   Another great meal at Palma. Two of us had the Grilled Scallops special and it was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, large scallops with couscous and vegetables. I hope this comes back to the menu again and again. Our server Emily was attentive and pleasant.

   Our dinner on April 13th was wonderful from food to server. With that being said our dinner the previous week before going to bingo was not. I got the salmon and it was cold and slimy in places and when I told our server she said I’ll tell the cook and that was it. No sorry I will make it better, nothing. When paying our bill she never apologized or said the cook was informed. Very disappointed in that meal and experience.

   Sat inside for pasta night. Food was good and portion was plenty. Indoors is quite loud and vibrant. Lily the hostess was lovely and helpful and our server, Karen, was outstanding.

   My parents love eating in the restaurant as I have as well. I thought that the Mother's Day brunch would be good for them. The buffet was not worth 30$ let alone 65$. I had to ask the staff to replace each thing when it was out (multiple times). No one was paying attention. Groups of teenagers standing around talking. Polite but not interested. Hashbrowns were tater tots smashed. The salad was terrible. No tomatoes. Had to ask for tomatoes at the omelet station. Food been sitting out, not refreshed. I had salad with croutons and dressing. Ice cream machine went out, no chocolate, no swirl, and only then vanilla that was partially melted. Kids table advertised was non-existent. Nothing there left and never replaced. Updating my response! Cornelius at Palma Kitchen was very responsive to review; polite and considerate. Good business to listen to their customers. Much appreciated!

   Every time we have a meal at Palma Kitchen + Tap, it is outstanding. The service is fantastic. The food is delicious. The surroundings are beautiful.

   Absolutely terrible experience. We keep trying to like this restaurant because the views are beautiful but each time we go the service is terrible, it’s poorly managed, food is inconsistent. We tried today for Mother’s Day brunch. It was a total disaster. From checking in at the host stand, they wanted to shove our party of 6 aside in their banquet hall/ other restaurant…we refused and should’ve just left and went somewhere else. But when I asked for a different table a (very snotty) hostess asked if we’d like to talk to a manager. The manager showed us a table outside (we wanted inside, it was 100 degrees and I had my 70 year old in laws in town). Then they showed us to a corner table in the bar. The bartender came to our table a total of 3 times during the 1.5 hours we were there. We sat without water for the last 30 minutes. Now to the food: it was atrocious. Everything was lukewarm and soaking in liquid. None of the ingredients looked good/ fresh. The kids buffet was a joke. Soggy corn dogs and soggy waffle fries. Ham and cheese sliders that had zero flavor. The only thing my kids ate was salad and fruit. They ran out of prime rib and we had to wait 45 minutes for a new one (we had finished eating by then). We will not be back anytime soon. This is the third terrible experience in a row. We are so bummed.

   We went there for the Easter Brunch and it was wonderful so we wondered how they could duplicate it---well they did, Again, we sat on the patio, looking out over the golf course and had yet another, wonderful experience. We had the same server, Dillon, that we had for Easter and his service and personality were just as good. It is clear that he wants to do his job well. We are surprised that serving so many, the quality of the food stays so high.

   Beautiful outdoor dining area. Service was slow and forgetful We asked several times for a drink menu. Couldn't find anyone to track down salt/ pepper/ hot sauce. Gratuity was added automatically on a 2 top??? Is that common for this restaurant? Aside from all that, the food was great abs my wife enjoyed the experience for mothers day.

    Buffet style was chaotic and food tables were messy. VERY busy - too many people all trying to get food at the same time (didn't flow well). Had to wait for plates, when they did arrive, had to sort through the dirty ones. Normally love this restaurant and have been here a handful of times. This is the last time we will come for buffet style. We will be back for regular table service.
