Pali Wine Co.
Service was great. Charcuterie board had such a great selection, one of the best I have had. My wine flight was very good. We went home with 4 bottles of wine.
They have really good wine and the service is amazing!
Had the best time celebrating a friends birthday here. They had a table set up for us when we arrived and we had a whole section to ourselves. Our waitress was the sweetest thing ever, she patiently explained the ordering process to us several times and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. The white sangria is to die for & the food is delicious! We will be back!
Overall good experience. However, I did feel that the reservation guidelines were a bit stressful and confusing. The space was pretty empty throughout our stay which led me to believe no other reservations were placed. However, Kim was very accommodating and understanding but I felt otherwise when I checked in. Hoping to have a better experience next time. We still
Had a good time regardless.
Amazing wine selections, food was delicious! And service was amazing! Thank you!
Went for a friends birthday and had a great time. The vibe was great and service was good.
The wine flight was very good. The cheese players were yummy too. Great service and ambience!
Great service, friendly and fun. Sat at the bar and had a great time. Wine and food both excellent. Will be back!
our server- Sarah- was exceptional! Veryfriendly, but never "in-your'face" so we could have nice conversations. Wine was a surprise- very good and priced right. Will definitely be back.
Great wines and service
Good wine unfortunately what we couldn’t get around was the corkage fee. Not sure what the charge was for when all of the bottles we ordered had twist off caps, which we opened ourselves. The corkage fee usually pertains to people who bring their own bottle of wine to a restaurant. When asked why there was a corkage fee the employee said it’s for sitting in our seats, we sat outside, and drinking our water.
Cheese plate was great and I loved half of the wines I tasted on tap. However, our server was very rude and even though it was dead, we had to get up and walk over to the bar to get a new glass of wine for our tasting. Ambience was nice, however, service needs to be improved.
Beautiful Sunday afternoon spent with family wine tasting. The hummus I would recommend !
Great time. Nice ambiance. Very helpful staff. Great wine selection. Good meal options nearby complimented by a good small bites menu at Pali.
Came here for Mother’s Day, such a cute place. I really liked the outdoor seating area but my family and I chose to sit inside as we had reserved a table. The lady who helped us was very nice and explained everything since it was our first time there. The artisan board was amazing! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because my mom said the sangria tasted like tropical juice, no wine. She did thoroughly enjoy her hot chocolate she got though. We’ll be back :)
The wine and panini’s were wonderful. What a great location! Will definitely be back!
This place has a very casual vibe in a modern setting. Really enjoyed my flights that went from Chardonnay to Pinot Noir. They even had sangria which is a big favorite for the girls I was with. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and there is a nice outside patio to relax and sip wine. We went there for a Birthday celebration and I highly recommend.
Fun for an evening out wirth friends. While the food menu is limited they'll let you bring in bar-b-que from next door. It's a fun wine menu with good variety.
I very much wanted to enjoy my wine tasting experience at Pali Wine Co., as it is local to many of wonderful eateries and shops in downtown Anaheim, but the service was quite bad. I and my friend each ordered a flight of wines, along with some food. The servers made perfunctory visits to pour the different wines into our glasses, without rinsing or changing the glass (even when going from white wine to red, somewhat spoiling the wine tasting itself), and never gave any conversation about the wine being poured except the name of the wine and in one instance to note that a wine was popular. This was on a quiet Wednesday night, with very little in the way of a crowd. There were maybe six other people patronizing the place. I can’t imagine what the service would have looked like if it was actually crowded. If this is the service and care that can be expected from Pali Wine Co., I will not be making a habit of returning.
Made a reservation, arrived prior to our time and was told kitchen was closed? It’s Valentine’s Day! Clearly someone dropped the ball and should not have accepted any reservations if the kitchen was not available? Checked their serving times and the kitchen was supposed to be open.... won’t be back.
I made a reservation for me and my friends at 5pm to celebrate my friend’s birthday. When we arrived they told us they were closing at 5:30pm for a private event. They realized their mistake in booking our reservation and not notifying us about the early closure but did nothing to offset it. They also had not received their shipment of wine that day and so had none of the reds we specifically came their to taste. We couldn’t sit in their dinning room, we had to sit in the communal space. We couldn’t order food because the kitchen was preparing for the private party. They agreed to still give us our tasting but then proceeded to lock up after we had been served only 2 of our 5 tastes and with my credit card still inside. We had to knock on the door and ask them to give us all of our tastings at once (and my credit card). It was in all, a terrible experience and a huge disappointment for my friend’s birthday. I understand that mistakes happen. I don’t understand why they did absolutely nothing to compensate for it and proceeded to make it worse. My friends and I are wine fans and enjoying tastings. We have no intention of returning.
