   Best High Tea on the Gold Coast by far! Service was great, food was fresh and delicious with beautiful presentation. Stand outs were the prawn toast and creme caramel.

   The atmosphere, food and overall experience a Palette was just lovely. Very inventive and clever dishes to suit all tastes. It is a particular treat not to be pushed out of your table after a certain amount of time - very refreshing! We received wonderful advice on the wine list, and the use of native, local and indigenous foods is to be commended - using these items made our occasion genuinely special. The dessert experience will definitely please the sweet-lovers of any table. The cocktails were well curated and very thoughtful with regard to the food range. This was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.

   Hi! My first time to palette! I loved it and the flexibility of the menu and veggie option. Only feedback is none of the meat was asked to be cooked a certain way for the customer. Medium, rare, well done etc. Service was great!

   We ordered the tasting plate. The food was amazing and there was so much of it. The staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and also very knowledgeable. They had a spiel for every dish. It did take 3.5 hours to get through the nine “courses” though. This may have been due to the large group booking and the fact that the restaurant was full. We have a 7:15 booking and didn’t have our last course until 10:40pm.

    The staff’s knowledge of the dishes is outstanding We love how they assist with menu choice and food descriptions Bar service a little slow but came when beckoned Was a little disappointed with the price but we haven’t been out for a while and the food was beautiful so I can’t really complain. We will definitely be back.

    Highlight dishes (March 2023, Pop Masters): - Prawns (on the Sea Wonders), - Paroo Kangeroo, - "Camouflaged" Lamb, - Soup Can (Dessert). Very very clever dessert, hope it lasts on the menu in some shape or form. Chef on duty, Josh, did a great job taking time from the pass to share stories and inspirations behind a couple of the dishes. Much appreciated mate, thank you. Wait staff all friendly and cheerful. Great experience, thank you to all the team. Your hard work has left this customer very happy. Don't worry about picking and chosing from the a la carte, spoil yourself, jump into the Tasting Menu, its great. Continue to let the staff grow in confidence, they are great.

    Second time at Palette and first time trying the degustation menu. The food and service were faultless The menu was amazing flavour experience and the staff were very helpful in explaining each dish. The matching wines added to the experience and were well worth it. Will most definitely return.

    We wanted something special to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary & chose Palette based on what we’ve read about it. It definitely didn’t disappoint! Ambience was casual yet intimate. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. We loved that so much thought and creativity was put into the preparation & presentation. Service was friendly & efficient. Our server was the right mix of chatty, knowledgeable & accommodating. All his recommendations were spot on. It was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. We look forward to coming again.

    Delicious Delightful Exquisite. Service staff are polite, pleasant, professional, diligent. Food is creatively reverent, beautiful. I have a dairy allergy; this was met with diligence and respect, altering the menu ingredients to suit the requirements with ease, honoring the exquisiteness of the palate's delights. The atmosphere is ambient of fine food, wine, and service, with a feeling of spaciousness, in natural light, time passes with ease and delight.

    Third experience at Pallett. Loved first degustation; afternoon tea. This degustation was not for everyone! Dishes of the day were kangaroo - truly delicious and excellent presentation; and desert! Amazing! Service excellent!

    Palette was the choice for the celebration of our wedding anniversary and we were absolutely delighted, not only with the menu which was first class, but also with the relaxed, but thoroughly professional manner of the wait staff. They were, not only informative and attentive, but never intrusive .. the standard of produce and variety of choices on the menu were sufficiently balanced and would cater for most patrons. Definitely an upmarket dining experience!

    Overall the experience was disappointing. I do not believe a fine dining restaurant should show customers a menu where things are not available, such as the duck for 2. The décor is more that of a casual cafe than a fine dining restaurant. The service was lacking in terms of filling wine and mineral water to the point where it was almost farcical as our waiter could not find our mineral water and walked from station to station looking for it. The food was tasty and interesting, but the portions very small for the prices charged.
