Service was appalling. We were seated and asked if we wanted to order drinks while waiting for the rest of our party, I stated they were just walking in the door, server said no problem I will be back in a minute then. Had to chase after waiting more than half an hour to order even so much as a drink. Server came to take drinks order and rushed away before we could ask to order food. Had we waited for our drinks we would have been minimum 45 mins before we could even order food had it not been for another member of staff overhearing us and offering to take out me order. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time

I know it was a warm sunny day and everyone was asking for an outside table but i had booked my table the night before and was hoping to spend more time but felt a sense of a slight rush to see me away to enable a table to become available. It's not my issue that people haven't planned ahead and pre booked. Howeverr everyone was friendly enough and the meal was nice. Good to sit out and have a meal and drink . Thanks

Actually quite shocked how far the establishment has fallen, it's my childrens favourite restraunt but sadly I don't think I'll ever be back, We were seated right at the front door next to the bar, We were cold! Asked for a more suitable table told no We had guests of a wedding coming into the bar drunk, cursing and hanging around our table while we try to eat, Again spoke with members of staff who shrugged shoulders Waitress attitude was ridiculous I'll quote "what you wanting food wise" I'm not a critique but really? Food was good and the young male waiter at the end was great although when I asked the waitress for his name to tip him was told no! Toilets were littered with class A drug users which really startled me, not one member of staff interested! I was actually debating whether or not to just leave when I stumbled upon it with my 6 year old son but as it was his birthday I didn't want to ruin his day as he picked your restraunt (the horsey place) It's actually really sad you have such a beautiful establishment which has really improved the area but sadly going down the pan! There's several really nice restaurants within Renfrewshire alone and I certainly wouldn't have been the only one to have been appalled on Sunday evenings experience!

Service great as always. Disappointed to be told on seating that family hour wasn’t available. I had checked Facebook prior to booking and your website but it didn’t say family hour wasn’t on. The booking confirmation didn’t even say so that was disappointing. Spag bol pasta was totally over cooked. Like mush. The Penne Crema was excellent.

I absolutely love Ingliston but on this occasion I was very disappointed. The restaurant was fairly busy however the wait for food was unreasonable. I item was missing from our order and our server advised it had been forgotten but would sort it. 15 minutes later the missing item arrived which was too late as we'd almost finished the meal. Server advised item would be removed from the bill. It wasn't. A 15 minute wait to pay our bill as numerous members of staff walked straight past out table. Very disappointed as the service is usually exceptional.
