   What an awesome amazing restaurant, the best meal of the Easter weekend in Edinburgh, the best of the year in fact, the best in quite some time! The service and atmosphere are excellent!! The nachos are sublime and you must try Whipped Feta Tostada, they are quite literally delicious: a life experience in themselves!! Although we are not local we will be back later this year to try more dishes..!!!

   Tacos were great - everything gluten free and vegan/DF options. Cocktails were a bit slow towards the end of dinner, but worth the wait - we recommend the Tamarind Sour! Would definitely go back, really good value for money and relaxed atmosphere.

   Overall all four of us were disappointed with the experience. (2 adults and 2 teens) The portions were quite small, albeit the food is rather good. The room is really noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation, which I appreciate is probably not easy to remedy - but still part of the experience. Service was good and the staff pleasant. The bill came rather high for the quantity of food we had, especially when compared to, say, Wahaca.

   My daughters 20th Birthday! The service was fabulous, efficient yet not pushy or rushed. So friendly and accommodating. Food absolutely delicious and fresh! Will definitely return!

   "Paloma: More Mexico, Please!" Paloma offers a pleasant dining experience with good food, but it does not offer an authentic Mexican gastronomic experience. The food, while good, lacks the rich spices and strong flavors that one would expect of Mexican food. They were a bit bland to my taste. The portion size, advertised as two was more suitable for a single person. The ambiance of the restaurant is similar to the food – nice but boring. The decor is sterile and lacks the vibrant colors and festive atmosphere characteristic of Mexico. A pop of color is in desperate need. To truly bring Mexico alive, Paloma may consider: * Adding a vibrant mural of traditional Mexican symbols. * Incorporating colorful designs on the backs of chairs or with bright pillows. * Adding more of real Mexican spices and introducing new dishes. With a few adjustments, Paloma could be a well remembered Mexican restaurant.

   Great food and cocktails, relatively quick service, recommend you visit for a unique experience of quality food and drink. Staff are friendly.
