   Every time we have a meal at Palma Kitchen + Tap, it is outstanding. The service is fantastic. The food is delicious. The surroundings are beautiful.

   Absolutely terrible experience. We keep trying to like this restaurant because the views are beautiful but each time we go the service is terrible, it’s poorly managed, food is inconsistent. We tried today for Mother’s Day brunch. It was a total disaster. From checking in at the host stand, they wanted to shove our party of 6 aside in their banquet hall/ other restaurant…we refused and should’ve just left and went somewhere else. But when I asked for a different table a (very snotty) hostess asked if we’d like to talk to a manager. The manager showed us a table outside (we wanted inside, it was 100 degrees and I had my 70 year old in laws in town). Then they showed us to a corner table in the bar. The bartender came to our table a total of 3 times during the 1.5 hours we were there. We sat without water for the last 30 minutes. Now to the food: it was atrocious. Everything was lukewarm and soaking in liquid. None of the ingredients looked good/ fresh. The kids buffet was a joke. Soggy corn dogs and soggy waffle fries. Ham and cheese sliders that had zero flavor. The only thing my kids ate was salad and fruit. They ran out of prime rib and we had to wait 45 minutes for a new one (we had finished eating by then). We will not be back anytime soon. This is the third terrible experience in a row. We are so bummed.

   We went there for the Easter Brunch and it was wonderful so we wondered how they could duplicate it---well they did, Again, we sat on the patio, looking out over the golf course and had yet another, wonderful experience. We had the same server, Dillon, that we had for Easter and his service and personality were just as good. It is clear that he wants to do his job well. We are surprised that serving so many, the quality of the food stays so high.

   Beautiful outdoor dining area. Service was slow and forgetful We asked several times for a drink menu. Couldn't find anyone to track down salt/ pepper/ hot sauce. Gratuity was added automatically on a 2 top??? Is that common for this restaurant? Aside from all that, the food was great abs my wife enjoyed the experience for mothers day.

   Buffet style was chaotic and food tables were messy. VERY busy - too many people all trying to get food at the same time (didn't flow well). Had to wait for plates, when they did arrive, had to sort through the dirty ones. Normally love this restaurant and have been here a handful of times. This is the last time we will come for buffet style. We will be back for regular table service.

   Food and service was good for the Mother's Day Brunch Buffet. Nice selections and Alex our waiter was very attentive to our needs. I have one complaint in that it being a brunch buffet I believed that a required 20% tip for three people was a bit exorbitant. Alex was very good in keeping tabs on our needs, but without having to take orders and deliver food, a waiter's task is limited. I can understand a required tip amount with a large party but for 3 that should not have been added. I still would have tipped well, but not 20%. Palma should review this procedure for usage and for the percentage charged.

   We live in Encanterra but haven’t been to the brunch in several years. I heard the Easter Brunch was quite good and booked Mother’s Day several weeks ago. I mistakenly booked for outside seating , not realizing how temps would change. They graciously changed our table to a very shaded area, with a fan overhead. The food was fresh and plentiful. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Overall a great experience!!!

   Wow, what great experience. One of the BEST Mother's day buffets I've experienced in since moving to AZ in 2015. Our server Lance was not only spot on with filling our beverages and clearing our plates, but his attitude makes us want to go back again. If you are in the Queen Creek area, I highly recommend their buffet. You won't be disappointed.
