Step inside the Palette kitchen and embark on a culinary journey like no other, this exclusive experience will take you into the heart of the restaurant, where our chef will curate an immersive experience where gastronomy meets art. With limited seating, intimate interactions with the chefs revealing the inspiration behind each dish and how the gallery's featured artists have influenced the menu, prepare to taste, see and feel the extraordinary. Our Elevate Journey is $350 per person for our 8-course tasting menu, with premium paired wines. Beginning on level 5 at The Exhibitionist Bar for a signature cocktail, then Champagne and snacks as we descend to the Palette kitchen and let the journey unfold. *minimum 6 guests; maximum 10 guests.

Palette is probably the best dining experience on the Gold Coast and is up there with the best restaurants in Australia. Ambience is relaxing, beautiful lighting and gentle. Service is friendly , well executed and informative. We had the tasting menu , which turned out to be excellent value at $150. The food is divine and the order of plates was perfect. Every serve was a taste sensation and somehow packed good nutrition ( including dessert) into a fine dining experience . It has quirky themed plates , served as a work of art. Well done. A must try restaurant if visiting the Gold Coast or living there. Bonus, beautiful rooftop bar, The Enthusiast, great ambience and views.

The parking was abundant and free. The welcome was warm and friendly, the service was outstanding, and the food was so delicious with a great selection of wines. We will definitely return.

Service, attention and knowledge of the dishes (we chose a tasting menu) of the two wait staff on duty at lunch was first rate. The multiple dishes are well thought out, beautiful blending of flavours. The wine list is not overly large but there are plenty of choices. A wonderful experience all round.

We had great experience. The service and the atmosphere were really good. Faith was down to earth! Lovely waitress with beautiful energy. The only thing I would notice is about the wine pairing. I would suggest desert wine with deserts instead of dry sparkling Rose! Thank you

Maybe somewhere it was explained but I missed it that tasting menus are only for two or more people. I understand it’s thing better shared but my partner doesn’t eat seafood or drink wine so I would have preferred to have chosen the option and they would have had no problem waiting the 1 1/2 hrs it takes to serve. It took us that long eating a la carte anyway. The food was very good and overall a lovely experience. Don’t know if I would come back to do the tasting menu with anyone else. I was just a little disappointed I couldn’t have the option.

Palette used to be one of our favourite restaurants but the recent degustation was very disappointing. Almost all of the savoury dishes were extremely salty. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she said it was the chef’s way of waking up our tastebuds. Unfortunately it just got worse from there. Dish after dish our tastebuds were slowly killed by the salt. T The savoury muffin was very dense that most of us just picked it off. My wagyu was very overcooked. The chawanmushi was ridiculously salty, like eating soy sauce. The positives were: - service. All staff were friendly and polite - cured smoked fish: the whole dish was bursting with different but harmonious flavours. - beef tartare snack. The crunchy casing provided a good contrast to the soft tartare - dessert cart. We all chose different deserts so we had our mini dessert sampling. All of the desserts were lovely.

We chose the tasting menu which was outstanding and only eclipsed by the fabulous attentive service. We will certainly be back and recommend this restaurant to others.

A fine dining experience with an artistic twist. Beautiful ambiance coupled with service - the food already of high quality was made to feel extra special. Highly recommended!

Lovely atmosphere and decor. The food was lovely. Our first serving arrived before our cutlery. Then teapots arrive but no cups. Staff were friendly but order of service needs to be looked at
