no more. The drinks, the list is near endless of Brazilian beer choice. Cocktails. Regular Pepsi or Brazilian sodas. Fresh juice. It's all great. It was my first time there and it won't be my last! Overall, I highly recommend this establishment!

Food was great- we sampled 13/14 meats. Lots of selection in the salad bar, including good gluten free options. We dinned on Wednesday which is half price any bottle of wine. Overall a good experience.

Our main server was excellent. It was expensive for 2 people, $170 w tip. Wine was expensive $18 for a 9oz glass. The meat was good, but we found we had to ask a few times for some meats to come around as we didn’t get the whole selection. Our table was off to the side, and it seemed the meat servers missed us at times.

Our server was great! She knows her job well esp. in customer service and product knowledge. The food particularly the meats were great. My only disappointment was when the "Passadores" grabbed the tong from our table and gives it to another table without asking. This happened twice! I would have not mind it at all if he asked first since the guest on that seat had not arrived yet.

Our server Ms Ashleene was great.that is the main reason we liked more than the food.there were 2 kids below 3 years old and they charged for 1 kid which made me little upset but still i love to go back

Overall it was a nice place to go to eat and have a drink with friends. They were awesome in accommodating us as we had a table for 5 and the 5th person cancelled us. Service was good and the server was friendly and very personable. The drink menu was different and we had to send back a couple drinks as they had a different twist on the classic of that drink. Had we known that the original was available then there would have been no issue. As for the food, they had 10 meats consistently roaming around and said they had 4 specialty meats. Getting the specialty meats was difficult as i had asked a number of people to bring that meat to me and took quite a while. The music seemed like it was to be loud as to drown out other guests conversations but became difficult after a bit to talk to one another as it was just too loud.

I would come here again as we did enjoy our night.

I personally found the amount of meat coming at our table and around our table very overwhelming, just didn’t know what to expect. Way over priced in my opinion unless you can eat copious amounts of meat, interesting experience, just not for me.

Fantastic meats, very ample and fresh salad bar with several hot options as well. Service was outstanding even on a busy evening. A great and delicious dining experience. Good value for the dollar. We will definitely be back.

Overall, the food and service were good and selection was great. They came around with a lot of different meat cuts. Where it falls down though is on price and value for your dollar. With 1 cocktail and 1 pop, the bill for 2 was $150 after tax and tip. You have to eat A LOT of food to justify that price. The server had asked if we were celebrating anything and I mentioned it was my husband's 40th birthday. At the end of the meal, they brought him a plate of... garnish with a candle stuck to the plate - huh??!! I kid you not, there was no piece of cake (not even a sliver!), just a couple of berries, some mint and a little blob of whipped cream on the plate with a candle and a happy birthday message written in chocolate. Like why bother? Our whole table laughed at the absurdity of this. After spending $150 for 2, you would think they could sacrifice a dessert, or heck, even half of one... a cookie, anything? Nope. Anyways, for ambience, quality and selection I have high stars but for value, we'd probably go to the Keg next time.

It was not what we expected. It was prime time dinner hours and they only came around with 1 kind of chicken (drumstick), 2 types of sausage and a Parmesan pork and 3-4 types of beef, also one type of lamb. Not quite the variety we were expecting. They say you can request well done but when you do they just cut from a different area of the meat and that isn’t the case. The salad bar was also disappointing, they didn’t have a great selection.
The drinks we ordered were very disappointing. I had to return one and didn’t even drink the next one.
The waiter was very good. Excellent service.
The atmosphere was also very nice.
Total bill (not including gratuity) was $150 for 2 meals, 2 drinks and a shared dessert.

For 133.00$. For two people and two drinks way way over priced. Bad cuts of meat. Went to the keg nite before had 8z steak two lobster tails for two of us. I had three beer wife had two drinks calamari bread for 120.00$ and walked out full. Me and my wife maybe 4oz of meat and a salad and a drink each for 133.00$ way to over priced

My husband and I were very disappointed with the taste and quality of the meat. They gave us the meat portion off of our bill but still ended costing $40 each for the salad bar. Which was 2 tiny rolls and a few potatoes and mushrooms. We both ended up leaving the restaurant still hungry. Not wasting my money on this place again.

While the food was great and service was quick I couldn't help but repeat myself multiple times to the person sitting directly across from me. The music was ok if it had been a tad bit quieter and less obnoxious to tell you that you are in a Brazilian steak house. Having our server come to use to take away any extra food on our plates was a godsend as I lost track on the different types of meats.

We had heard great things about Pampa so we went for my birthday. The service was fantastic but the food was raw or over cooked. Terrible cuts of meat. We were offered 2 types of sausage which were overdone, rump steak, bacon wrapped dark chicken meat, teriyaki beef - complete rare all I tasted was blood, chicken drums & ribeye. No seafood or lamb. I was expecting better cuts & some white meat and finer cuts of beef. The price $50 per person I expect to go home full. I had mostly salad. Our dinner was $450+. We had a party of 6 so I say it was not worth the money. I have heard that this could be a location problem as the downtown was a much better experience with better quality meats. Completely disappointed.

Its definitely more expensive than it should be for the quality . But it's more the experience you go for. The food is good, not everything is good. I wish there was more variety of sides, and a desert bar - then maybe the value would match the price.

While I have heard some good things about Pampa, I was not really impressed. For 55.00/person I expected the food quality would be much higher. The salad bar was nice, however the meats served were for the most part were just ok, or not good. The lamb was dry and lacked flavour, the chicken parmesan was dry, the beef chimichirri was flavourless, the chicken wrapped bacon was dry to the point of being inedible, in fact out of the 12 meats tasted the only standouts were the maple ham and the chicken leg.

The one thing we missed was the roasted cinnamon pineapple!! That should be always part of the dining experience, not just at extra cost!
