I must admit that the food was very overpriced, especially compared to your competitors. Apart from that I would say 10/10 for everything else, and having put Gregor in charge is a massive add on because he makes the difference and nobody looks after both customers and colleagues in the way he does. I can't wait to come back and hopefully staying in the hotel for a wee overnight.

The restaurant was a bit cold to sit in, however we got served quite quickly. I had steak pie and found it quite difficult to eat as the pastry was difficult to cut through. What was shocking though was the tray bakes that I purchased to take home, I think £4.95 per slice is a bit steep.

The service was excellent, with very attentive pleasant staff. The menu has changed since we were last there although the old favourites such as fish & chips and Penne Palamino were available. Our only negative was that the drinks were very expensive. £9 for a large glass of wine, and £12 for a cocktail. We noticed there have been decorative changes which are lovely

We have been to Palominos several times over the years and unfortunately every time we go the service is appalling. We had to wait 35 minutes for our starter and it appears they cannot cope when there is another function on at the same time.

My son and I went to Palminos Restaurant for dinner as a celebration for me and my sons birthday. We both enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere and service was excellent. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.
