Had the best night at Paloma for my birthday! Staff were so kind and helpful, made me and my guests feel so special. Food and drinks were outstanding!! Will definitely be back.

Delicious food and cocktail, great service and a lovely location. Will be back! The tamarind sour with the pineapple foam was exceptional.

Been a few times now and love this place. Delicious food, especially the whipped feta tostadas, beef barbacoa tacos and the street corn. Lovely service from the team and the cocktails are some of the best I've had.

What an awesome amazing restaurant, the best meal of the Easter weekend in Edinburgh, the best of the year in fact, the best in quite some time! The service and atmosphere are excellent!! The nachos are sublime and you must try Whipped Feta Tostada, they are quite literally delicious: a life experience in themselves!! Although we are not local we will be back later this year to try more dishes..!!!
