Friendly staff, tasty food and bustling atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and will be back.

Visited The Palm on mothers day. OMG! I really enjoyed myself. The place looked stunning, food was delicious, atmosphere was nice, staff was polite and lovely as well. Just can't point any fault. My family and myself really had a good time. I will definitely visit again.

I would have given this zero across the board if i could. Absolutely abmisal. Table not ready on time due to too many bookings and not enough staff. 20 minutes wait between being seated and drink order. Another 20 minute wait to order food. Starter turned up 30 minutes later. Waited another 30 minutes, plates still not cleared. Table next to us had been there an hour prior and were being fobbed off with " main course will be ready in 15 mins" decided to not wait for the excuses and asked for the bill. When requested I got verbal from the waiter then turned it on me for showing him up infront of other customers. Please do not visit this establishment it was so much better when it was Antrep

Cocktails tasted only of juice, no alcohol in them. Food was nice but took 1 hour and 20 mins to come out and the restaurant was only half full. We had platter for 4, not as big as I thought it would be for £100. All in all staff were friendly but slow, food was tasty but not enough for the money. Cocktails not worth having. Wouldn't return.

We visited for an early Mother's day lunch. The food and service was excellent. We all really enjoyed our mixed hot and cold meze. Good beer options. Fabulous cocktails. We will definitely come again. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

First time going to Palm, the service was great and staff very plesant and freindly. Food came hot and prompley. Recomend this resterant to anyone, i for one will be going back.
