The food is good. I have eaten there several times and some the best things on the menu are gone, at least for the dinner endless dining. Gluten free and dairy free items are not plentiful, but I had enough to eat. Some items that they used to have were suited for gluten free. I was full when I left. The only thing is to make sure to read pay attention to sauces when they were not listed as an ingredient. I will dine again for brunch.

Another server was helping out our server and put the wrong table number for some orders. We spent the second half of our dinner turning away food. Otherwise, love the ambience, great food, great deal, wonderful decor, and convenient parking!

Gone before on Saturdays and food came out extremely fast. Went on a Sunday everything took forever to come out. Had to ask waitress multiple times for food. Not sure if they’re short staffed on Sundays but food took forever.

Plenty of "around the world" options for individuals without allergies. SO and I had sesame, peanut, and shellfish allergies and were unable to eat close to half of the items due to cross contamination. Restaurant was being safe but annoying none of the less. If you like art, I recommend this place!

Met a friend for lunch and the food was delicious, but more importantly, our server, Ray, was attentive, respectful, and absolutely wonderful! As an artist, I absolutely adore the concept of having an artist working on every shift.

We went for lunch, mid-week, and sat outside. It was a MUCH better experience than a previous weekend brunch visit. Food was excellent, and came out promptly, which was not the case on the weekend when the place was packed. Our server, Ray, couldn't have been more accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and they graciously comped us each a drink. I would highly recommend it, but go at less crowded times because the kitchen just couldn't keep up when we were there on the weekend and the servers were also stressed.

Perhaps if we were regulars our server would have been a bit more attentive. I say this because there was a couple sitting next to us that our server clearly knew, and though they sat and ordered after we did, their food was delivered on a timely basis and the server kept checking on them to assure everything was to their liking. We had a different experience, we put in our order for a couple of small plates, Bao buns, and those came out quickly, those were the last two items that arrived on a timely fashion. I ordered Tuma tacos and chicken skewers, I had to ask if the chicken skewers were coming anytime soon after waiting for 15 minutes. When they were delivered, one of them wasn’t cooked all the way through. I then ordered a southwest Caesar salad, and steak skewers. I unfortunately I didn’t order dressing on the side, the salad was so heavily dressed, I couldn’t eat it, and the steak skewers, again I had to ask at least three times and they weren’t brought over until after we had paid our tab. You may ask why I didn’t saw anything to the server, that would be because the server never once asked how our food was. I will say once the steak skewers were delivered the server had a gift card for us to apologize for the delay, and the manager was behind her also apologizing. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy and while I appreciate the gift card, thankfully it’s good at all of their different establishments, because I won’t be back to pallet 22. Again, it looks like if you’re a regular it probably is a great place to go, but if you’re not, beware.

We had the Bottomless Brunch, which was a good value. The food was excellent and came out fairly quickly. One of our items were forgotten and after asking twice, it came out right before the check and had to take it to go. I game only 3 stars for ambiance because it was so loud, and so hot in the restaurant. We were all sweating and very uncomfortable the entire 2 hours it took to eat.

I would never go back on a weekend. It was very crowded with a lot of large parties, so the food was delivered very erratically. My companion received her food at least 20 minutes before I got mine, and then shortly after I got my food, they delivered a second portion of my order. We had to ask twice for a carryout container, and ask a separate time for a bag to put the containers in. Food was good, and I would like to try it again at a much less busy time.

The service was great and the food was very good. I’ve been here many times before but my prior experiences were better. The restaurant was extremely hot to the point of feeling a little sick. The price has gotten a little high (as with everything else) do not sure it’s entirely worth it as it once was.
