   Service was awesome! Kind and considerate from the moment we checked in till we ended our meal to attend a play at The Colony Theater. I’d give the service a ten star review if I could, Had great cocktails before our wedge was served while the Paella was being prepared. Wedge was great with really good blue cheese dressing. Paella was good but bland for our taste. No spice and we asked for Tabasco sauce which was delivered within seconds in individual cute little bottles. We used both on our rice but still needed something to spice it up. wouldn’t complain because everything else was perfect. I’d ask the chef who prepared the Paella to cook the rice more and add spices. A few more shrimp too. Four shrimp total on a huge pan of rice. For the price it seemed skimpy on the shrimp and octopus heavy. Next time I’ll order the filet mignon. But it’s very hard to find a beautiful restaurant with such great service I’m ignoring the chef needing to learn to make a Paella. Michael the waiter you made a mushy shrimp lacking dinner five star meal because you were so nice.!

   Impeccable service from start to finish. Excellent cocktails: hibiscus sour, canary and spicy guava margarita. Fabulous food: seafood crudo, grilled Mediterranean branzino, Chilean sea bass, Ora king salmon, truffle risotto, asparagus, pistachio gelato and Italian beignets, espresso and cappuccino. Wonderful ambiance. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

   Great experience from beginning to end. Food was really good we had Wagyu hanger, yellow beets salad, mushroom parpadelle and Tuna tartare. Presentation, taste and portion are on point. Shout out to our server VICTORIA she was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Ambience is superb, location is prime with free parking. Will definitely comeback to try the other items on their menu. 5 sat for you Palma.*****

   From the moment I stepped into Palma, I could tell it was going to be something special. The place has this cozy, effortless charm that makes you feel like you’ve just stumbled into someone’s beautifully lit secret. But let’s talk about the food—absolutely incredible. Every dish that hit the table was a total showstopper. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, the seafood was tender and flavorful, and the sauces tied everything together like magic. Even the cocktails were next level—balanced, smooth, and honestly kind of addictive. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what it’s doing. And the service? Honestly, it just made everything that much better. Everyone was warm and attentive without hovering, which I really appreciate. Mellisa, in particular, was amazing—she has this calm, confident energy and made us feel completely taken care of. She didn’t miss a beat and somehow made the whole night feel extra special without trying too hard. Between the food, the drinks, and the genuinely lovely vibe, Palma delivered in every way.    Made a reservation based off their own availability and when I arrived, they said the kitchen had closed almost an hour ago. They only notified me via text one minute before my reservation. A manager took my name and phone number down, but no one has reached out to me yet
