The service took a very long time, even for the appetizers. Some of the people in our group had very small portions, told the chicken was dry. The view is great for ambiance, they were not working the reservation system from OpenTable which is why they were caught off guard with a couple of large groups back to back.

We had been getting many large group reservations that we could not confirm or would not show up. Our reservation request included outside dining. Upon arrival it seemed our seating was given to another group who had not requested specifically outside seating. Our hostess quickly rearranged tables to seat our party of 7. We were extremely thankful and the evening just got better from there. We stayed for 3 hours, food drinks service all fabulous! Can’t wait to go again! My husband will love it!

Always love going to Pamela's. She's very personable and stops by at every tabele. Food was great and Brian our server was funtastic! Thank you for a wonderful Easter brunch!

First time there. A few of the menu items were sold out by 730pm. It took 90 minutes to finally get our food. The chicken and rice was very dry. Even the coffee was cold. Service was very slow.

Ate on valentines day. Not crowded when we started, but filled up by the time we left. Nice music with familiar songs. Friendly service. No rush felt.
