Palm Court is a fresh and elegant space that serves as a dramatic backdrop to the lobby, featuring natural stone flooring and painted timber columns that showcase a traditional yet luxurious finish. Restyled after its namesake at The Langham, London where traditional English afternoon tea was served over 150 years ago, Palm Court pays tribute to its heritage with a bespoke version of the tradition – “The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood” – serving Wedgwood specialty teas in tailor-made “Langham Rose” Wedgwood tea ware with a special menu created by our culinary experts. Elevating the experience with delicate confections and savoury pleasures, the world of Wedgwood comes to the Langham, Hong Kong.

One of my favorite places in Hong Kong for having a quiet and excellent afternoon tea with friends. Will come again.

Great service. Staff were really friendly, considerate and helpful. Chefs were able to quickly cater to the dietary needs of our pregnant friend. Food was tasty, but the scones were a bit on the small side. Bring a jacket as the air con is quite cold, although the staff noticed and lent us some shawls.

Staffs are really nice and polite. They were really patient explaining the food to us. Service was so great!

Arrived 4.15pm for 4.30pm reservation, our afternoon tea arrived after 5pm. Staff did not pay attention to us at all, felt neglected during the whole time we were there. The tea did not come with sugar or sweeter, nor was it offered (I don’t use it but expect to be asked about it). No refill was offered, not even for the tea - that I do expect as it gets too cold after a while. Also, be aware that there is nothing special for children - unlike The Langham in London there is no children’s afternoon tea menu. I will not visit this place again, pricing and food quality is OK but the poor service is just too disappointing.
