   Quite disappointed with my first experience. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the ambience was not bad, the hockey game was on and the dj was good. As for the service, it took over almost an hour and a half to get just the appetizer. Also, I specifically wrote in my reservation that it was a for a birthday and even told the waitress if we can get a piece of cake. When it arrived, there was no celebration made for it even when there were many other tables that got (sparkler). Also for the dessert that came with the set menu, we got one piece to share between four people when each person should have got there own.

   C était bien dans l’ensemble, la nourriture était trop bonne, les cocktails aussi délicieux. Mais le service était lent et la musique trop forte. Je reviendrai for sure.

   i go to palma often, and last time i was so disappointed cause ive never had this kind of service.

   Andrea was an awesome server ! We went for the table hotel special for 44$ . When they didn’t have the option we requested they would just put another option on our table without even informing us that they ran out .They never updated the server so she was just as confused as us ! The filet mignon was so dry zero taste , vegetables no salt or flavour . Fries weren’t fried properly , it seemed they just didn’t care to make the food good ! Place is pretty , music is great just devastated on the food and service from the other people bringing our food .

   This was a hidden treasure. Best service and food I have ever had and I am a foodie! Every staff made me feel valued and seen, and the food was beyond delicious.

   Une vraie déception. On avait réservé une table, mais en arrivant, l’hôtesse nous installe à une table… qui était déjà occupée (les clients étaient juste partis aux toilettes !). Le manager vient ensuite nous déplacer ailleurs, en s’excusant avec un verre offert – geste apprécié mais ça commençait déjà mal. On commande une entrée et un plat : l’entrée arrive vite et franchement, elle était très bonne. Mais ensuite, plus rien. On a dû rappeler la serveuse au bout d’un long moment, apparemment elle avait oublié de lancer notre plat… Résultat : 45 minutes d’attente, pour un plat pas bon du tout. Je n’ai même pas pu le finir. On tente quand même les desserts : celui de mon amie était encore congelé, dur comme une pierre, et le mien avait carrément un poil dedans. Vraiment pas acceptable. Service désorganisé, plats inégaux, hygiène douteuse… Franchement, je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant.

   Food from la Table d'hôte was fine but nothing special. Service was very long, start to finish took 4h from appetizer to dessert, which should usually have taken around 2h. Our waitress was sweet but could have been more present.
