   Wouldn't visit again even though we're staying in the hotel on a package. All mediocre in terms of food offering, service and ambience.

   The food was ok, but the service horrible! Took one hour and a half to get the appetizers! The waiter was fortunately very nice. But he was the only one. We will not go back there

   Palm Terrace is a fabulous place to celebrate a special occasion, for a romantic dinner or to simply treat yourself. Alison, Renee and staff were very solicitous. The food was exquisite. My husband and I each had grilled lobster tails. The sides were delicious- rice noodles and broccoli, spicy fried rice and stir fried vegetables. We had a bottle of Sancerre and cocktails. Both excellent. The setting/ambience is unmatched. Listening to the waves with a cool breeze and a vocalist singing our favorite 70’s songs. We have traveled the world, dine at Michelin restaurants, and this was one of our top 10 dinners. Very special.

   Palm Terrace is a wonderful venue for a romantic dinner. It was especially great for a Valentine’s Day. Greeted with a glass of champagne and rose for my wife.

   Great VDay ambiance and complimentary roses for our wives, flower wall for photos and table overlooking the ocean.

   Wonderful dinner! We had their red pepper pesto linguine with grilled shrimps and lobster linguine. The restaurant has a Josper oven, everything that they grill is just wonderful!

    Talk about ambience. The view from the Palm Terrace restaurant is like none other, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Entertainment was perfect with the tantalizing steel pan rhythms. I gotta mention the lychee martini which is my go to drink. It was perfectly mixed and unlike some I’ve had was perfectly sweet with the right amount of liquor. The buffet was all that was promised on the excellently curated Independence menu. Golden Apple and ginger juice on point, fish cakes to die for, pudding and pickled SeaCat! I had to get seconds, light dumplings. Chef Fabian outdid himself today. My guests loved the food fare. Service matched the meal too. Alison and Renee took care of my group and went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed. The manager was attentive to the guests and checked in often. This added an extra touch to the experience. This was my first Palm Terrace experience and I assure you that it won’t be my last.
